Kommer helt sikket igen. Det bedste overnatningssted jeg indtil videre har haft i Aalborg for enkelte overnatninger . Får top karakter

Reviewed May 3, 2026Leiligheten er helt fantastisk! Veldig fin og behagelig å være i – vi nøt hvert øyeblikk av oppholdet. Beliggenheten er super, og parkeringen fungerte veldig bra – vi benyttet kommunal parkeringsplass med EasyPark-appen, som også fungerer i Norge, noe som var veldig praktisk. Kommunikasjonen med verten var også helt topp – bare positive opplevelser.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2026Flot lejlighed, ren og hyggelig, og der manglede ikke noget (andet end et skohorn). Vi kommer helt sikkert igen! Kan varmt anbefales. Billig parkering 100 meter fra lejligheden, på havnefronten og gratis parkering lidt længere væk. Ligeledes togstation 200 meter fra lejligheden.

It’s windy out on the balcony. Parking is very challenging particularly for people from overseas who don’t speak the language and understand the M.O.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2025Die Lage ist OK - es gibt einen Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe (das Prozedere mit der Eingabe der Kennzeichen-Nummer bei Mietbeginn und abermals bei Mietende ist - sofern man damit zum ersten Mal zu tun hat - etwas kompliziert) - die Wohnung ist sehr groß (eigentlich für zwei Leute zu groß) - ein großer Kasten ist vorhanden - ebenso Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Geschirr, ... - hat alles gepasst
Der fehlende Duschvorhang ist etwas störend, da der Boden des halben Badezimmers nach dem Duschen nass ist - generell ist das Badezimmer mit integriertem WC etwas klein im Verhältnis zur sehr großen Wohnung - der Innenraum des Geschirrspülers stinkt (aber während der paar Minuten, die er geöffnet ist, ist das ein geringes Problem) - der Kompressor des Kühlschranks ist hie und da etwas laut

Reviewed Jun 9, 2025The key handover was completely uncomplicated. Communication with the host was characterized by quick response. Simple and easy. The apartment was very spacious. With a phantastic view to the Sund area. The entire interior was modern, bright, friendly, functional. This also applies to the bedroom and the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need, apart from the fact that I only needed the fridge. The nearest train stop is only a 5-minute walk away. It takes you an about 10 minutes walk to the inner city. The marina with nice restaurants is just around the corner. All in all, fantastic. Can't be better.

Smokers to be aware; smoking is not allowed on the balcony. We were notified about this when we were approaching the apartment.. This seemed not to be stated in the offer on Booking.

Parking is very difficult. There is a lot of parking within walking distance but it’s busy and hard to find a spot close to the property. Parking regulations in Aalborg are really hard for visitors to understand.
