Old, run down house with less than great decorative order. Everything is very dater. Paper thin walls, where one gets woken up regularly by everything, from arguments, crying babies, nocturnal activities, flushing toilets. Hard to sleep.

Nothing. We were unable to enter our room because there was no key in the key box.

Since we arrived late due to attending performance in Bregenz, we were unable to contact the manager and had to scramble to find alternative accommodation. Luckily, we found a room at the Sheraton. I don’t recommend staying at Zadra Home.

Nothing at all. The host was a disaster, he couldn`t care less about us and he waisted our time. We couldn`t get into the room at the planned time even if we had announced our arrival time way earlier. Avoid Zadra home!

It was difficult to get the room keys. The host did not sent the necessary information on time, therefore once we got to the building we had to contact him and wait. We met more people in the same situation. A couple had to find a hotel as they got the code to open the keybox, but there were no keys inside and the host did not pick up the phone. The parking lot was a disaster, full of uneven stones!

Ich bin zum Wandern hier vorbei gekommen, wenn man nur eine Unterkunft zum schlafen will geht's.

Zimmerpreis finde ich für das Gebotene sehr übertrieben.

Možný příjezd i pozdě v noci. Dobré postele pro všechny osoby. Společná kuchyňka dobře vybavená. Velké sdílené posezení v jídelně i na terase. Blízko dálnici, přírodě v horách i jezeru.

Čekání na sdílenou koupelnu a WC. Hluk aut z cesty při otevřených oknech. Chyběly menší lampy u posteli.

Cleanliness could be better, there were bed insects. We contacted the host to get compensation for medical care and rebooking, but he refused to cooperate.

The worst host I have encountered.. I was given room 1 and with code to key box and I waited 2 hours outside sending message to owner as there were no keys in key box . No body responded . Then someone from inside open fort at 10:30 and told me they are in room 1 .. and we were given room 4 at 10:40 pm .. 4 other guest of room 1 were roaming in shorts and half naked smoking in backside and all smoking smell .. inside house my daughter aged 15 and wife were not comfortable in going to kitchen .. it was not meant to be with families staying .. There are no clean bedsheets in room and not even fan in the room .. room feels like hot chamber .. height of the room is 6 feet ??? Can you imagine ..booking .com dont do due diligence for properties before listed on its site it’s like a shoes box and it was not the room which I finalised .. I felt like cheated and exhausted due to this .. There was so much noise from room from roof as the roof is only 6 feet high and all movement above were heard .. we could not sleep well Tried calling and messaging host multiple time no response

Das 4-Bett Zimmer war o. K. Das Bad altertümlich, aber sauber. Die Küche und der Gemeinschaftsraum o. K., aber man merkt, dass. Hier sten jemand ist der kontrolliert, ob noch alles da und i. O. ist Insgesamt für den Preis o. K.

Der Schlüsseltresor geht sehr schwer auf. Was Nachts und im Dunkeln echt nervig ist. Wir wollten schon fast heim fahren.... Beschreibung insbesondere roter Knopf fehlt ganz.

Unterkunft war für den Preis wirklich top! Putzkraft sehr ordentlich und sympathisch. Nur die Matratzen sind super weich, war nicht optimal fürs schlafen.

We didn't like absolutely anything. The rooms were horrible, had a terrible smell, and the bed sheets were neither clean nor fresh. They refused to send us the key code until we provided all our personal data. I was in an area with no internet connection and only managed to read the email at midnight; it took them an hour to reply and finally send the code. We booked two rooms for a family with three children. The room we received was in the basement and looked straight out of a horror movie. The children's room was on the first floor; it was somewhat okay, but it smelled bad, lacked proper ventilation, and the sheets were dirty. The host was extremely unfriendly. We ran into each other in the hallway in the morning, and she just stared at us angrily without even saying hello. Horrible! A truly nightmare experience.

Ubytování bylo čisté, nabízelo parkování přímo na pozemku a za danou cenu jde o super volbu pro přespání na krátkou dobu.

Postele nohama k sobě jsou zvláštní, mohli by být spíše vedle sebe. V kuchyňce by se hodilo trochu více nádobí.

The property had parking and a shared kitchen.

I do not recommend this property at all. After I booked a room, a man sent me instructions on how to collect the keys and informed me of the room number. However, the keys were not in the key lock box where we were told to enter the code. When we called him, he told us that our assigned room was still occupied because the previous guests had extended their stay. He then gave us a basement room instead, which had no light. The accommodation was essentially a utility basement room with exposed gas pipes, boiler equipment, mold on the walls, and no lighting. The bathroom, which was part of this room, also had no light and was very dirty. The key lock of this room was extremely damaged and it took us about 30 minutes to open the door. Because the lock was so damaged, we did not lock the door during the night, as we were afraid we might not be able to get out. He even instructed us to try to repair the light ourselves, which was clearly dangerous for us. We were forced to stay there without any lighting. When we contacted the landlord, he said he would try to send someone to check, but no one ever came. The customer service from Booking.com was a complete disaster. They did not help us and effectively forced us to stay there. However, I opened a complaint through my bank and was awarded a full refund, as the room we received was not the one described on Booking.com.

La chambre est pleine d'insectes et le lit est vraiment inconfortable. De plus, le comportement du propriétaire de l'appartement était très mauvais et désagréable. ​Pour expliquer la situation en détail : j'ai d'abord séjourné dans la chambre située au sous-sol, qui présentait ces mauvais défauts. Pour la nuit suivante, j'ai voulu louer l'appartement situé à l'étage supérieur. J'ai fait la réservation en ligne et j'ai payé la totalité du montant. ​Cependant, quand j'ai voulu m'y installer, le propriétaire m'a dit que j'avais de nouveau réservé la chambre du sous-sol et a catégoriquement refusé de me donner l'appartement du haut. À cause de cela, j'ai dû quitter les lieux et réserver un autre hôtel, bien que j'aie payé pour cette deuxième nuit un montant encore plus élevé que la première fois. C'est vraiment regrettable et inadmissible.

Communicatie, niet of niet compleet antwoorden. Geen gevoel voor privacy as deur mogen niet opsloot. Kamer 5 in de kelder had vies geur. Dat mag niet verhuurd worden. We hebben kamer 5 niet gebruikt. Mijn gasten sliepen op bankstel.

Prijemne prostredie aj ubytovanie super nič mi tam nechýbalo a taktiež čisté. Nemam asi co vytknúť možno len ze lokalitka je Trošku ďalej od centra ale zase zastávka autubusu je veľmi blízko ubytovania takze žiadny problém alebo pripadne prechádzka 10-15minut pešo a to už je na každom co si radšej zvolí. Ďakujem a určite sa rad vrátime :)

Nemam nic co by sa. Mi vyslovene nepáčilo iba trochu vrzgali dvere do izby s. Čím. Som nemal problém ja ale možno ďalší hostia no pevné verím ze nie. Ďakujeme. :)

Im Bett waren Bettwanzen!!!! Die Hausmeisterin war wirklich nicht überfreundlich! Im Zimmer war es so unerträglich heiß, dass wir den Aufenthalt abbrechen mussten, und das um 0:30 mit einem kleinen Kind!!!! Wir haben alle Bettwanzenbisse, das ist doch Körperverletzung!!!! So unhygienisch und einfach ekelhaft! Das Gesundheitsamt sollte informiert werden, also keinesfalls dort buchen!!!

Unkomplizierter CheckIn , Balkon mit Sonnenuntergang . Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt .

Es war leider sehr warm im Zimmer . Durch Lage an der Straße war lüften kaum möglich ,da es viel zu laut war . Die letzte Grundreinigung wird schon etwas her sein . Bad und Toilette ging . Der Rest ist leider nicht besonders sauber .

Super leichter Check-in, und früh am Tag möglich. Riesiges Zimmer und Bett für diesen Preis. Aussicht mit Seeblick. Großzügige Möbel. Badewanne. Lage unschlagbar, in 10min in der Stadt, Haltestelle vor der Tür. Je nach Belegung hat man das Haus für sich allein.

Gäste, die ohne Personalaufsicht das Haus ohne Rücksicht auf andere für sich einnehmen - es gibt Familienzimmer.. Gemeinschaftsräume sind hellhörig, die Türen zu schließen geht kaum leise. Und Tischlampe am Bett wäre super.

Genoeg betaalbare supermarkten in de buurt en de accommodatie had een volledig uitgeruste keuken om gebruik van te maken.

Ich bin rundum zufrieden. Wenn man weiss was man bucht, ist man hier genau richtig. Das Zimmer ist einfach aber super sauber, sowie das ganze Haus und drumherum. Check in war super einfach, sowie die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. In einer ruhigen Lage im Dornbirner Oberdorf gelegen. Zu Fuss ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt. Ich komm auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr schöne Natur gleich von Balkon und sehr ruhige Lage. Preis ist günstig, sauber, ruhig, bus Haltestelle gleich gegenüber falls man in die Stadt ohne eigenes Auto fahren möchte, und eigene Parkplätze. Also ich empfehle zu 100%

Nichts besonderes

Der Parkplatz neben dem Haus ist ausreichend und es ist zentrumsnah.

Wir haben dort NICHT übernachtet, als eine sehr unfreundliche vermummte Frau (aus Somalia/Sudan ?) uns in den Keller zwischen muffigen geraden gewaschenen Bettlaken geleitet hatte, waren wir bedient. Das Zimmer ist o.k. für eine Übernachtung, hatten ja bei dem Preis auch nichts Besseres erwartet, aber das alles wirkt wie eine Asylunterkunft mit einer wirklich unfreundlichen, wie oben beschriebenen Frau, ist befremdlich. Wir sind abgereist.

Im Großen und Ganzen war die Ferienwohnung sehr schön.

Einziger Kritikpunkt war dass ein Bett (von 4 Kaputt war).

Bei kurzfristiger Buchung dauert es ca. 1 Stunde bis die Zugangsdaten vorliegen.Ohne Erfahrungen erinnert der Zugang an die Schlüsselsuche für einen Escape Room. Achtung mit dem Parkplatz, man gräbt sich leicht im Kiesbett ein, besonders nach @Schneefall.

We stayed at ZADRA for the second time already, because we liked how convenient this place is. First of all, you can have flexible arrival time, which means - no stress. Second of all - the room was clean and tidy with comfy bads. And it was warm during the winter. Kitchen well equipped. Perfect stay on a budget or during a travel time.

The only two drawbacks are that you need to meet other guests , with whom you share a kitchen and a bathroom. That brings the necessity to be quiet and mindfull about everything, next to strangers. Also, the parking spots are very limited, only 1 or 2 are there I think.

Das flexible Check-in schafft Luft auf einer längerer Anreise und funktioniert "marktüblich": Boxen am Eingang, der Mechanismus selbsterklärend. Die Schlüssel auch, von der Form her, paßt nur einer zu der Haustür. Das Zimmer und die Gemeinschaftstäume sind sauber. Die Zimmer sind um die Küche und Esszimmer gruppiert, man kann hin und her laufen quasi wie daheim, fals man etwas braucht. Das Bett ist bequem. Ich komme gerne wieder, die kurze Anfahrt in die Berge zu diesem Preis ist entscheidend.

Das Einzige, das tatsächlich fehlt ist ein Waschbecken auf der Toilette. Nächstes Mal bringe ich irgendwelche Feuchttücher dafür.
