Nice cosy apartment with everything you need.

De communicatie met de host was top, last minute een extra persoon laten verblijven en meteen duidelijk geregeld.

Er is maar 1 prullenbak en niet duidelijk waar lege zakken heen zouden moeten. Bij langer verblijf onhandig

Die FeWo ist sehr gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und verfügt über eine Terasse mit Nachmittagssonne. Ein großer Arbeitsplatz ist vorhanden. Sie liegt ruhig und trotzdem stadtnah.

Wir hätten uns einen Schrank oder ein Regal für Kleidung gewünscht.

Gross, sauber und komfortabel. Der grosse Garten mit Hängematte.

Great location, in between city center and to Radboud Uni. Kitchenette had everything we needed. Parking right in front of the apartment. super personal attention from hosts including a personalized "welcome" gourmet chocolate bar.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Appartement mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Es war alles da, perfekt für einen Aufenthalt wenn man auch mal kochen möchte. Das Appartement liegt in einer ruhigen Lage und man kann zu Fuß alles gut machen. Mir hat es sehr gefallen und ich komme gerne wieder.

Ein kleines Manko für mich waren die fehlenden deutschen TV Sender, da mein Englisch nicht so gut ist. Aber es ist mit Netflix etc alles da.

1+1 ev. 3-4 kişi için gayet yeterli. Temiz, merkezi, balkonu güzel, sıcak, giriş kolay. Mutfak eşyaları, buzdolabı, mikrodalga vs her şey tam. İhtiyacınız olan her şeyi bulabilirsiniz. Önünde ücretsiz yol üstü park yerleri var. Hep yer bulduk biz ama kalabalık olabiliyor. Merkezi sayılır. Hemen üst caddesinden otobüsler geçiyor. Marketlere yürüme 10dk.

Merdivenler çok ama çok dik. Küçük çocuklar ve yaşlılar için çıkması gerçekten zor olacaktır. Tuvalet kağıtları çok ince idi, biraz daha kaliteli olabilirler. Tavada çok az leke vardı, yıkayınca çıktı ama. Banyoda hafif bir koku vardı, giderden ya da duş perdesinden olabilir.

Location was within walking distance of the centrum, welcome drinks, chocolate was a very nice touch. We had everything we needed

An information book of what was in the area could have been helpful, closest grocery store, restaurants in the area etc

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und in ruhiger Lage;

Die Betten waren ziemlich klein - aber in Ordnung

Emplacement très agréable, appartement lumineux et bien insonorisé. Kitchenette fonctionnelle, salle de bain bien équipée, 2 vraies chambres séparées. Possibilité d'accéder à Netflix.

2 couettes separées pour un lit double... Ce serait plus pratique et fonctionnel avec une seule couette double (en général quand deux personnes dorment dans le même lit, ça ne les dérange pas de dormir sous la même couette !). Le wifi n'est captable que dans les escaliers, sinon il saute souvent ou n'est pas captable.

Het was een eenvoudig maar leuk appartement

De 2 2-persoons bedden zijn echt veel te klein om met 4 volwassenen in te slapen. Je moet lepeltje lepeltje liggen en niet bewegen. Als je geen relatie hebt met elkaar is dat een vervelende houding en slaap je slecht. Verder is er geen douche gordijn voor de douche maar een plastik lapje dat met kleine wasknijpertjes vast zit en de hele tijd naar beneden valt. De douche zelf was prima maar dat plastik gordijntje was heel ellendig en echt onvoldoende voor zo'n duur appartement. Ik heb voor 5 dagen € 3000 betaald! dan ga je er van uit dat de beden voor 4 personen en de douche goed zijn. Dat viel erg tegen.

Een goede, sfeervolle lamp boven de eettafel is er niet. En het matras van de slaapbank is erg dun.

La propreté et tout l’équipement

Sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit großem Balkon. Es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze vor der Tür. Zu Fuß kann man bequem 30 min in die Innenstadt laufen. Die Kommunikation mit Rob war sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen .

The property is well equipped with kitchen products, and the bathroom is big and clean. The landlord thoughtfully provided coffee, tea, and all the essentials that might be needed, which made the stay even more comfortable. When I came to Nijmegen I will again choose the same property.

The apartment is so beautiful, clean, fresh, modern and very comfortable. The host was excellent. He's available if needed and gives privacy when it's wanted. The location was so easily accessible. Very easy to get to and from Central. Rob, the host, has made sure that everything you need is available. He's thought of everything. Fabulous stay 🥰

The open space at living room and the terrace

We hebben genoten van het appartement. Het balkon was met het warme weer een pluspunt, keuken compleet, heerlijke douche, wc apart heel fijn, iets van het centrum af wat voor ons geen probleem was vanwege onze vouwfietsen.

Matras wat aan de harde kant, bed niet heel breed en we hadden beiden regelmatig een gevecht met de deksel vd prullenbak.Ondanks deze punten komen we toch nog eens terug.

Clean, light apartment in a quite area.

Lovely clean apartment, very complete with all facilities you might need. Even some coffee & tea to welcome us. Modern facilities, easy to use, excellent wifi. Good location and remarkably quiet inside in spite of busy road.

The bathroom needs better ventilation as you can't open the window, it needs a big fan. I'd leave a dustpan and brush and a cloth so guests can clean after themselves. But really, those are just tiny improvements.

We had an excellent stay at Nimma Stays in Nijmegen. The apartment is spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the place was very well equipped. The location was not downtown but a bus stop was only a few metres away and riding the bus to the city centre was very easy and quick. Also, the little restaurant down the street called La Bella had great chicken burgers!

The two flights of steep stairs were a bit of a surprise. We had a significant amount of luggage so it was quite difficult to lug everything up the stairs.

We enjoyed our 7-night stay at the apartment, which turned out to be quite comfortable and well-suited for our needs as travelers with a car. - Having a free parking lot available was incredibly convenient and made our daily excursions hassle-free. - The apartment was spacious enough for the three of us - Situated in a residential area, the apartment is a bit further from the centrum, its proximity to a supermarket was a big plus for us. This made it easy to pick up groceries as needed. - The spacious bathroom was a highlight of our stay - The kitchen was basic but sufficient for travelers like us who might not cook very often.

We were warned by our host, Rob, about the steep stairs. They are indeed a bit challenging, but as they say, steep stairs are part of the charm in the Netherlands! The main area that could be improved is the bedding. The mattress was too thin for our liking. A more supportive mattress would make a big difference for us.

The apartment is modern, clean, functional and comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom are good. The location is a bit far from the centre of Nimegen but the advantage is the free parking in front (there was always place for the car). The area is very quiet. And there are supermarkets nearby (not far by car). At the windmill nearby you can buy freshly ground flour!

Stairs are very steep, as often in Netherland. Few things missing in the kitchen like a colander or a corkscrew. And without a car it is a bit distant from "real life".

I had a wonderful experience with my Nimma Stays Nijmegen accommodation. The location was ideal, putting me close to all the attractions I wanted to see. The property itself was impressively clean, which made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was an excellent choice, and I’d happily stay here again.

While my stay at Nimma Stays Nijmegen had its conveniences, there were a few aspects I didn’t enjoy. The building houses multiple accommodations, and unfortunately, the walls are quite thin—you can clearly hear people from neighboring rooms, which can be quite loud at times. Additionally, the smart locks on the doors were a bit unsettling at first; I found myself feeling somewhat uncomfortable with them, as I wasn’t used to the technology. Overall, these factors took away from the experience for me.

Nice appartement, easy check-in, not too far from the main station.

The flat is nice and very clean. It is very central. It takes 15-20 minutes by foot to the central station and to the city. There are also bus stops nearby. We had a bit of difficulty getting into the building, but Rob was very helpful and kind :)

The only minor thing was missing paper towels in the kitchen, everything else was good :)

The location was so close to the centre, which was great to see the 4daagse festival. It was comfy and feautures modern interior design, as well as the big balcony. The host was very kind and uncomplicated, always offering support if needed. 10/10 recommendation!

Kitchen has few tools if you want to cook for more than 1 person. Stairs a bit difficult to climb

Very nice, big flat, close to the city. Two Bedrooms, washing machine, big bathroom and full equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Smart TV available as well. We had a good stay.

Just some smaller things like additional bed side table in the smaller room or sponge for the kitchen.

It's a great flat. Very clean, recently refurbished. Photos on booking.com don't do it justice. More little equipment/items such as extra pillows, hairdryer, kitchen utensils would have been really useful. Location was convenient to walk to the university or take a bus to the center. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay .

Lack of some items such as hairdryer, sponge for the dishes (there is a dishwasher though).
