Walking around the property was a little complicated, up and down and around.

Sehr netter herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang. Unser Zimmer war neu mit allem Komfort.

Grosses Angebot (Schwimmbad, Spielhalle für Kinder, Minigolf, Bowling, Fitness, etc.). Gute Lage. Nettes Personal - sehr zuvorkommend.

The large offer to entertain the children indoor and outdoor. Our 2 yo especially loved the sand pit (inside a small garden house), the 3 goats, the indoor renovated swimming pool, the big indoor playground “Capricorn”, the small bowling and the play corner (with small kitchen, construction blocks, etc.) Books and boardgames are also available. There are toilets in every corner, truly appreciated it with a freshly potty trained child. The facilities are clean. We regularly made use of the charging station in the indoor garage. The fact that all buildings are connected underground was pleasant.

We were sleeping under the roof, our bedroom unfortunately got really warm during the heatwave we were trying to escape. The staff provided us with 2 fans, but it helped only a little bit. The infrastructure on the ground floor stayed cool though. There was a lot of flies in the restaurant (also everywhere else in Klosters, not only in the hotel, maybe due to the exceptional heat?). The service was a bit slow, but we had a good evening nevertheless.

La situation de l'hôtel, l'accès à des courts de tennis, d'une piscine et d'un minigolf tous faisant partie de l'hôtel. Donc le nom de Hotel Sport était vraiment approprié. Nous avions une chambre à l'avant de l'hôtel qui était parfait pour nous.

Das Hotel ist als Sporthotel funktional, sportler- und familienfreundlich ausgerichtet. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, bequem, geräumig und sauber. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr groß und bietet neben Minigolfanlage, Hallenschwimmbad und Tennisplätzen auch eine schöne Grünanlage mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, Automatenkiosk, Kinderspielplatz, Ziegengehege und Vogelvoliere. Die Premium Card ist ein sehr gutes Angebot zur kostenfreien Nutzung der Busse in Klosters und der Räthischen Bahn bis Davos Platz. Für schweizer Verhältnisse ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für Klosters/Davos gut.

Das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein (Rührei, Speck, .. gab es nur am Wochenende). Gleiches gilt für das Restaurant, sofern man mehrere Tage bleibt. Aufgrund vieler Tagesgäste zur Nutzung der Sportanlagen waren die kostenfreien Parkplätze oft komplett belegt (war für uns nur am ersten Tag eine Herausforderung, da wir den restlichen Aufenthalt mit der Premium Card unterwegs waren).

Sehr schönes Schwimmbad, leckeres Frühstück, süsse Ziegen im Streichelzoo und herzliches Personal. Sehr Familienfreundlich!

Sauna area was unfortunately really small versus expectations from the pictures. The sauna door was not sealed so a lot of heat escaped the sauna, making it cooler and the relax area was thus was quite warm. Rather pricey considering everything

Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Schön renoviertes Zimmer, sehr geschmackvoll und bequem. Für ein Hotel grosszügiges Hallenbad, sehr schön eingerichtet. Gute Freizeit/Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten im Hotel für Familien (Kinder Bowling, Spielparadies), Skischuhwärmer etc.

Das Gebäude ist alt und die nicht renovierten Bereiche inkl. Treppenhäuser sind für den Preis etwas veraltet.

Schöne Zimmer

Im kleinen Restaurant war es viel zu laut. Eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern ist besonders aufgefallen. Das Kleinkind kletterte über die Bänke hin und her,und schrie wenn es zurückgeholt worden war. Das andere Kind war am I Pad und hörte ‚laut‘ Kinderfilme. Das Personal hat nichts gesagt. Klar, zum Schreien des Kindes kann man (fast) nichts sagen, aber sie hätten die Eltern bitten können, die Kletterei zu unterbinden und das Kind mit Kopfhörern weiter schauen zu lassen. Wir, meine 11 jährige Tochter und ich konnten unser Abendessen nicht geniessen und waren genervt. Wir konnten uns kaum unterhalten. Es gibt ja extra oben einen Saal zum Essen für Fam. wo man sich freier bewegen kann. Elektronische Geräte sollten nur mit Kopfhörer oder lautlos benutzt werden. Im Frühstücksraum könnte man darauf achten, dass das Personal das Geschirr leiser auffüllen würde.

There were facilities for everyone and everything. Perfect for families for any weather or season condition. The restaurant had excellent food and the breakfasts were filling.

A recently renovated Hotel at the entrance to Klosters. Bus to Gotschna a d Marisa mountains immediately in front of hotel. Friendly Service, modern and cozy room. Kitchen was ok. Great for families with small (!) (3-10 yrs)children with special facilities for them (playroom)

Great kids friendly hotel, with indoors playground and swimming pool. The restaurant on the ground floor is also great and very cosy. The garage was also very convenient.

The quality of the pillows can be improved

Spa and pool area is nicely renovated, while 80% of the property is still very old. Pictures are misleading.

Super familienfreundliches Hotel, sehr schöne Zimmer, Hallenbad gross, modern und mit angenehm warmem Wasser, Essen ist gut und kommt meistens schnell, Personal sehr freundlich, Skigebiet Madrisa sehr gut geeignet für Anfänger/Kinder Fazit: dieses 3-Sterne-Hotel zu einem vernünftigen Preis kann sehr gut mithalten mit vielen doppelt so teuren Familienhotels in der DACH-Region! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Eigentlich nichts. Man muss halt kurz in den Bus steigen um zu einer der Talstationen zu gelangen.

Per quello che abbiamo pagato le aspettative erano più alte. Le tovaglie per la piscina e sauna erano esaurite, piscina fredda e cibo nella norma. Personale accogliente ma ci hanno addebitato bevande nella cena che non abbiamo consumato, per fortuna la cameriera le ha subito corrette.

Eigenlijk alles is meer dan prima. Echter kan er in sommige dingen wat meer zorg in zitten om gasten een net wat betere beleving te geven. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan het ontbijt, er is letterlijk geen enkele dag een ander assortiment beschikbaar. Zelfs niet tijdens de kerst. Vooral het ontbijt is wat saai. Het lijkt wel alsof ze al jaren hetzelfde doen, wat prima is; maar het zou beter kunnen.

Schönes grosses sauberes Zimmer. Vielfältiges Angebot an Sport und Unterhaltung. Ideal für Familien. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker.

Teilweise etwas schwierige und laute Gäste. Etwas eng am Frühstücksbuffet.

Einfache schlechte Matratze, Zimmer nicht renoviert - Angabe im Internet war falsch, Frühstückspersonal unmotiviert, musste Kaffeemaschine erst anstellen und reinigen

Clean, atmospheric, with a delicious breakfast and a wonderful, spacious place for children – highly recommended for families.

The hotel was simply perfect for our family of 5. The room was extremely spacious and very comfortable. The hotel really thought of everything for kids with massive indoor playrooms and goats in the garden that the kids can interact with. We will definitely come back.

Although the rooms all had the heater turned on to max, the apartment was a little chill maybe due to its position in the building (top corner).

Super Ausstattung. Tolle Zimmer mit Blick. Gutes Abendessen und Frühstück. Sehr geeignet für sportliche Urlaubsreisen! Parkplatz frei in Hotelnähe. Sauna hervorragend.
