La atención y amabilidad de la propiedad y personal del alojamiento. Posibilidad de poder pagar con Neki. La fachada del edificio y patios interiores con mucho gusto.

La ubicación te obliga a depender de Uber o taxi para los desplazamientos debido a la seguridad y distancia a los lugares de interés. Las habitaciones son antiguas con mobiliario básico. El desayuno se contrata aparte (16.000 pesos), pero es muy básico.

El hotel muy hermoso, limpio, el personal muy amable. Don Gabriel es bastante amable y muy servicial, carismático. Recomiendo quedarse en el hotel

La casa es preciosa. Su valor patrimonial tanto como inmueble como en sus objetos y mobiliario es muy importante.

La gentillesse du personnel, ils sont très attentionnés. Le charme de l’hôtel, très bien aménagé, très joli, entretenu avec soin.

Charming...school converted into a hotel. Hotels like this are 1 in a million. Although not in the greatest area the staff is super friendly and attentive.

Charming place, impeccably renovated and kept, thanks to its very welcoming owners and staff, who made me feel at home. All was absolutely clean, with comfy beds and pillows, open plan closet, renovated bathroom with walk-in shower. They offer tasty full cooked Colombian breakfast for reasonable extra fee. I was heavy hearted to leave and would definitely return.

Location is tricky after sunset, to the point of having to wait a good while for Uber or alike, to accept a ride there.

Its a beautiful place a renovated school , and very well done , the staff are great juan carlos was very helpful on the first day with local tips and taxi’s, but after the first night we never saw him again?

There is a lack of facilities, there is a lovely square there but nowhere to sit there are only a couple of chairs, wi/fi is only any good if you sit by the sender , the devil is in the detail and it feels as though its a work in progress, no tea coffee or refreshments readily available, shame , didn’t see enough of juan carlos !

Lovely old colonial property like in the photos, all blue and white with peaceful courtyards. Extremely clean. Lovely family who looked after us well. My husband was sick and they offered us chicken soup.

Downtown area little rundown, but the owner got us taxis to where we needed to go.

This place is an amazing oasis!!! Gabriel and his team are very kind and always happy to help. Around 10 min by taxi to the new Shakira statue. :)

Very clean, charming place. As in the pictures. Friendly, helpful staff. The room was small, but had everything we needed. Tasteful and practical interior.

If you are a foreigner and want to pay with a Credit Card, they will charge you 25% of the booking, that was not clearly communicated before the booking. The wifi was almost most of the time not working or painfully slow. If you need reliable wifi, don't ask for room 07, maybe others are better.

Wonderful hotel. Newly renovated. Everything is exceptionally clean. Staff are friendly, they seem genuinely happy to work here). AC worked very well. Don't miss the breakfast. Simple and delicious. The location is close to restaurants and services, and taxis are plentiful and cheap. Highly recommend this charming hotel.
