Reviewed Aug 26, 2026I had a wonderful stay at IBIS Yanbu. The staff are truly professional, and the hospitality extended by the Manager, reception team, and restaurant staff was superb. The welcoming attitude of the receptionists was especially remarkable; warm, attentive, and consistently helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience and highly appreciated.

عدم وجود مكان لأفياش كهرباء كافية حيث موجود منها عدد اثنتين ولايستفاد منها لأن شاحن او موصل الكهرباء لايصل لها بسبب ضيق المكان ، يرجى تصحيحها ووضع مكان افياش كافيه في المكان الصحيح.

ا على الإفطار لم يكن هناك خبز الباجيت الفرنسي وخبز الساوردو حبة كاملة وعدم وجود عصيرات طازجة . المشويات والهمبرجر والاستيك كان سيئ في العشاء في زيارة سابقة طبق الفول وقت الإفطار لم يكن جيداً

- Flexibility of their sales manager. - Room cleaning: I was in room when room services staff came to arrange room. They were in hurry.Moreover, they did not treat it well. I found sticker on bed stating the following: SAVE ENERGY AND WATER, SHEETS ARE CUSTOMARILY CHANGED AFTER EACH STAY!!! - Breakfast was poor. Food provided in buffet did not reached to minimum customer expectations.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Booked it for the trust of Ibis and it delivered. Clean, no nonsense rooms. A good location close to the main part of the city. And surprisingly, the bathroom was bigger and better than other Ibis hotels.
Some items felt a bit stale especially at the salad counter. But other-wise good spread. TV in room didn't work particularly well and had issues connecting to Youtube/Netflix.

الافطار جداً غير مقبول ولا يستحق ان يدفع فيه اي مبلغ، كذلك الغرف رائحتها تدخين كتمة، المسبح متصل بمقهى شيشة وتدخين غير مناسب اطلاقاً للاطفال والعائلات المحافظة كونهما متلاصقان مشاهدة الاطفال لاشخاص يدخنون وشيشة كارثة من غير الرائحة تعج بالفندق ، من المؤسف فئة محدودة يسمح لها بالتدخين وتفسد الاقامة على معظم من يسكن الفندق

The swimming pool just wow .. I like it .. not a gathering ..am enjoying swimming.. water is good and clean.. no smell… Insha Allah if I visit again yanbu ., of course I am visit here ..

Room is very small. Instead of king size bed they gave us smaller than queen bed. No room service. No collection of garbage. Side table or wooden piece is broken and hanging. Bathroom sink water pressure is very low. No bathroom accessories like toothbrush kit, shaving kit. No sleepers. These all things normally provided by good hotels. When asking to change the blanket sheet as it was little dirty, the staff said not available. Kids playing area is very dirty with sands on the toys.
