Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The best is the curtains for the bunk beds, the female only rooms with shower, the beach and frequent cheap buses to city center and train station.
The top bunk bed staircase are really uncomfortable and hard to climb, the top bunk beds should have some sort of full protection in case you move while sleeping (like a protection barrier)

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Die Betten waren sehr bequem und man hatte seine Privatsphäre. Der Weg zum Strand war sehr kurz und man konnte sich umsonst Sonnenschirme ausleihen. Die Küche war sauber und hatte eine gute Ausstattung, sowie einen Kühlschrank.
Die Badsituation war sehr unangenehm. Die Wände zwischen den Toiletten und Duschen waren unnötig, man hat alles vom Anderen mitbekommen. Wir haben auch mitbekommen, dass eine Frau ein 6-Bett-Zimmer gebucht hat und in ein 12-Bett-Zimmer eingecheckt wurde. Nachdem sie sich beschwert hat, haben sie nichts geändert.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026- Proche de la plage - propreté dans son ensemble - gentillesse du responsable et de certaines personnes. - beaucoup de langues étrangères y sont représentés ce qui facilite la communication - proche de magasin alimentaire.
- chambre de 4 trop petites, le casier tapait contre le lit d’à côté. - salle de bain vétuste, les joints , les raccords étaient mal faites voir détaché, certaines 🔩 étaient dévissées ce qui pouvait être dangereux, poussière sur les bouches d’aérations. - micro-onde sale quand je l’ai utilisé, frigo qui mériterait d’être nettoyé. - certaines personnes au sein de l’équipe ne connaissent pas trop la politesse, heureusement ce n’est pas tout le monde. - à titre personnel je ne m’y suis pas senti à l’aise - prix trop élevé par rapport à la qualité (j’ai connu moins chère avec petit-déjeuner compris) et avec des services de meilleure qualité.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026The location is very convenient as is one block away from the beach: this is exactly what I was looking for. The security codes to open the dorm and main door were nice as no need to carry keys around.
The bathroom on the woman room is very poor ventilated, also the shower is so tight that I barely fit in there and I’m not overweight person. I think it should consider to do an upgrade on that, as well with air con maintenance, was not working properly since I arrived and the room has no windows. I was surprised that nobody thought about plan B, we had to request a fan to be able to circulate the air in the room.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Staff are very friendly and helpful, but apart them I didn’t really like my stay. The persons working there are very nice and they kept my luggage for few hours for free.
I had a bed in girl’s room, but there were 16 beds in total and one small, very small bathroom inside the room. There was another bathroom with more showers next to the room, so they have compensated a little bit. Wifi was very slow in the room.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Das Wichtigste zuerst, es gab vor ein paar Monaten einen Besitzerwechsel und die alten negativen Bewertungen beziehen sich auf diese Person. Ich kenn die nicht und kann daher nicht beurteilen ob sie stimmen. Die neuen Besitzer Eduardo und Inés hab ich als sehr nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Leute kennengelernt. Was die Sauberkeit der Toiletten angeht – die wurden mehrmals pro Tag gereinigt und obwohl während meines Aufenthalts sehr viel los im Hostel war – waren die Toiletten immer sauber. Und die Leute, die hier nur einen Stern geben, weil ihnen die Bettwäsche am nächsten Tag nicht gewechselt wurde, verstehe ich überhaupt nicht. Wechselt ihr daheim jeden Tag eure Bettwäsche oder zahlt ihr für ein Hostel und erwartet den Service eines 5-Sterne-Hotels? Mit Zimmernachbarn kann man Glück oder Peach haben, einige machen halt viel Lärm, die anderen sind ruhig aber dafür kann ja das Hostel auch nichts. Ich habe auf jeden Fall in dem Hostel eine wunderschöne Woche verbraucht, habe viele nette Leute kennengelernt und würde jederzeit wieder hingehen, also 100% Weiterempfehlung!

Would have been even better if there’s better air ventilation in the bathrooms and in the bedrooms, the windows are usually close but it would actually be good to open some windows, let some fresh air into the rooms and lobby especially during the summer months Also the bathrooms needs stronger ventilation fans, air was sometimes stuffy, especially after multiple people taken showers in the morning hours and nighttime before bed time

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Sve nam se dopalo. Čist, uredan smeštaj, sa svim potrebnim za boravak. Privatnost kreveta je izuzetna, zavesa koja se zatvori, daje 100% privatnosti i zatamni potpuno. Kupatila i wc-i se redovno čiste, ima dotrajalih stvari, ali sve je stvarno dobro i prihvatljivo. Kuhinja dobro snabdevena, sve ima što vam treba. Osoblje veoma ljubazno i uslužno. Lak check-in kao i check-out. U hostel i sobu ulazite kodom koji dobijete na check-in. Blizina plaže nam je bila jako bitna, a plaža je na 1min od hostela i to tek kakva plaža. Ispred hostela staje autobus koji vas vozi do centra Malage, za 15min ste tamo. Postoji market u blizini, kafići i pekare takodje. Mercadona je isto dosta blizu na 10min peške od hostela. Svaka preporuka za ovaj smeštaj.
Dotrajala vrata kabina za tuširanje, nedostatak kukica za peškir u kabinama. Prostor za sušenje veša, postoji ali je premalen za ceo hostel.

The common area is not very cozy. Unable to cook on the stove top after a certain hour and not allowed to cook fish.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026The first thing I noticed about this hostel was the perfect location. It’s very close to the beach and also well connected to buses, making it really easy to get around Málaga. The second thing I really appreciated was how flexible they were with my very late check-in. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Everything was clean and well maintained — the bed, showers, bathrooms, and kitchen. The hostel also feels very organized and well managed. Although the common area is quite small, I still had the opportunity to meet other travelers and have some nice conversations. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hostel. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Málaga! ❤️

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026The best thing about this hostel is the location for sure. The bus that takes you to the city center is few meters away, whille the beach is 3 mins walk.
The staff is not always cooperative, and it kinda gives the feeling they try to avoid you (so you don't ask them questions), I am not sure if that's due to language barrier, or it's just their daily attitude tbh. The cleanliness is ok, but not great, in particular in common areas and toilets.

La asignación de camas, las personas mayores deberían colocarlas abajo, si pedimos cama baja es por algo no por capricho, que no apaguen la luz de la habitacion temprano

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Personnel sympathique. Super bien situé, à 2-3 minutes de la plage. L’auberge est assez mignonne, salon agréable. Les rideaux accrochés au lit permettent une bonne intimité lors du sommeil. Super d’avoir des serviettes à disposition et généralement bonne accessibilité aux douches et toilettes. Globalement assez propre, le sable sur le sol est bien sûr normal, même si un peu dérangeant d’en avoir sur les pieds avant d’aller se coucher, mais on voyait que c’était nettoyé tous les jours. Bonne ambiance comme on recherche dans une auberge en vacances.
L’échelle pour monter dans le lit superposé était un peu trop raide, grands espaces entre les échelons et il manquait de quoi pouvoir se tenir pour grimper sur le metas au sommet de l’échelle. Nous étions plusieurs du même avis dans la chambre. Pas super rassurant de monter la dessus. Bien fixée mais peu pratique. Mis à part ça je dirais que le bruit et la lumière dans les chambres sont tolérés jusqu’à un peu trop tard dans la soirée. Je pense que parler en criant à minuit n’est pas très respectueux. Cependant en pleine nuit ça allait. Un chouïa étouffant une fois le rideau fermé, manque d’air. Peut être mettre la Clim un peu plus forte?

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026La ubicación es buena, tienes la playa cruzando una calle, muy cerca. Al centro se puede llegar andando fácilmente si vas paseando, y si no, hay paradas de autobús ahí al lado, con buses que te llevan tanto al centro como a la estación de trenes. También hay un carrefour exprés casi al lado. En cuanto a las instalaciones muy bien, y las chicas que trabajan allí son simpáticas y agradables. En general todo bien.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Hôtel degeulasse je suis rentrer dans une chambre ou y avais un hommes qui pue des pieds et ça a imfecter toute les lit de la chambre j ai vomis 🤮 deux fois les voisines étais écuré et dégouté personne n’a dormi j arrive plus a dormir et le personnel on pas été compréhensif et ne m on pas changer de chambre ils m ont dis qu il pouvais me donner une chambre le lendemain et juste le lendemain pour compensation mais moi c étais mon dernier jours mais une experience très très mal tellement je suis choquée de cette établissement

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026The staff was so friendly and the security system was good. The location was great for people who love beach, but it was little bit far from the citiy centre (15 minutes with bus, 30 minutes walking)
The worst part was the bathroom, the doors couldn’t be closed completely in almost all showers or toilets or the lock was broken.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Amazing staff, excellent location - 2 minutes from the beach and bus stop in front to city centre. Bed is very comfortable and the curtain make it even better for privacy. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend!
The only thing is that if you need leave your luggage after check out they store the luggage at the reception (no locker) and as there are no staff there all the time seems a bit unsafe as any guest could get in.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Wonderful staff, all of them friendly and always willing to help. Beds were comfortable, with total privacy even for a shared room, and all the facilities were clean. They even offered free towels anytime needed. I really enjoyed my time there, if I ever return to Malaga for sure I'll book it again.
