Our favorite part was the great views and walking around the farm with the children.

a regular table would be a great addition! We wanted to play board games in the evening, but the benchtop wasn’t quite comfortable enough for that.

The scenery was stunning, host was great and it was a slice of perfection hidden away and quiet

My parents stayed here, they raved about the beautiful views and farm fresh eggs. There was no TV which they were fine with, dad managed to read 2 books. Also said the stars were very bright at night!

exceptional location, stunning views, beautiful sounds, friendly owners.

The cottage had everything we needed plus more! Ample kitchen supplies which made cooking a bliss. Beds were super comfy!

There wasn't anything we didnt like, I would just suggest some newer frying pans as the ones supplied weren't non stick and everything got super stuck on.

When we arrived Waitoki has suffered a significant power outage. However Collin made sure we had a generator, all set up. Being rural ourselves, we totally understood how this happens; but Colin and Bubbles made all attempts to ensure we had everything we needed. The highlight must be the farm....this was a significant bonus. Having our two dogs with us, and being able to freely walk over the majority of the property was fantastic. Would really recommend Bever Farm.

Excellent accommodation, very clean. The host has thought of everything that was required to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Host was very welcoming and extremely accomodating when we needed some extra help. Great communication. Cottage is private, clean, has all the amenities needed and has peaceful views. Our doggies felt so at home and relaxed on this fenced off property.

Bever farm is a very good place to stay away from the hustle and bustle - the place itself was lovely comfortable and clean !! The surrounds were peaceful - chooks enjoyed the vege scraps and the sheep were happy to graze around the paddock where the house is. There is plenty to do around the area if you are happy to drive.

Every thing was well thought for to make our stay very comfortable.

Very clean and it is set in a picturesque location. You could sit for hours on the deck enjoying the view during the day and star gazing at night 💗

Beautiful set up and everything was clean and modern. Comfortable beds too! Beautiful view and we were greeted by cows in the field!

The only negative was that the milk in the fridge was solid and off! But we had our own so it didn’t matter.

Eveything was perfect, the place, the view and super friendly sheep! The owners thought of every little detail for all their guests - even the four legged ones. Fully fenced placed with awesome view! Highly recommend and will be back.

The main bed was just a bit hard but that’s it .

Everything about the property was exceptional from the magnificent views to the fully equipped kitchen. Our hosts Bubbles and Colin were very welcoming to the modern well appointment cottage.

Lovely farm location. Cattle scratching against the house and rooster crowing made it very authentic.

Beautiful place to stay. We were greeted with fresh farm eggs and home grown tomatoes. The cottage has all you need, is stylish and very clean. Also, getting into the city was much faster than expected, and we also avoided all peak hour traffic (traveling to Penrose from Waitoki). Would definitely recommend for anyone staying near Kumeu or even wanting to do things in different parts of Auckland.

Fantastic location out of the beaten path, real working farm, the place was modern, fully equipped, clean beyond reproach, we fell in love with the view.
