Perfect. Everything good. Nothing i don’t like about. I just hope that owner can consider to install water heater in the bathroom .

The unit does not have a water heater, which was a bit uncomfortable, especially in the morning or at night. Parking is also quite limited, with only two designated spots available and no alternative parking allowed.
