Lime Hotel

Nessun ascensore in struttura. Avevamo prenotato due camere Standard, ma all'arrivo la struttura ha finto di farci un favore "regalandoci" un upgrade a una Deluxe, che si è rivelata invece di qualità pessima. L'altra camera, la Standard che avevamo effettivamente prenotato, aveva un bagno minuscolo, privo di doccia vera e propria, con al suo posto un doccino attaccato al rubinetto del lavandino. Pulizia scarsa.

The staff were very kind, helping me with baggage up the stairs and answering my questions. The warm ambiance of the room is also nice. Considering the price and location, this room gave me everything I needed.

As I had two checked luggages, there being no elevator was difficult. The room also doesn’t get much natural lighting as the window doesn’t open up—I wasn’t too bothered by it.

Great location, cosy rooms but really nice, get free bottles of water and replacement towels everyday left in cute bags on the door and they don’t bother you. Super lovely man on reception :)

the owner upgraded our room without us asking. also the bathroom was very clean and there was a proper shower that is not to easy to find in korea. the bed was big and very comfy with a huge TV in front of it.

Non era prevista la colazione e non esisteva un locale per farla.

Non esisteva l'ascensore e l'hotel è su due piani. Non è possibile ed è sconsigliabile aprire la finestra. Da un lato il letto matrimoniale è contro il muro non c'è spazio per passare. Non c'è spazio troppo piccolo lo spazio restante. Non c'è possibilità di appendere abiti.

房間不方正，床很硬還有一層塑膠膜，翻身很吵。而且不乾淨一躺上去皮膚會癢 最可怕的是因為鄰近鬧區，晚上很多喝酒的人會很吵鬧 另外，旅店沒有電梯，學行李需要自己搬上樓

There was natural light in the room, so for my 3 night stay, it was uncomfortable. Otherwise, clean, functional facilities with nice touches like cleanser, toner, hairdryer, robe, etc.

Friendly staff, nice comfortable rooms, great location in the heart of the action and fantastic value for money. Would stay again.

All the issues I had was quickly resolved by the friendly staff, they wanted to ensure I felt welcome and looked after. Thank you.

- good position - staff was available to communicate but absent on site - plugs only 1 side of the bed - clean

- no lift - air conditioning is right above the bed - bathroom is tiny, if you are on taller/bigger side you will struggle

The room was very good. Comfortable bed, all necessary amenities were included. The room and bathroom was clean, and made the experience very comfortable.

There is no one in the reception, and the person from the staff that I interacted with was very unfriendly and didn't seem very willing to help with my problem. The AC in my room stopped working, so I contacted the hotel via the Booking app. They sent a member of staff down to the hotel after a while and he was not very friendly. He wasn't able to help me with the AC and was not willing to provide me with a temporary solution like a fan. He would not move me to a different room, and started blaming me for the AC breaking down. I stayed in the summer, which means I had to sleep in a very hot room for the rest of my stay. If it hadn't been for this experience my stay at the lime hotel would've been a 10/10 stay. However this experience was very unpleasant, which is why I am giving it such a low rating.

The location was great, not far from a metro station and in the centre of city with plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants and street food stalls. The hotel itself was very very clean. The room was huge and minimalistic, inexpensive but functional furniture. When I arrived I was told I had been upgraded to a suite so not sure what normal room is like. One night cost me £20 , amazing value. I’ve given a high mark for facilities as despite the low cost the room had a huge flat screen TV, cable TV, air con fridge, kettle, hair dryer and a charging point for mobile phones with a selection of phone charging adapters. Highly recommended.
