Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Je ne parlerai pas de l'emplacement à 400 m de la mer et pratiquement autant de Shouk. Juste idéal. Asaf et Ordan ont répondu très rapidement à nos questions et à nos demandes. Ils ont été très arrangeants j'ai apprécié qu'ils achètent une Plata toute neuve pour Shabbat.
Bon 3e étage sans ascenseur avec un bébé c'est un peu sportif

Il faut savoir qu il s agit d un ancien hôtel en restructuration et que la moitié des étages sont en chantier et que l’autre moitié a été transformé en appartement qui sont à la location . C est un peu déconcertant en rentrant dans l’immeuble car bcp de sacs de chantier . Et des parties communes très abîmées Par contre l’appartement : RAS .

Reviewed Dec 3, 2025The bedrooms and living room were spacious - it was nice to have a place to hangout in the apartment. Hosts responded to questions in a quick manner. Kitchen was equipped with lots of dishware to use. Great location - walking distance to the beach and many local restaurants and an AMPM. Wanted to note there isn't an elevator, so you will have to walk up three flights of stairs with your luggage.

hauseingang war so dermaßen verdreckt und voller bauschutt und müll, dass wir zunächst dachten wir hätten die falsche adressen. da muss sich die hausverwaltung was einfallen lassen, um das zu pflegen.

Les parties communes ne sont pas terribles et mal entretenues mais c’est souvent comme ça en Israël

Reviewed May 28, 2025Everything went well (check-in, check out). The communication with the owners was always polite, clear, and reliable. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. The balcony is wonderful. The apartment is located in the center of the city, but not noisy. Within ten minutes you can walk to the beach and many bus lines stop nearby the apartment. Perfect location for a stay in the city center of Tel Aviv. Thank you.

Also the apartment is well equipped with kitchen supplies and appliances - even though it is a compact apartment you have everything you need and you don't feel that it's small. The balcony onto a picturesque but quiet street is also a huge plus. This is a great getaway apartment for a single or couple looking to soak up Tel Aviv nightlife, restaurants, beach etc.
The host lists the apartment as including a bed for two plus a futon. Since we were three people we were disappointed to discover the "futon" was just a foam mattress. It felt like dishonest advertising.

Reviewed Oct 26, 2024We took a short holiday breakout at Tel Aviv and couldn't ask for a better place. The location is great, few minutes walk from the beach, really close to the market, and with loads of coffee places and restaurants to choose from. The apartment itself is very welcoming. Kids felt immediately 'at home' with the spacious design and cosy sofas. The flat is well equipped, from coffee to laundry soap, and is extremely clean. It is well lighted and not dark or too shady. Owner was friendly and very accessible, and pricing is very fair. Also, the fact there's a 24/7 manned reception at the entrance made us feel more secure. We could easily stay longer, and will definitely come back soon.
The only thing worth taking into consideration is (lack of) parking. Not sure there's much to do about it...
