A localização é ótima, foi o que mais me agradou e facilitou MUITO. tive acesso a todos os lugares que queria. Perto da Ribeira, do rio Douro, do metro, da estação São Bento, da Igreja das almas. A localização é estratégica e realmente excelente. Inclusive fui com facilidade pra Braga, Aveiro e Guimarães pela estação São Bento. Os funcionários foram sempre atenciosos, solícitos e gentis. Todos!

A roupa de cama não é trocada. Sem ar condicionado. Hotel quase todo de carpete, achei um pouco abafado, mas fiquei em um quarto sem carpete, após solicitado pela recepção por conta de alergia, que prontamente fizeram a troca.

La ubicación muy buena y la gente muy amable. La habitación buena y cómoda, limpia y amplia. Vistas a la plaza, lo malo q se oyen mucho los coches con ventana abierta, porque hacia calor para tenerla cerrada.

Gostei do quarto limpo e moderno, da simpatia da responsável D. Lina e do facto de terem arranjado produtos sem lactose e sem glúten.

Não gostei foi da localização, é muito barulhento e como os vidros não abafam o som, não dormi bem.

L’emplacement est idéal pour un séjour. La dame a l’accueil très souriante et agréable

La douche très petite, et dans un mauvais état. Elle a besoin d’être changée. La vitre de la douche qui ne tient plus dans les gonds donc difficile à fermer. On ne peut même pas mettre le pommeau de douche au mur car il ne s’adapte pas avec l’attache mural. Trace de calcaire et moisit.. + tâches sur des carreaux de la salle de douche. La fenêtre de la chambre est un simple vitrage, et n’isole pas du tout. On a l’impression de dormir dehors et que les voitures roulent au milieu de la chambre. En plus de ça elle est complètement dans un mauvais état, elle est voilée et ne ferme pas complètement. Honteux de laisser des clients séjourner avec une fenêtre dans cet état. A propos de la télévision, toutes les chaînes grésillent. Concernant les équipements, je pense qu’un sèche cheveux est un indispensable dans un hôtel. Et par rapport à la bagagerie, on aurait aimé que nos affaires soient en sécurité totale dans une pièce fermée prévue à cet effet. Nous avons laissé nos sacs à la réception, à côté du bureau où tout le monde peut avoir accès si le personnel fait autre chose. A notre départ on avait l’impression que ça les embêtaient de garder nos affaires la journée et là ils nous ont dit de les mettre au fond de la salle de restaurant sans aucune surveillance. Très décevant pour nous sur ce point là.

La situacion

La posizione è davvero top se si considera il prezzo di questo hotel. Non c'è praticamente nessun servizio e quasi si ha paura di utilizzare l'ascensore, ma si tratta di un palazzo vecchio in cui si fa un tuffo nel passato, e perciò è questa l'aspettativa che si deve avere. In quella posizione a quel prezzo non si può pretendere di più. Si dorne con la finestra aperta in agosto , perché non c'è il climatizzatore. Bellissimo svegliarsi alla mattina con il verso dei gabbiani.

Розташування в центрі біля метро. Всюди можна дістатись пішки. Є ліфт. В номері немає фена, але його можна взяти на ресепшн. Балкон виходить у внутрішній двір. Ліжко зручне з ортопедичним матрасом.

Overall, I found the stay very poor value for money and left feeling extremely disappointed. The most serious issue occurred when the housekeeping team left my room key in the door. When I returned in the evening, I found my room had been left unlocked for what could have been around eight hours. Fortunately, nothing had been stolen, but this was incredibly stressful and completely unacceptable. It left me feeling very uneasy about the hotel's standards of security. The hotel itself is in desperate need of refurbishment. The rooms are dated, with worn fixtures and fittings. The shower was in poor condition, with broken parts that meant I had to hold the shower head by hand while washing. This is not what I would expect from a hotel charging these rates. The breakfast was also very disappointing and certainly not worth the additional cost. The coffee tasted unpleasant, and the selection was extremely limited, consisting mainly of basic bread rolls, ham and cheese of very poor quality. It offered little variety or value. I had booked this hotel to celebrate my friend's birthday and was hoping for a memorable stay. Sadly, the moment we opened the door to the room, I felt completely let down. Instead of enjoying the occasion, I was left wishing we had chosen somewhere else. It is disappointing that this experience overshadowed what should have been a wonderful trip to Portugal. Unfortunately, because of the poor standards, lack of security and overall condition of the hotel, I would not return and cannot recommend it to others. If you'd like, I can also make this sound firmer and more like a 1-star Tripadvisor or Booking.com review. Only good aspect is location

Jhon, Lina y Fran son maravillosos, atentos buenas personas y muy dispuesto para todo. La zona es altamente recomendable, está ubicada en un excelente sitio, cerca de todo, paradas de bus y puntos de interés de la ciudad

La cama hacía muchísimo ruido cada vez que me movía, la otra cama estaba bien. Las ventanas podrían aislar más el ruido. Es una zona altamente concurrida por lo que se oyen mucho vehículos y personas.

Excelente ubicación para ir caminando a los principales lugares de la ciudad. Con parada de metro en la puerta que te conecta con aeropuerto. Habitación amplia y muy buena calidad precio.

Close to the metro which was useful as we had a late flight in and just needed a base in porto for a night. Very basic breakfast included.

Noise of the metro and the city meant sleep was disturbed until 1am . No kettle in room so couldnt make tea or coffee. Basic but clean.

Ucuz olmasının sebebi tesisin çok eski olması. Temiz olmasına temiz, o konuda sorun yok ancak odalar aşırı küçük. Tek başınıza bir iki gece fazla para harcamadan kalmak için yeterli. La posizione eccellente, vista splendida dalla finestra, la gentilezza del personale.

L'albergo è datato, la colazione è molto povera, meglio farla fuori o prenderla al supermercato. Letto scomodo, consiglio di mettere un topper perché è troppo vecchio/consumato. Bagno cieco. Ascensore funzionante ma pericoloso perché mancano due porte. Infissi molto vecchi.

Estuvimos en una habitación triple. Un poco pequeña pero confortable. Tenía un pequeño balcón que daba al patio posterior. La ubicación muy buena, con acceso al Metro casi en la puerta del Hotel. Se llega caminando al centro y lugares a visitar de la ciudad. Muy amable la Señora de recepción, atendiendo todo lo que uno le consultaba. Recomendable para una estadía corta

L'accueil de la propriétaire, Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de deux jours à Porto, en plein centre et à proximité de tout. Toutes les visites peuvent se faire à pied, sans avoir besoin de transports en commun. L'hôtel est très propre. Le seul petit bémol est le petit-déjeuner, qui est un peu léger. Cependant, je vous recommande vivement cet établissement pour son emplacement idéal et un accueil exceptionnel, bien supérieur à celui des autres hôtels que j'ai pu fréquenter à Porto et à Lisbonne durant mon séjours.

Location was good and central.

The Reception is on the 1st floor and entrance is dark and dingy. The staff were very good and friendly. However, there was insufficient lighting to the entrance to the room. Hence had to use the cell phone light to see the keyhole. The bathroom water wasn't draining well. The staff (receptionist and another lady) came to solve the issue but were not able to. Though my spouse liked the antique feel of the hotel, I wasn't very happy to stay there.

The hotel can best be described as a hovel. We booked and paid for 3 days but left after one night having found another hotel. Our room was within 5 metres of reception and the doors and walls were paper thin so every conversation could be heard in the room. In the bathroom an electrical socket was loose next to the sink and there was a large crack tracking down the tiled wall. The doors to the "veranda" didn't close properly and the veranda area itself was disgusting with rotten wood and mouldy walls. The doors to the veranda were very poorly maintained and sorely in need of maintenence. A reading light above one of the beds just continuously flickered due to an electrical problem. The drawers in the wardrobe were sticking and we couldn't open one of the sliding doors. There was obvious damp issues on the ceiling. The room was so dingy due to the grotty light well that we had to keep a light on at all times. We should have refused the room at first sight but we were exhausted and just wanted to get some sleep. We pointed out all these issues to a member of staff when we checked out and he apologised but made no offer of any refund. We paid 303 euros for a single night in a room that should be condemned. Please read the other reviews of this hotel which confirm the very poor standard of the accommodation.

The best part of the stay was the helpful staff. Also, the location was just about a 10 min walk to the river and to the cathedral / of area of Porto which was good.
