Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Lovely, well equipped one room apartment plus bathroom. Location excellent within walking distance of lake Lugano and choice of supermarkets and restaurants. Private parking for motorbike behind locked gate.
The apartment is on the ground floor with no apparent aircon. I found it a bit dark and on days when it was hot the apartment became humid.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2025Very convenient location, we were very happy staying at Casa Ratti. In fact, we're going back in a few days time for another stay which will be the third visit.
Not too much of a problem but we could hear a bit of noise from upstairs...
