Reviewed Sep 10, 2026O tamanho do apartamento é muito bom, vista muito bonita, muito próximo da praia, infraestrutura muito boa. Fomos muito bem recebidos e tudo explicado ao por menor.
Cama não era muito confortável, colchão afundava. Faltava roupa de cama para 1 dos hóspedes porém logo foi solucionado. A porta do banheiro estava com problemas, com as dobradiças frouxas parecia que a porta ía cair e também não tinha talher suficiente para 5 pessoas.

Facilities were not as advertised. We were advised on day 1 there was a dishwasher issue, this was serviced on day two and then replaced on day 3. Hot water was not operational, was reported and required a part which was fixed on day 4. Three of our six days a technician was required to attend to the apartment to fix hot water and dishwasher. Not what you want on holiday.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026The location was right by the beach, which was awesome. Everyone was quite friendly. The apartment was very secure + easy to find on the property. We loved our balcony (even though it didn't face the ocean) and the AC was nice and strong.
Our apartment had quite a musty smell to it. Also, I noticed some mold on the shower curtain. Finally, the water was either scorching hot or quite chilly. It went back and forth between the two while you were in the shower (the handles had no effect on this).

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Está genial si tienes niños pequeños. No te hace falta ni salir del recinto. Piscina, parque infantil, bar… nos ha venido genial para no estar estresados de arriba a abajo. El apartamento es bonito y espacioso. No tuvimos ningún problema.
Las almohadas para mi gusto eran demasiado blandas, usé dos. Y la hora de salida, en mi opinión, es en hora muy temprana. Las once de la mañana cuando no te lo dan hasta las cuatro de la tarde. Entiendo que esto es algo generalizado por la limpieza en todos lados, pero creo que deberían de dar más margen.

Relativ altes Gebäude. Der Wäschetrockner im Innenhof, der nicht zugänglich war, fall etwas hinunterfällt. Nur für die 4 Wohnungen im 1.Stock. Ein Wäscheständer für der Balkon wäre toll.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Klidná lokalita v blízkosti pláže, možnost jít do fitka, do restaurace. Vše je tam k dispozici - kdo nechce, nemusí ani jezdit do Valencie, ale to by byla škoda. Autobusy MHD staví kousek od recepce a jezdí až do centra.
Pokoj orientovaný do vnitřku budovy byl méně pohodlný.

Avis : À éviter absolument – Odeur de moisissure insupportable Séjour gâché par une odeur de moisissure horrible dès notre arrivée dans l'appartement. L'atmosphère était irrespirable et l'odeur tellement forte que nous avons dû quitter les lieux immédiatement, le logement étant tout simplement inhabitable. C'est inacceptable et honteux de louer un bien dans cet état. Une demande de remboursement a été effectuée. Je ne recommande absolument pas.

Nos volvimos engañados. Muy caro, estuvimos 4 días con el frigorífico roto, váter roto, aire acondicionado en malas condiciones... Y pese a contactar con ellos no nos arreglaron nada. Nos dijeron que el técnico se pasaría y justificaban todo dándonos largas pero sin ningún tipo de respuesta. Horrible estancia

Me gustó todo, pero si tengo que poner un pero, es la comodidad del colchón y de la almohada, que para mi no ha sido cómodisimo, pero tampoco incómodo! En general está fenomenal

The pool experience was not relaxing. There were too many rules that were not explicit. E.g. you can walk into pool area with flipflops but not a cover up, you need to set them on the grass before coming past the barrier. T he pool boys/lifeguards were oddly rigid and strict. We were told off for my daughters hair becoming undone in the pool, for her laughing loudly, for my 10 YO son forgetting his band (when we all had ours on so it was clear we had permission) and they made us go back up to get it. However other families were screeching and jumping loudly into the pool and nothing was said to them. It unsettled the kids as they were confused. The attendants were very young and seemed to enjoy enforcing. Could do with some training.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026L’emplacement, l’architecture bien conçue pour rafraîchir par fortes chaleur : l’air de la mer s’engouffre entre les bâtiments, la piscine et le jardin rafraîchissent… La piscine est extra : propre, relax, grande… La gentillesse des interlocuteurs quand nous avions besoin de quelque chose. La propreté de l’ensemble, parties privatives et communes. Le café/resto de la résidence. Pas de la grande cuisine mais vraiment sympa et d’un bon rapport qualité prix
À améliorer : le bureau où en prend et rend les clés est à deux pâtés de maisons plus loin. Pas pratique sous le cagnard avec les valises. Autre petit souci : l’annonce dit que l’appartement est climatisé. En fait, c’est juste une Clim dans le seul salon avec tuyau par porte-fenêtre ouverte. Les chambres ont seulement des ventilateurs. Pas si faciles à rafraîchir. Meubles et vaisselle sont un peu cheaps vu le prix de location.

The doors to the bedroom rattle when it is closed and sounds like someone is knocking. It’s probably the a/c blowing but it is annoyance when trying to sleep. Also, disappointed that there are games but you have to bring your own supplies (balls, gold clubs etc). Seems like false advertisement.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026A lovely property with a large swimming pool, a spacious balcony and a terrace. Just a couple of minutes’ walk from a beautiful beach, mini-markets and restaurants. We were also given beach umbrellas .
The flat could have been very comfortable, had it not been for a huge disappointment on the very first day: a broken toilet cistern and a broken front door handle that came off in my hands. There were also dirty plates in the kitchen cupboard and a broken coffee machine. The staff forgot to leave the pool wristbands.

Rooms are dirty. Not enough towels for everyone(3 towels for 5 people and 2 toilet papers for 4 days stay). The description for the rooms at booking.com are not correct and property said they couldn’t updated because they don’t have enough space in the web page. I was charge extra for a better condition room that they couldn’t provide me. Staff form Holiday don’t know anything . Very bad hotel for international travelers. Hotel didn’t let me know that rooms don’t have air conditioning. Really bad at all. Never will use booking or this hotel again because no one couldn’t help me or contact me .

Schlüsselübergabe im einem Mini Büro etwas weiter weg von dem Appartement. Nicht so einfach zu finden. Nur Bus Linie 31 als Anschluss in die Stadt. Im Zimmer war noch etwas Sand hier und da. Badezimmer Decke komplett voller Schimmel.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026We recently spent 3 nights at the Patacona resort. It was in a great location with the beach across the road. The office for collecting keys was a few minutes walk away but easy to get there and find with great instructions from the company. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful including arranging a taxi for us on departure and rescuing us when we got locked out of the apartment on the first evening. The apartment was clean with great views and all yhe kitchen essentials needed for a short stay. Unfortunately there were strong winds one evening and the bedroom window was drafty and noisy, this was the only thing that let the place down.

I’m not 100% sure if we’d have been asked to leave, if they realised we were tourists. This is based on the doors of nearby apartments saying to call the police if tourists stay there.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Die Lage am Meer mit Meerblick vom Apartment. Das Apartment hatte eine neue Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Die Wohnanlage befindet sich am Ende des Patacona Strandes. Insgesamt ist die Strandpromenade bis Las Arenas fast 4 km lang. Der Strand war sehr schön und sauber. Mehrere Strandbars, Liegen und Auflagen konnten gemietet werden. Die Wohnanlage war sehr sauber und gepflegt und hatte ein Cafe mit Restaurantbetrieb. Der schöne Pool ist vom 01.06 - 30.09 täglich geöffnet. Im Mai nur an den Wochenenden.
Das Apartment mit Dachterrasse hatte zwar einen wunderschönen Ausblick, aber war in der Ausstattung enttäuschend. Sehr karg eingerichtet., Fehlende Sachen in der Küche (Schere, Nudelsieb). Die Liegen auf der Terrasse und die Stühle waren ohne Auflagen. Der Sonnenschutz war in Teilen kaputt. Im Wohnzimmer fehlte ein Tisch, karge Wände, ein Regal und ein bereits defektes Sideboard. Dazu nur gleißendes Licht von Deckenspots. Gemütlich ist etwas anderes. Insgesamt sehr billig ausgestattet. Die Apartments in Patacona sind in vielen Wohnanlagen baugleich. Wir hatten im letzten Jahr bereits in der Nähe ein Apartment für viel weniger Geld und mit weitaus besserer Ausstattung. Insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen.

me dieron las llaves pero faltaba el de la entrada y no sabíamos a quién acudir ya que la recepción de llaves no trabaja después de las 3pm También todo los muebles instalaciones cocina baño paredes pareciera que lo agarraron de lo descartado y lo pusieron en este piso. Está todo descordinado.

Uima-altaat kiinni , osassa huoneista oli huonot sängyt, osassa hyvät. Yläkerran kattoterassi oli siivoton ja siellä oli rikkinäinen katos. Huoneissa oli esim. rikkinäinen silityslauta joka ei pysynyt pystyssä ollenkaan.

Reviewed May 4, 2026It was so close to the beach and to a small shop so we were never stuck for anything. Just across the road from a bus stop aswell which took us right into the city. The staff were very helpful with any information we needed and checking in and out was so simple. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.
The only thing was that we booked for the end of April so we missed the use of the pool.
