No staff on premises. I was asked to send a picture of my ID over the internet, which I refused. Toilet repulsively dirty (see photo). No warm water at 21:30, so cold shower. Noisy fridge inside room.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026The view towards Lake Geneva was great. The village setting is pleasant and in good reach of Geneva as well as on the road into Switzerland itself.
At the time of writing, the photos on the profile of the property only show spaces that have been renovated. Our room had features that did not appear on the profile photos, such as furniture and a shower cubicle that did not look like it had been changed since 1980. Furthermore, there were no photos of the hallway entrance and passageway and stairs to our room on the top floor. If I had seen these photos beforehand, and therefore the entirety of what I was going to pay for, I may have decided to stay elsewhere. Guests arriving late should arrange food for the evening in advance as there are few local options in that regard.

Das Zimmer entsprach überhaupt nicht den Bildern. Mein Zimmer was ich gebucht habe sollte ein Premium Doppel-/Zweibett Zimmer sein? Das Badezimmer war alt, Stuhl löste sich schon in Einzelteile auf. Überall noch Staub und Haare vom Vorgänger. Personal nicht vor Ort, keine Chance Beschwerde einzureichen. Entäuschend.

Sarebbe stato meglio poter avere a disposizione la colazione visto che non ci sono caffetterie nelle vicinanze. Noi ci sentiamo meglio se c'è qualcuno alla reception....

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026This facility has no staff on location - they have made every effort to make check-in and accessing the room simple without human intervention. This requires either installing a security access smartphone app, or going through an on-site procedure to get a physical access card. We installed the app, it wasn't difficult and worked well. We had a few issues during arrival and check-in, but the Messaging contact through Booking.com worked well and answers came back quickly, and the contact phone number given in the messages after the reservation confirmation was answered quickly and solved problems efficiently.
Checking in with no on-site staff was new for us, and I found the instructions given by Messages after reservation confirmation to be a bit difficult to understand. The problem might have been mostly on my side, but in any case the process could be made a lot easier if the instructions were made a bit more clear. The location is nice, but a bit difficult to reach via public transportation.

le lien pour l'enregistrement qui ne fonctionne pas très bien , heureusement le personnel nous a beaucoup aidé ,nous les remercions pour leur patience .

stopcontacten die niet werken. blazer werkt niet. ramen kunnen niet open (geen gram lucht te krijgen binnen). schoonmaak bestaat daar volgens mij niet.

La habitación que nos tocó tenía varios detalles a mejorar: no funcionaba la luz del baño y tampoco el enchufe donde estaba conectado el ventilador. Al cambiarlo de enchufe sí funcionó, pero hacía bastante calor y el ventilador era demasiado pequeño. Creo que podrían invertir en uno más potente, ya que tampoco es un aparato caro y quedaría para futuros clientes. La recepción también daba un poco de sensación de desorden, con varias cosas por medio. Para pasar una noche y continuar el viaje está bien, pero hay varios aspectos que deberían mejorar.

Il manque un réfrigérateur. Une petite bouteille d'eau mis à disposition sur la table aurait été le bienvenu avec cette chaleur. Un distributeur de boisson fraîche. Un ventilateur disponible mais la climatisation aurait été plus agréable. Prévenir qu'il n'y a pas de personnel sur place et que nous recevions les instructions pour ouvrir la chambre via whatsapp.

Personalul a fost amabil și atent, iar check-in-ul și check-out-ul s-au desfășurat rapid. Locația este foarte bună, iar raportul calitate-preț este excelent. Recomand cu încredere acest hotel și aș reveni cu plăcere

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Hotel je umístněn v krásném prostředí, již jsme jej v minulosti několikrát navštívili. V blízkosti Nyonu a jezera.
Pokud přijedete pozdě večer, riskujete, že se do hotelu nedostanete. Informace, které jsme obdrželi do emailu, neobsahovaly kód k vyzvednutí klíčů od hotelu. Jednoduše se informace dešifrovaly. S personálem není možné ve večerních hodinách navázat kontakt, složitá komunikace ve všem. Zautomatizované odpovědi. Na dotaz, zda je možná snídaně, mi odpověděli až odpoledne. Doporučuji si informace na zprávě hned ofotit, jinak budete spát v autě. Už více sem nezavítáme. Byl to otřesný zážitek, bezmoc. Měli jsme štěstí, že za nějakou dobu z hotelu zrovna vyšel host, který nám na jeho přístup schránku otevřel. Nikdy více !!!

Struttura vecchia e mal tenuta , entrata assolutamente anonima ,camera discreta ma vecchia ,doccia che si usava 50 anni fa vista lago assolutamente inesistente nessun servizio in quanto nessun personale era in struttura . Ho parlato con un addetto alle pulizie appena arrivato e mi sono subito lamentato della qualità per il prezzo( 444 fr per due notti) secondo me fuori luogo per il posto , in verità mi ha detto che avrebbe contattato la manager , devo dire che la manager mi ha scritto una mail dicendomi che mi avrebbe fatto stare in struttura un giorno in più a gratis , ma io dovevo rientrare perciò apprezzo ma non è servito in sostanza credo che il prezzo per quello che mi hanno dato valga non più di 250 fr per due notti , se il prezzo era attorno a questa cifra non mi sarei lamentato ma quello pagato assolutamente fuori luogo

Veramente una meraviglia ho dormito come Acasa. La posizione è perfetta perché si deve spostare.. hanno pulito la camera ogni giorno.
Ho già parlato con lo staff e il letto della bambina era senza materasso

Check-in byl velmi jednoduchý (klíč označený mým jménem byl uschován v bezpečnostní schránce), check-out také (vhození klíče do označené nádoby na "recepci"). Ubytování bylo velmi čisté a klidné - měli jsme pokoj č. 3 s výhledem na vinice. Okolí bylo také velmi pěkné a klidné. Další výhodou byla malá lednice na pokoji a možnost uvařit si čaj nebo kávu.
Koupelna byla starší, ale čistá.

There was a restaurant below that could get noisy at night. But if u have a pair of earplugs is not a problem.

Il n’y avait pas de petite bouilloire dans la chambre, pour le thé / café du matin. Comme le village est petit (ce qui fait son charme), on a dû attendre de revenir sur Nyon pour prendre le petit dej ;)
