Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The apartment was well laid out and welcoming despite it's size. The location was very convenient with commuter rail and groceries nearby. The apartment complex was very quiet and clean. Checkout procedures were very easy to follow. Great water pressure.
I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the apartment considering prior renters raving about how clean the apartment was. It was evident that it was not properly cleaned from the previous renter. There was hair everywhere, the bathroom sink, bathroom mat, living room carpet, stairs to the loft, and the foot of the bed. If it wouldn't have been a hassle, I would have found other accommodations. The couch also had such a bad smell (body odor) that it made it unusable for me. The floors also had crumbs and general debris. The bathroom was left with an empty toilet paper roll on the dispenser. Overall, the lack of proper cleaning made the visit less than ideal and made me spend less time in the apartment than I would have liked.

The stairs to the bedroom was a little bit tricky
