El tren que lleva a Copenhague centro está, básicamente, cruzando la calle. También hay, saliendo del edificio, un pequeño Lidl que tiene, aparte de productos básicos, máquina de depositar botellas de cristal y plástico y te devuelven el importe del envase (está dentro del supermercado). La cama de la habitación me resultó muy cómoda (no tanto el sofá cama del comedor). La ropa de cama olía muy bien. El apartamento cuenta con lavadora (que es secadora también). La persona anfitriona nos facilitó entrar un poco antes del check-in (que era a las 15:00) y la verdad es que se agradece cuando vas cargado con las maletas y no estás alojado en el centro de la ciudad.

Por poner un pequeño "pero". Al finalizar la estancia se debe dejar el apartamento "limpio" (utensilios fregados, pasar aspiradora, ...) pues los gestiona un particular y se le facilita el tiempo de limpieza. Hasta aquí bien, aunque no lo supe hasta cerca de la fecha de ingreso. Sugiero un repaso y limpieza más exhaustiva (desengrasante en el fregadero y en los cubiertos), algún producto de limpieza desinfectante a disposición del inquilino...). Pese a algún detalle, el apartamento daba la sensación de limpio.

The apartment is in an excellent location, close to train station and a large shopping place with restaurants and lids super market.the host was kind to let me get in 30 minutes before at 2:30 pm. He is very responsive in communication and helpful with questions. Even though the apartment was too tight, it was clean, had a large sofa bed and a kitchen if someone wants to use. We didn't use it since we were there for one night only.

This apartment is not really a one bedroom, it's more like an studio apartment where a corner of the room is separated by wall with a tiny bed. The sofa bed was bigger than the bed in bedroom. I would recommend this for 2 small children and 2 adults, not adults with teenagers. Also the extra hassle of cleaning the apartment and vacuuming before checkout puts extra stress on the morning of checkout. This is something the owner should be able to do unless someone leaves it really really messy.

Un petit détail, il manquait un séchoir à linge. Nous avons trouvé de quoi sécher le linge avec tous les cintres malgré tout.

Es war sauber, die Lage sehr gut zum Bahnhof. Für eine Nacht kann man es machen.

Die Umgebung ist wenig ansprechend, das 14 Etagenhaus entsprechend bewohnt. Es ist eine Einraumwohnung, in welcher eine Leichtbauwand eingezogen wurde. Darin ist ein Bett. Es gibt kein Fenster zum lüften. Man kann nur die Tür öffnen und dann die Balkontür, dass es drumherum lüftet. Nicht zeitgemäss das Ganze. Wird für 4 Personen vermietet, und es gibt einen Tisch für zwei.

La posizione è ottima, basta attraversare la strada per prendere il treno che collega al centro in 10 minuti. La casa è un mini appartamento, comodo per 2 persone, in 4 eravamo leggermente stretti perché dovevamo tenere il divano letto aperto. Il bagno è delle dimensioni giuste, fornito di lavasciuga, e la cucina aveva le stoviglie, frigorifero, piano a induzione e forno. La camera da letto non è grande, c'è un armadio e un letto, ma non molto spazio intorno.

Inizialmente non abbiamo avuto un'ottima impressione del quartiere, ma non ci sono stati particolari episodi. La casa comunque era sicura con la serratura con codice. La pulizia era ok, forse andrebbe approfondita perché la lavasciuga non era impeccabile, idem la tenda della doccia e il balcone.

Super beliggenhed, tæt på transport. Ok roligt område. Tæt på indkøb. Ganske behagelige senge/sofa at sove på. Lækker lille altan man ku stå og nyde udsigten på Fint udstyret med hvad de fleste skulle bruge. Vi ville bestemt booke det igen, hvis vi skal der ind ad igen..

Det trænger til en ny bruserslange/hoved, der kommer næsten ikke noget vand ud af. Vi måtte rense afløbet i badet, da det var helt stoppet og vandet nærmest ikke løb ud.

Small but cozy and comfortable apart 😊👍. There were everything we needed in it. There was a microwave in the kitchen which helped us a lot ! Very close to the train station only 6 stops away from the main train station and 2 supermarkets and bakery , pizza etc nearby. Overall we were very happy to stay at this apartment.

The only downside was the neighbours who made a lot of noise through out the weekend nights all the way until 4:30am. My husband said he even smelt smoking something which is banned in Denmark. That’s why I gave 9 marks out of 10.

Die Ausstattung war ok.

Die eigentliche Lage der Wohnung (Sozialbau 9.Etage) Zugang über Hinterhof bei Lidl lässt viele Wünsche offen. Z.Zt. in Schweden -ganzes Haus- in wunderbarer Umgebung und wesentlich preiswerter. Einfach mal Pech gehabt.

Liegt sehr verkehrgünstig zur S Bahn ,man ist in 15 Minuten in Kopenhagen am Hauptbahnhof,die S Bahnhaltestelle Rodovre liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Das Appartment (liegt im 9.Stock ist mit dem Aufzug erreichbar) mit schöner Aussicht auf Kopenhagen . Alles ist so wie auf den Fotos abgebildet.Es gibt alles was man braucht. Direkt beim Haus gibt es einen Lidl Markt und einen Döner und Pizza,hinter der S Bahnhaltstelle einen Spar,Bäcker und Drogerie Markt.

Dadurch das es ein Hochhaus ist ist es hellhörig,anderseits ist man ja den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Wir waren zufrieden .

it was not walkable to the points of interest, but it had good transportation. the room was very well organized (kitchen staff, etc.)

Super Lage, direkt an der Bahn. Tolle Weitsicht. Parkmöglichkeit vor der Tür. Einrichtung der Wohnung hat alles was man braucht.

Very convenient location, only 5 minutes from the train station and about 15 minutes to Copenhagen Central Station. The apartment was clean, warm, and has an elevator. Communication with the host was excellent — he was very kind and helpful. Perfect for couples or families, we were 4. There is also a parking space available. A Lidl supermarket is right next to the building, and there is a nice café nearby as well.

The kitchen was not very well equipped — the plates were square, which made it a bit inconvenient when heating food. It was also the first time we stayed in an apartment where we were asked to vacuum and remove the bed sheets before leaving. I went to pick up the rental car, and my wife stayed alone with our two children, one of them a baby, and had to do the cleaning herself, which was not very pleasant.

Everything was as expected. Excellent location, well served by public transport.

It was really close to both the train station and a shopping center making travel and buying the necesities easy. There was a nice park within a 100 meters to enjoy if needed. The appartment was really nice and well kept. It was not too big but had everything needed for 2 people.

It was not the appartment's or the owner's issue, but wanted to mention that as it is part of a big condominium, it comes with the negative sides too. Sometimes you can hear noises from the neighbours and one night for several hours there were an unpleasant onion smell.

Everything you need for a few days in Stockholm. Located slightly outside the main city but reachable via a short trip by efficient and regular public transport. Good communications and instructions

Studio lacks a comfortable seat for resting after those inevitable long days exploring the beautiful city of Stockholm.

Pomimo karty parkingowej, która dostaliśmy od gospodarza. Dostaliśmy nielegalnie mandat z pobliskiego parkingu.

The location is excellent – just a few meters from the bus stop, with parking in front of the building and a supermarket nearby. The apartment offers a beautiful view, making the stay pleasant.

The apartment is small for 4 adults, so it is better suited for a family with one or two children. Waiting for the elevator can take quite a long time. The bed in the bedroom is narrow, and the bedding is old and have some torns on the edges. Pillows are old and worn. The dining table, though listed for 4 people, is only suitable for coffee but is not comfortable for lunch and the plates are too big for the table. Kitchen towels are old and worn out. The apartment has a beautiful view but the windows are not clean at all. The most inconvenient aspect is that the owners demand that the apartment must be thoroughly cleaned before leaving, including the fridge and stove.

El apartamento es muy bonito, está muy bien equipado, limpio y silencioso, aparte de bien comunicado con el centro, con un Lidl en la puerta. Incluso el no estar en el centro tiene su encanto porque conocimos otros barrios de Copenague donde viven los residente. Los vecinos son muy amables. Y los anfitriones están siempre atentos a los mensajes. Nos enviaron la información por mensaje privado de Booking y el código de entrada por otro mensaje. Cómodo y sencillo

Vi ankom i bil, og der var parkeringskort i lejligheden, så vi kunne parkere gratis lige ved siden af bygningen. Og bygningen ligger også tæt på Rødovre station med S-tog.

Al lado de la estación del tren, a 15 minutos del centro de Copenhague, el Lidl estaba también al lado. El piso es pequeño, pero cómodo, bien abastecido, hay un pequeño "pingüino" de aire acondicionado, lavadora-secadora... Mucho espacio de almacenaje para un piso tan pequeño. Las camas cómodas.

El barrio no es de lo más pijo... Pero no daba la sensación de peligro en ningún momento.

De ligging was goed. Je was met het openbaar vervoer zo in Kopenhagen stad. Het appartement was schoon en rook fris.

Slechte ervaring met het parkeren. 2 keer een boete ontvangen. Omdat de parkeerregels niet duidelijk op de booking site staat vermeld. En daarbij stond het ook niet in het appartement duidelijk vermeld; Dat je maar 1 parkeerkaart op het dashboard mag neerleggen. Wij hadden de tijden en data correct op de parkeerkaarten gezet. Deze lagen alle drie in de auto. Dit was dus niet toegestaan. Wanneer dit duidelijk stond vermeld of was gemeld bij ons waren de ergernissen op vakantie voorkomen kunnen worden We hadden aan alle regels voldaan. Niet in het gele parkeer vak of in de Ok parkeervakken. Zoals het op de site van booking.com staat.

The appartement ist just around the Sbahn and a supermarket. It takes just 15 min by train to the city center. Free parking in front of the house. The appartement is newly renovated. It was super clean and there was everything we needed (expecially in the kitchen). Got all the information for check-in etc in advance.

For 4 adults it's a little small but we expected this from the pictures. When the sun rises in the morning, it gets super hot in the appartement.

The location of the flat is good, about 20 minutes to the centre. The parking place is free. The view from the flat is excellent.

There was not enough cleaning products such as detergent for dishes, sponge.Also there was not enough toilet paper and any shampoo. The tray of the oven was really dirty. The cleanliness of flat was under our expectation.

Great location, great apartment. The proximity to the train station and the grocery store was great. The apartment had most of the stuff we needed. Nice facilities of washer, dryer, that we depended on as a part of the 2-week trip. Overall recommended, would stay again if I visit again.

In August 2024, the weather was much warmer than we had expected in this part of the world. The apartment is East facing, so the direct sun heats up the apartment early in the morning. With no cooling options in the apartment, mornings were uncomfortable to some extent. The room would cool down later in the day as the sun changes direction. Even after hours, the dryer didn't dry a small bunch of clothes, so we had to take advantage of the morning sun. The apartment is a little smaller than I had visualized. I wasn't expecting something big but with 3 suitcases and 3 small carry on bags for a family of 3, space was a little tight.

Comfortable property in excellent location. Right beside train station & supermarket. Nice green areas with football pitches & playgrounds for kids nearby. Apartment is compact but has everything for a very comfortable stay - great shower, washing machine with dryer, oven, microwave, tv with Netflix etc. Fabulous view from balcony. Check in instructions very clear & easy to follow. Host responds to any questions very quickly. Would recommend getting Copenhagen card for visiting tourist attractions. Super base for exploring beautiful Copenhagen. 100% recommend!! Thank you!!

Communication around was fast and precise. The flat was in good condition. The view to the City was impresive from the 9th floor but windy. Exzellent public transport connection in walk distance.

The sourounding in the house was a little scarry and unlovly. (Special the impression of the lifts)

Fantastic host gave really clear instructions about entering the building, parking and checking out details. Host was easily contacted and replied promptly. Communication was excellent. Easy train ride into the centre of the city.

Nothing.. we had a great stay

Everything was ok until we arrived at the property and realized there was heating just in the bathroom. The heating in the other rooms was not working so it was freezing cold. The owner showed up later with a small electric radiator but it could not keep up with the temperature and apartment size. Both me and my friends caught cold during the stay. Will not recommend it to anyone going there for winter/ cold season. Despite the above, everything else was alright.

It's not the owner's fault but the upper neighbour doesn't seem to have heard of the house rules and was very noisy until midnight, which made sleeping a bit difficult for us.

It was difficult to find the key box, there was only information that it was from the back of the building. There was no photo or exact explanation of where the key box was. The host did not explain the parking rules. Just a photo a parking ticket and translated by Google. There was a lot of noise, the windows were not tight and the balustrade was badly installed, which made a lot of noise at night. The rain shower was also leaking, so the pressure in the shower was bad. The bed that was made from the sofa was really uncomfortable to sleep on. I think the host should better inform guests about parking rules and where the keys are. The information provided by the host was not understandable. I'm not the first person to write this in the comments, so maybe it's time for reflection.

The sofa was not suitable for 2 persons. The flexible time for picking the keys could have been communicated better.

It was very clean, the apartment had all one needs. The little kitchen was enough to make food. Free parking is always a plus.

We didn't know how to get into the building, until I called the host. It was raining and with 2 small kids wasn't very fun. No microwave and a drip coffee machine would be nice.

Excellent location within 3 minutes walk to Metro station and right beside grocery shop with gas station right across the building; easy access to major highways; recently renovated apartment in very secure building with convenient free parking right across the street. Convenient elevator access and excellent city views - we were able to watch fireworks every night of our stay even from 20 kms away. Host is very responsive and accessible to answer questions.

TV reception was very spotty and generally slow - wasn’t really useful. Bathroom overall, especially the shower area, is very, very small - could use a hanging basket to hold shampoo and soap bottles to avoid having to open the door constantly.

The apartment is located next to the train station, from where you can quickly get to Copenhagen. The apartment is small but cozy. There is everything necessary for living. Comfortable bed in the bedroom, the sofa is quite hard. If it is hot outside, it will be very stuffy in the living room in the morning. Parking next to the house, parking tickets are in the apartment, there were no difficulties. Lidl is next to apartments.

There was some unpleasant aftertaste left after a chat with the owner. We arrived with a small trailer and asked what the ticketed parking system was. The owner immediately sent us to free park on the street because he doesn't know the rules and doesn't want a fine. I can't believe it, because we ended up finding special places to park our trailer without any problems and called the parking company's phone just in case. The owner calls himself a superhost. We chose a place to stay with a private parking lot not to park our trailer with things on the street of a social area. Help would be very helpful. We wanted to park little trailer not elephant. And there is information for travellers like me: there are special marked places at the parking, just put parking ticket on your trailer. And one more thing: you will receive an email with a list of everything that you should wash after, as well as vacuum. And a postscript that he does not have a hotel, but apartments. We know this is not a hotel and we cleaned everything up. But to be honest, it looks a little rough.
