Washroom door handle is missing and broken. No reception. The amount for my stay hold prior to my arrival and was again charged the day I arrived. The first amount could have been released but it took two weeks for the amount to be returned.

Reviewed Nov 7, 2024The room had a very strong cooking fat smell. Stains on the carpet. Balcony door was completely locked. Reception staff shared with another hotel. The Airco was very loud. Internet was almost unusable. Lots of prostitutes in the streets near the hotel.

I booked through booking.com and I inquired about extending my stay at reception so they advised me to check with the third party site I used originally.
