Great location and excellent hosts. Property was spotless clean convenient and hosts went the extra mile to supply basics eg fruit basket which was not expected.

The place was exceptional. Very clean, spacious and only a 2 minute walk to Blue Bay beach. Davinah also provided us with our with our first meal, fish curry and dholpurri. It was delicious. The communication was excellent, whenever I had a question she responded straight away. I highly recommend Beach Hive and the host and would stay there again.

Virkelig, virkelig dejligt sted. Vi blev taget rigtig godt imod af Davinah og hendes mand. Huset er rigtig flot og velholdt, med dejlig terrasse, gode senge og alt hvad man behøver i køkkenet. Davinah er en 100 procent fantastisk værtinde. Vi ankom direkte fra lufthavnen omkring kl. 19.00 og Davinah og hendes mor havde lavet en rigtig lækker hjemmelavet aftensmad til os. Derudover stod der en fyldt frugtskål med friske frugter. Huset ligger godt placeret på en stille, lukket vej med kun 2 minutters gang til blue bay beach og 3,5 km. til BoValon Mall med gode indkøbsmuligheder. Vores allerbedste anbefalinger til Beach Hive ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Comms with Davinah were excellent. Great decor, very comfortable and sitting on the terrace looking out to ocean was lovely. Home cooked chicken fried rice was DELICIOUS 😋

A beautiful large property, with some lovely touches in a great location. Davinah, the host, was so thoughtful and welcoming. The apartment was spotless and everything provided that we might need. It was such a pleasure to stay there. We just wish we had longer! Davinah also went out of her way to help us when we left something behind which was much appreciated. We would highly recommend Beach Hive.

Nothing - everything was perfect.

What a fabulous home. Davinah & Steve met us on arrival. It had everything & more. Personal touches by the owner to make our stay perfect. Home made dinner made by Davinah's mum was delicious & a welcome surprise on arrival, breakfast supplies were provided, incl coffee maker with pods & bottles of water. It was quiet & well equipped for maximum comfort. House has air conditioning in all main rooms. We walked to the beach & taxi's and bus stand within 2 minutes. 10/10. We will be back.

The only fault is that it is not well signed from the roar so the taxi driver from airport had difficulty locating it. Also it has stairs to top level - which may not be suitable for elderly.

This place is an absolute gem! It is incredibly well appointed and everything spells luxury and comfort. The view over the ocean from the terrace is incredible, with the beautiful beach, great for snorkling too, right in front of the house. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the scenery from the villa was truly relaxing. Was the perfect place for my anniversary. The host Davinah, and her family was incredibly kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. We were pleasantly surprised with thoughtful touches like fresh water, delicious fruits, and even homemade food, which made our stay even more special. The villa itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, even sport and beach equipment. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a peaceful getaway by the sea. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable seaside escape!

A beautiful and spacious house with very attentive and accommodating hosts. The amenities leave nothing to be desired, and the view from the second-floor terrace is wonderful. We especially love the lovely public beach at Blue Bay, which is just a 2-3 minute walk away. From the beach, you can also catch a bus to Mahebourg, a still quite authentic Mauritian town without many tourists. The market, especially on Mondays, is highly recommended. We will definitely return. We prefer such a beautiful apartment to any luxury hotel.

Я влюбилась в это место ! Дом наполнен заботливыми мелочами: от кофе машины и капучинатора, до стиралки с несколькими видами порошка и капсул. До пляжа с невероятным подводным миром идти всего 5-7 минут ! Рекомендую ❤️

Wundervolles Haus mit sehr netten Gastgebern, von Obstschale, über Waschmaschinenpods, Schnorchelsets, bis Shampoo und Conditioner wurde von den Gastgebern alles bereitgestellt. Wir wurden am ersten Abend sogar mit einem traditionellen Abendessen überrascht. Die Terrasse ist auch super angenehm. Ankunft und Abreise waren super einfach. Sehr gerne wieder :)

The appartment was very big, very clean, very cosy. With a quiet surrounding. Some 100m from the public beach ( but better fantastic beach for snorkeling and for children too is bit further - approximately 500m to the left “around the corner” of the bay). Blue Bay itself is very quiet place - without overtourism - so for people searching this kind of vacation. The nearest supermarket is accesible almost only by car ( in the village we found only one small store - not very well supplied) - but we had local guide for trips around the Island - so when we went back from the trip, we everytime bought the supplies to cook meal, in the supermarket. When you plan to rent a car - no problem, or there is some taxi avaiable nearby. The owners of the appartment are super nice people - gave us home cooked meal ( very delicious) for the first evening and some supplies and also took us by car to the supermarket to buy some food for the first days. They live in another town- so other days you have to take care about that yourself. As we came from Europe with small children, we were a bit suspicious about the hygienic standards in Mauritius - but they are good, and in this appartment and owners supergood ( any diarrhea, any stomachache during whole stay - and we ate also streetfood). Don’t have to worry. The owners recommended us not to drink tap water - so we didn’t, but i washed some dishes and my toothbrush in it and no problem. The bay itself - perfect for snorkeling and children - some 300-400m from the shore , where the depth is around 1-2m is full of corals and tropical fish, any sharks ( they would scratch their belly if they would try to go over the barrier of corals 😊), currents where we were were relatively weak ( except one place on coco Island - there is very strong). Waves almost any. In blue bay there is also diving center - so possibility to go to the deep sea is there also.

A perfect slice of paradise at Beach Hive Villa. We had an unforgettable stay at Beach Hive Villa in Mauritius. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond—surprising us with a delicious vegetarian meal on our first night, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long journey. The villa itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, just 30 seconds from the beach—yes, I timed it! Waking up to the sound of the waves and being able to stroll down for a morning swim was pure bliss. The villa had absolutely everything you could need and more, with thoughtful extras like a basket of fresh fruit and milk for tea waiting for us on arrival. It’s rare to find such incredible value in such a stunning location. I genuinely wish I had booked a few more nights. This place exceeded all expectations, and I would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, charm, and a touch of Mauritian hospitality.

Eine sehr tolle und saubere Unterkunft. Haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Lage ist sehr ruhig und sicher, bis zum Strand sind es zu fuss 1 Minute. Von dem riesengroßen Balkon sieht man das wunderschöne Meer. Gastgeber sind wundervolle Menschen die bei jedem Anliegen und Fragen sehr gerne weiterhelfen und immer erreichbar sind. Auch wenn es nicht um die Unterkunft geht, wird trotzdem einem geholfen. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Küche voll ausgestattet. Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel vorhanden. Jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene steuerbare Klimaanlage.

Davinah est d’une grande gentillesse. Elle nous a accueilli avec des plats cuisinés ainsi que des fruits fraîchement coupés. La maison est décorée avec goût. Les meubles ainsi que les éléments de décorations sont de qualité. Il y a également des jeux, du nécessaire de toilette etc. Davinah nous a même permis de réaliser un late check out sans frais supplémentaires. Merci pour ce séjour

Very well equipped accommodation, air conditioning in all rooms, few steps to Blue Bay beach. Delicious complementary curry dinner on our first night, superb host. Will definitely be back.

Die house is comfortable, modern, clean, spacious, had all the needed amenities and more, located close to beach. Davinah went through extra trouble to make the stay truly special.

We had an amazing time! The villa was. Ore then the photos! Was great! The owner thought to everything, more then one needs actually! We recommend it by heart and we would return always there! Thank you for sharing with us, travellers the amazing hours with the wonderful design!

Hosts we're brilliant, meeting us in person on check in and check out to handover and collect the keys. They had also been very communicative in the run up to our stay, sharing helpful information over WhatsApp. The villa is stunning and very well appointed, with lots of thoughtful touches: a dart board and games, comfortable seating on the terrace, fresh fruit in the fridge. This would be a perfect place to stay for a family or a group of friends, but it was also great for a couple. You're just over the road from the beach and a ten min drive to the airport. We only regret that we couldn't stay there longer!

One of the best properties we stayed in Mauritius. Lots of amenities. Great host. Blue Bay is just minutes away. Couple of minor things to note, only one toilet which is inside the bathroom and there's no wardrobes or storage options in 2 of the bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay and the biggest plus was that there was air conditioning in all the rooms and living areas.

It was a really great holiday. The villa is only 50 metres from Blue Bay beach, which we think is underrated by tourists. It is especially beautiful in the sunny weather. We had 3 bedrooms, a huge kitchen, a lounge with incredibly high ceilings and a terrace with a hanging swing that our daughter loved to ride on. The renovation is modern, fresh and designer. All the appliances, crockery and furniture are new. There is an outside shower. The house also has a sports corner, snorkelling masks, tennis rackets and electronic darts and board games. We have holidayed in 4 villas and apartments in Mauritius and this one has exceeded all expectations. Special thanks also to the villa owners - very nice people. Everything was great and we will try very hard to come back here again.
