Un accueil chaleureux. Katiusca et Ruben sont super sympas tous les deux. La chambre a une très belle déco moderne, épurée, et un grand lit confortable. Et la vue par la grande fenêtre et du balcon est simplement spectaculaire, à toute heure de la journée et de la nuit. Si jamais je passe par Bellinzona, je reviendrai. :)

Tolle Lage oberhalb von Bellinzona. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig & sauber. Der gemeinsame Bereich ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und man kann viele Produkte kennenlernen. Katiusca ist sehr zuvorkommen und schaut, dass unsere Wünsche und Bedürfnisse erfüllt werden. Wir sind mit einem kleinen Baby ins The Window gefahren und es hat perfekt geklappt. Parkplatz mit Ladestation für E-Auto top, das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lage oberhalb von Bellinzona mit herrlichem Weitblick und Ausblick auf Burgen. Grosszügiger Balkon zum Entspannen. Frühstück nach Wünschen der Gäste. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin!

Très bel établissement, moderne et bien décoré. Accueil chaleureux et excellente disponibilité

sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr bequeme Betten,die Aussicht traumhaft , die Gastgeberin unglaublich sympatisch , present , freundlich …einfach top.Alles sehr unkompliziert vom Check in bis zur Selbstbedienung der Getränke , man fühlt sich einfach wohl! E Ladestation für Auto 👍. Bushaltestelle ganz nah , fährt nur am Tag gibt aber E Bikes .

Verkehr etwas laut da wir das Fenster nachts offen hatten wegen der Hitze. Also Ohropax Gehörschutz und Mückenschutz mitnehmen! Aber es ja nicht immer sooo heiss.🥵

The Window ist ein tolles Bed & Breakfest, tolle Gastgeberin, super Zimmer, feines Frühstück. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen!

Die Strasse vor dem Haus war für eine Nebenstrasse eher viel befahren, bei offenem Fenster hörte man die Autos im Zimmer gut. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hörte man nichts und man konnte wunderbar ausschlafen.

Wir konnten unser Frühstück durch die Hotelinhaberin bestellen genau so wie wir es wollten. (Sie schickte uns die Frühstückskarte) Hat alles super geklappt und war alles ganz frisch. Die Lage ist oberhalb man hat einen sehr schönen Blick auf Bellinzona. Parkplatz war auch da in einer kleinen Einstellhalle. Die Gastgeberin hat uns verraten sollten wir nächstes mal kommen hat es einen Pool. Im Moment ist er im Bau. Man kann via Whatsapp mit der Hotelbesitzerin Kontakt haben. Auch beim einchecken (wenn sie nicht da ist bekommt man einen Code welchen man im Schlüsselkästli eingeben kann und bekommt so den Badge. Sie informiert einem mit Video so sieht man wie es funktioniert.

The place is great, amazing view and very good host

The common area has many products which can be purchased. This creates a bit of difficulty when small kids are around.

Het appartement was uitstekend. Alles is tot in de perfectie ingericht en staat tot je beschikking. Ruime parkeergarage waar we onze fietsen en auto konden opladen. De keuken met alle faciliteiten. De slaapkamer met veel opbergruimte. En dan de geweldige service van Katiusca. Niks is haar teveel en regelt werkelijk alles voor je. Ze is oprecht geïnteresseerd wat je wilt gaan doen en geeft goede tips. Dit verblijf mag je beschouwen als een upper class B&B

We moeten eerlijk zijn betreffende de locatie. The Windows ligt prachtig met geweldig uitzicht. Maar om in Bellinzona te komen te voet en weer terug is wel een hele uitdaging. Flink berg op. Oplossing: neem mee of huur een goede elektrische fiets.

Grandioos uitzicht over de stad, prachtige design inrichting, een zeer hartelijke host met oprechte aandacht voor haar gasten. We voelden ons totaal ontzorgd! Met late aankomst werd er snel een restaurant gereserveerd zodat we ook nog heerlijk in de stad konden eten, echt top! Ook begrepen we dat er een zwembad in aanbouw is, extra reden om de Window nog eens te willen boeken!

Prachtig uitzicht en de eigenaresse doet alle moeite om het verblijf aangenaam te maken. Mooie kamer en een parkeergarage onder het huis. Makkelijk, want een auto heb je eigenlijk wel nodig.

Tijdens ons verblijf was het ontzettend warm weer, dus een airco was een pluspunt geweest.

Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, tolle Aussicht über Bellinzona und die Gastgeberin war aussergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!!

Das Ambiente ist sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es sind zwei Zimmer die vermietet werden. Man kann auch beide inkl. dazwischenliegendem Aufenthaltsraum mieten. Das Haus liegt etwas in der Höhe. Die Aussicht vom Balkon über Bellinzona ist wunderschön. Die Lage ist ruhig. Es können auch e-Bikes gemietet werden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Auto kann in einer abgeschlossenen Garage im Haus parkiert werden.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, hervorragendes Frühstück, sehr sauberes Zimmer und ein traumhafter Ausblick. Besonders empfehlenswert für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

The host was wonderful — very welcoming, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We felt comfortable the entire time and truly appreciated the attention to detail. Un piccolo angolo di quiete nel cuore di Bellinzona. The Window mi ha sorpreso per sua atmosfera e cura in ogni singolo dettaglio. La camera? Non ho una camera tanto bella neanche a casa mia! Accogliente, luminosissima, una parete vetrata stupenda, con un balcone privato con vista sulla valle. Hai tutto e ben oltre ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole! La posizione è ideale: a pochi passi dal centro e dalle bellezze storiche della città, ma abbastanza defilata da garantire tranquillità. Katiusca è attenta e cordiale. Iper disponibile. Sono arrivato a Bellinzona di sera, stanco. Mi ha accolto meglio di quanto potessi mai immaginare e si è offerta di trovarmi anche dove cenare...cosa volete di più? Una dispensatrice di itinerari. Un soggiorno breve ma piacevolissimo. Con dispiacere ho chiuso la valigia e riconsegnato la chiave. Mi sono sentito come a casa. Lo consiglio a chi cerca semplicità, calore e una finestra aperta sulla bellezza di Bellinzona!

The view and thought put into every detail are spectacular! The room, balcony and common area are ery comfortable, clean, spacious, modern and unique. The on-site parking is ideal, too.

Faptul că am completat formularul de primire și in absența mea citeau datele mele personale. A fost un moment stânjenitor pentru cei care au fost prinși aspra faptului... mi-au stricat toată dispoziția....

An amazing stay, with a very warm welcome. Katarzyna did not spare any effort to make te difference to me and my son including suggestion day trips, good breakfasts and being friendly all the time. This was the reason that my 5-year old son wanted to stay again with Katarzyna on our way back! Biggest compliment you can get.

Modern, praktisch, bequem, tolle Aussicht, hübsches Zimmer, sehr nette Gastgeberin. Unser Hund hat sich auch wohlgefühlt und ist verwöhnt worden.

Very clean. Beautifully designed and decorated. Views were amazing! Overall the Window radiated a feeling of peace and relaxation! Indoor parking with electrical charging as an option. Host was quick with responding to texts and her suggestions for the area were great! Check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow

Die Lage über Bellinzona am Berg war sehr schön. Das Frühstück gut. Der Balkon vom Zimmer super. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen abgeschlossen Parkplatz im Haus (auch für Elektroautos) und man kann einfach mit dem Lift hoch. Das gewünschte Frühstück kann man am Abend vorher selber von einem Blatt zusammenstellen. Es gibt eine sensationelle Aussicht über Bellinzona !

Da es am Berg liegt, muss man halt unten im Dort gehen / fahren wenn man etwas z.B. am Abend essen will.

Prachtige plek in Bellinzona. Wij waren hier een paar dagen voordat we verder reden naar Italië. Bellinzona is echt een leuke stad met mooie cultuur, relaxte sfeer en fijne restaurants. The Window ligt op een prima plek, de gastvrouw is enorm behulpzaam en gastvrij, je voelt je er welkom! Kamers waren uitstekend, fijne bedden.

When I booked the Window it was all about the view. It turns out that the spectacular view is surpassed by the incredible service. Katiusca was amazing! We felt so welcomed and so grateful for all the extra things she did for us. She organised my favourite wine and aperitivo for a romantic evening. We used their brand new e-bikes to visit the town easily. Katiusca brought us some special cake cooked by her mother for Swiss National Day and invited us to join a local celebration. Everything was perfect and I just didn’t want to leave, I felt like I had found a new friend! The whole experience was wonderful. I don’t often leave reviews but this was so well deserved. Thank you. Thank you 🙏🏻

The Window liegt ca. 15 Minuten (zu Fuss) oberhalb Bellinzona, am Hang. Das heisst entweder man nimmt das Auto oder man läuft...

Tolles modernes Zimmer, sehr sauber, bequemes Bett, ruhig gelegen und eine super freundliche und sympathische Gastgeberin. Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Vielen Dank!

Folgendes ist Klagen auf hohem Niveau und eher als konstruktive Kritik zu bewerten: Es war sehr heiss als wir in Bellinzona waren (36 Grad). Die Kühlung über den Fußboden empfanden wir als zu gering, wir hatten nachts immer noch 26 Grad im Zimmer, trotz Ventilator. Das Fenster könnte einen Mückenschutz vertragen, wenn die Außentemperaturen moderater sind und man vielleicht bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen möchte.

The rooms are designed to make the most of the stunning views offered by the hotel's location. There’s a large window instead of a wall, allowing you to enjoy the views right from the bed – a true luxury. Everything was clean, new, and very welcoming. The host was lovely, and it was clear she paid attention to every detail, including the breakfast, which was beautifully presented. I loved it so much that I used the room to propose to my girlfriend! We will never forget the place! Highly recommended!

Katiusca is truly the most sweet, kind, generous, warm, and welcoming host. She literally welcomed us with open arms and was so kind to us from the very first message when we had booked our stay months prior. We feel like we made a new friend! She went out of her way to explain and answer our questions regarding restaurant reservations and activities in the area. She verified times for us for the little train that goes around Bellinzona, which is an adorable little train ride and she gave us tips about the local markets and was so attentive to our every need. She offered us lovely goods from the bakery for breakfast and the vanilla croissant was so delicious and the bread she provided every day for us was some of the best bread we've ever had! And the view from our "Blue Balance" room was absolutely stunning! It had a floor to ceiling window with a gorgeous balcony and we could see the mountains and the town and the castles and there aren't enough woods in the world to say how fabulous the view was and we were able to see from the comfort of our room fireworks on New Year's Eve. The view from the shared kitchen was lovely and we were able to heat some basic things on the stove. There was no microwave but it wasn't necessary for us. She is such a lovely person and gave extra pillows in the room at our request because we were recovering from an injury. She gave us beautiful gifts when we left and offered us fantastic Prosecco when we arrived. All in all it was an extraordinary exceptional stay and we highly recommend it. She is a truly kind warm and welcoming person.

Everything was lovely. There was parking as well and entry into an out of the room was very easy. The only thing I would mention but it is NOT a negative point at all is that the shared kitchen is not set up for cooking full meals. It is possible to scramble some eggs or heat up food but not if one is expecting to really cook easily. We were able do more than heat up food but for people who like to cook it is not a full kitchen; it is just a pan or two and a stove top and no oven. This was not a problem for us just something for others to note when they see that there is a shared kitchen in the description. Also Katiusca was always available to bring us anything we needed. She even brought us extra containers for food that we brought from the outside and allowed us to store some of our goods in the mini fridge that is part of the shared kitchen. We highly recommend this wonderful place!

The Window is a beautiful building in a beautiful setting. If you want to go somewhere to enjoy a spectacular view, take some time to relax, and wander around castles, then this is the place for you! It's a short taxi ride from the town center, or a short walk down (about 15min) that brings you past the Montebello castle. You can also walk up about 15min, and you will be at the second castle Sasso Corbaro. Both have beautiful grounds and beautiful views. With it's huge window in the room, I could easily sit in the balcony under the blankets provided, or lie in bed and just watch the day go by, with the sun shining on the mountains ahead. It was a very relaxing, perfect stay.

Great location with parking. The views from the room are amazing. The bed was super comfortable and the bath towels were very soft and smelled good. The shower has good pressure with plenty of hot water. Katiusca is a terrific host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend booking her place.

Mrs Katiusca is a wonderful host , the view is amazing the room is very clean , there is a kitchen with all the supplies and even a fridge were you can buy wine beer soft drinks at any time .Upon check in Mrs Katiusca will be there for you to explain every detail and even book a restaurant for you . Everything was perfect if anyone comes to Bellinzona you have to stay here .

The only negative lets say is that there is not often public transportation during the day and if you do not have a car you have to walk up the hill in order to get back to the window, not bad if someone likes walking .

All is well thought, is cozy and beautiful. From the beginning you feel welcome almost at home.

The amazing view from you room is priceless!

It was a little difficult to find as you pass it very easily. There is no signing on the road. But it was not a big issue.

The owner , Katiusca , is the perfect host. The check-inn is easy and in system. View from room , bathroom , the furnitures , every thing is highclass. Katiusca booked a table in a nearby restaurant and my EV-car got kWH in the garage downunder.

We normally do not pick a hotelroom at this price on our way to the South of France and not sure we will visit the helpfull Katiusca again , but I must say : You should try it - you will not regret it !

Just amazing: the view, the room and the service!

Katiusca is an exceptional host. Nothing was too much to ask. She went the extra mile and beyond pointing out some hidden local gems, washing our clothes (we were hiking during the day), ordering take away food and offering her e-bikes to us for usage.
