Reviewed Sep 19, 2025The price.
The homestay is converted from a shophouse, so the corridor is rather narrow. In the fourth room, there is a drain and a water pipe, so we can hear the sound of running water. Overall, it’s quite a good choice since we only go back at night to shower and sleep. Furthermore, we meet the cockcroach family since the first day.

Reviewed May 18, 2025⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (10/10) We had a wonderful stay at this homestay in Ipoh. The unit was very spacious, comfortably accommodating our group of 15 to 18 pax. The property was immaculately clean and well-organized, with each room having its own attached bathroom, which was a huge convenience. The kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, making meal preparation easy and efficient. Parking was safe and secure, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. The owner was exceptionally friendly and responsive, replying to all our queries promptly. Overall, a 10/10 experience — highly recommended for large groups looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed homestay in Ipoh.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2024Host is very helpful and easy to communicate. After successful booking, I straight call the host and they provide a good guideline to self check in. Even though we're booked last minute and super late, the Host even help us to turn on the fan, aircond, and light before we arrived so we feels like our home is ready. And the house is providing 4 room, 3 of it has 2 queen bed which is super comfortable and fits our large family and each room has their own toilet!
