O quarto da minha filha era super mas super abafado (quente) e não havia ar condicionado neste quarto A minha filha teve que dormir comigo. Não houve problema mas paguei para ela ter um quarto para ela.

My stay at Dar Fatima Elbahbouha was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Tunisia. Before I even arrived, our domestic flight to Tozeur was unexpectedly cancelled. I was very worried about how to continue our trip, but Rabah immediately contacted us, helped us reserve seats on the SNTRI bus, and even arranged a complimentary transfer from the Tozeur bus station to the hotel. His kindness and quick support completely saved our trip. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and full of authentic charm. It was the perfect place to experience the warm hospitality of southern Tunisia. I also had a wonderful excursion. Because of the extreme heat, the hotel thoughtfully suggested adjusting the schedule so that I could visit the desert later in the afternoon and enjoy the sunset in much more comfortable conditions. It turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences of our entire journey. The homemade dinner prepared by Fatima was another unforgettable highlight. Every dish was delicious, authentic, and clearly prepared with great care. I especially enjoyed experiencing traditional Berber cuisine and tasting the local Tunisian beer together with the meal. Everyone made us feel like family rather than guests. Thank you, Rabah, and everyone at Dar Fatima Elbahbouha for your incredible kindness and hospitality. We will always remember our stay and sincerely hope to return someday. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Tozeur.

Lo único “malo” fue que el aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación nunca enfrió aunque estaba al máximo.

Struttura raffinata appena ristrutturata. Unisce gusto europeo all'atmosfera tipica dell'architettura del luogo. Curata nei minimi dettagli e pulitissima. Stanze ampie. Il cortile interno è piacevole e sempre ventilato. La colazione è abbondante, varia e ricca. La posizione è centralissima rispetto alla medina di Tozeur e ai servizi principali. I suggerimenti che ci sono stati dati (noleggio 4X4 e guida per escursioni nelle oasi ecc) sono stati ottimi.

Il fatto di non poter pagare con la carta è davvero un limite, purtroppo diffuso nella maggior parte delle strutture turistiche del paese.

Hier haben wir uns richtig wohlgefühlt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und uns wurde das schöne Zimmer gezeigt. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer, sehr groß, wunderschön sowie geschmackvoll eingerichtet und einen wunderschönen Balkon / Terrasse. Zur Begrüßung gab es Datteln und Wasser. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war super. Alles funktionierte und war nahezu neu. Das Zimmer und das Bad war wirklich sehr sauber. Hier wären wir gern länger geblieben. Die Unterkunft selbst ist ebenso sehr schön eingerichtet. Überall gibt es viel Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Unterkunft wurde in einem sehr tollen Mix aus Moderne und Tradition eingerichtet. Es ist eine wunderschöne Oase mitten in Tozeur. Hier hätte man auch einen Schlechtwetter-Tag in der Unterkunft verbringen können. Oft haben wir sehr freundlich mit dem Besitzer oder den angestellten gesprochen. Haben einige Tipps bekommen und uns wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut geschmeckt. Es gab eine Auswahl an Gebäck, Brot, Datteln und Aufstrichen. Klar, es ist sehr süß. Aber dies ist typisch für die Region. Mir hat es jedenfalls sehr gut geschmeckt. Insgesamt ist diese Unterkunft eine Empfehlung für Tozeur.

Dar Fatima is an absolute gem of a place, as is the extremely charming and helpful owner. The Dar is a completely renovated old building with a contemporary feel and all modern amenities, but the hospitality is warm and friendly. The location is great .. near the Médina, cafes, and train and bus stations. The breakfast is freshly prepared and beautifully presented. We also ate here a couple of evenings and the home cooked food was delicious and served in the delightful dining room. The owner who has lived his whole life in Tozeur is also very helpful in arranging transport/trips at good prices. Highly recommend this gorgeous Dar and wonderful host.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Tozeur! Der Gastgeber und alle Angestellten sind sehr sehr nett und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Zimmer war groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das großartige Frühstück. Wir haben außerdem sehr gute Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen bekommen.

We had an apartment within the dar: lots of space and a separate bedroom for our son. The room had outside shutters that made it really dark. We had dinner the first night at the dar, and the food was excellent. The owner was also really helpful and quick to reply to messages. He arranged a local driver for us from Sousse to Tozeur, with a stop in Kairouan. He helped book a day excursion to the mountain oases in Chebika, Tamaqzah and Mides with local guide as well as the Star Wars sites of Mos Espa and Ong Jemal, although we didn't make it to the Lars Homestead. Finally, he helped us get to Djerba via Matmata, Ksar Hallouf, Ksar Hadada and Guermassa. When our accommodation fell through in Matmata, he quickly arranged an alternative at Ksar Hadada, which worked out well. So helpful, proud of Tunisia and really wanted us to have the best experience.

Our bedroom was overlooking the street and not the most soundproof, but it wasn't too bad.

From whole Tunisia trip we had best experience in Dar Fatima. Very friendly owner who assist us with motor repair and good advices, central location,nice breakfast,modern facility and rooms. We highly recommend and would love to come back again

Well located while it’s not in the Medina. Entrance is beautiful. Rooms are simple but roomy and clean.

Overall the place is well but clearly expensive for what you get Low level facilities: a rooftop with only few chairs and 2 tables, basic common area with no water in the fountain. They propose to rent a bike for 3€ per hour. Big but basic breakfast: a lot of food but mainly industrial food except 1 crepe, even the juice isn’t fresh juice I know they take charge on proposed activities but it feels like a scam when they propose 150€ for a day trip that you can book yourself for 90€ without negotiating

Le dîner servi à la salle à manger est très bon, attention, il faut régler la note en espèces. L’hôte préfère le paiement en espèces, mais il accepte la carte de crédit.

Séjour très agréable ! L’hôte est particulièrement accueillant et disponible, toujours prêt à donner de bons conseils pour découvrir la région. La maison d’hôtes est impeccable, très propre et bien entretenue. Elle bénéficie en plus d’un emplacement idéal, proche de tout. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour confortable et convivial.

It was a Bit annoying that they asked us like 5 times if we would Like to Go to the Restaurant where they know the owner 😅

This is a new boutique hotel about 2 blocks from the center of town. The rooms are nice, quiet, with terraces that provide nice views of the town's two nearby mosques. The location is a short walk to everything. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful, even though my French is non-existent.

We had to ask where the hotel was located. The directions provided by Booking.com via Google Maps had us about two blocks off the mark.

La maison est et bien placé. Tout est neuf et propre. Il y a quelqu’un 24/7 pour vous ouvrir et vous accueillir. Taieb est un excellent hôte et très gentil. Il est allé au delà en me donnant des recommandations pour tout le Sud et s’est assuré que je passe un bon voyage;

The interior of the hotel, the courtyard, the design all very nice and there was no traffic noise. The owner was a real character! I was offered a massive multi course meal which, although not cheap, was one of the best meals I had in Tunisia. The hotel was very conveniently located in the centre of Tozeur

The Google pin provided did not take me to the hotel and it took a little while to find down a quiet back road.

Dar Fatima est très bien placé avec la possibilité de se garer facilement dans la rue. Le lieu est très récent et joliment décoré. Nous avons été surclassé dans une suite dans laquelle la literie est super. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont excellents. Et encore un grand merci pour les dattes offertes en fin de séjour

Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas bon. C’est l’hôtel le plus cher de notre séjour et plusieurs choses n’étaient pas optimales : la douche était bouchée et inondait toute la salle de bain - la porte de la salle de bain fermait mal - la chambre était glacée lors de notre arrivée - pas de cousin sur le canapé extérieur pour s’y poser Rien de dramatique mais pour le prix on s’attend à des attentions différentes et un entretien des équipements surtout au bout d’un an.

Our stay at Dar Fatima was simply perfect. The staff welcomed us in the best way possible, and they were extremely helpful and friendly at all time. The rooms and the house are absolutely beautiful, breakfast was delicious, and we felt at home since the first minute - I absolutely recommend this place if you plan to spend some time in Tozeur. I would DEFINITELY book a room there in case one day I will go back to Tunisia, top experience.

Dar Fatima is a beautiful property with an incredibly welcoming staff and owner. We had a group of 9 adults and a toddler and the space was perfect for our group! Large, spacious, well decorated rooms with several common spaces made us all feel relaxed and comfortable. Be sure to eat a meal or two at the property because the food was absolutely delicious and featured local favorites. The owner was happy to provide recommendations for local visits and offered to connect us with guides. We were well cared for during our stay and can't recommend this place enough!

The property was amazing! Very clean and very nice. We went as a group of 9 people and the rooms and apartments had everything we needed! We visited at lest 10 places and changed at least 10 accomodations in Tunisia, this place was by far the best! The staff working at the accomodation is amazing, the breakfast divine and the owner was so helpful and nice to us he made us feel like we were home. He also planned out an all day excursion which was the highlight of our Tunisian trip ! Thank you for everything it was amazing ! All in all 10/10!

Vorab: 10 Punkte reichen nicht zu einer gerechten Bewertung. Der Patron kümmert sich persönlich um seine Gäste, vorab per Telefonat und später direkt vor Ort. Die Räumlichkeiten sind von außen eher unscheinbar sind im Inneren jedoch absolut top. Uns wurde ein Abendessen angeboten, welches wir gerne annahmen und uns überraschen liesen. Die Überraschung war gelungen, denn wir bekamen typisch tunesische Gerichte in mehreren Gängen mit dazu passendem tunesischen Wein. Bedingt unserer frühen Weiterfahrt in die Wüste bekamen wir bereits um 6 Uhr ein sehr umfangreiches Frühstück (wir konnten nicht alles essen). Vielen Dank den Frauen. Und als Geschenk gab es noch Datteln vom eigenen Garten ... was will man mehr!?

The hotel itself is very modern and located nicely in the near of the Medina of Tozeur. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast ok.

The owner is a red flag and deceives his guests. He pretends to be the customer’s best friend but exploits that trust for his own gain. We booked rooms through Booking.com at a fixed price, but suddenly he demanded a much higher amount in dinars. When we pointed out that the agreed price was lower, he then insisted on adding 5% more if we wanted to pay by credit card, claiming it was a “service fee.” We felt tricked because if a fixed price is agreed upon through Booking.com, you cannot simply demand more on arrival. Furthermore, he offered desert tours at extremely inflated prices.

La struttura è molto pulita e accogliente, in una posizione centrale ma comoda da raggiungere. La stanza era dotata di aria condizionata. L’ospite è stato particolarmente attento alle nostre esigenze, e ci ha supportato nell’organizzazione dell’escursione alle oasi tramite un’agenzia locale. Consigliato!

Que dire tellement nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans et en dehors de l'hôtel grâce aux superbes recommandations du propriétaire ! Tout d'abord, Dar Fatima propose un lieu et des chambres de très bon standing ! Cherchant à voir de beaux paysages, le propriétaire des lieux nous a recommander de prendre Hassan comme guide en demi journée. Hassan est une personne extraordinaire qui a su nous faire évader pendant quelques heures ! C'est grâces a toutes ces personnes que nos voyages deviennent inoubliable ! Je recommande fortement ! The house is just perfect, with very spacious and beautiful room, the bathroom is very large with a comfortable shower. The patio is so beautiful, with beautiful lights and design furniture. The staff is truly kind, the breakfast was home made and always excellent, with delicious local products. Even if we didn’t meet Taieb in person, he has been very kind with us with all our needings, moreover he suggested us the best guide in Tozeur, Hasse! He is a great guy who took us in beautiful places, which, in in company, were even better. We hope to come back one day, it has been a pleasure being with him and staying at Dar Fatima.

Ενώ είχαμε κλείσει τιμη από το booking όταν φτάσαμε μας είπε να πληρώσουμε μετρητά οχι με κάρτα και επιπλέον 5% για κάποιες κρατησεις που βαρύνουν τον ιδιοκτήτη. Απαράδεκτο και κλονίζει την εμπιστοσύνη μας προς την booking. Επίσης το δωμάτιο που μας έδωσαν ενώ το ξενοδοχείο ήταν άδειο είμαστε οι μοναδικοί πελάτες, έβραζε γιατί ήταν η ταράτσα από επάνω και δεν είχαν ανάψει τα κλιματιστικά ενώ μας περίμεναν. Δεν έπιανε το wi-fi και η τηλεόραση.

This is an excellent apartment hotel with free onsite street parking. The room is spacious, clean with friendly staff. The owner Taieb is one of the best owner, he always responds the text quickly with great service. The breakfast is good and air conditioner works well. Highly recommended.

Beautifully converted Rehad,much more than a B&B more boutique hotel. We were made very welcome by the staff and the owner nothing was too much trouble.

I think it would be a good idea to offer drinks and maybe snacks for when you get back from the trips. The breakfast could have more continental options even buffet style as it took awhile to be served and if you are going on trips you need to eat and go.

Beautifully restored period property. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms. The owner, his wife and staff were very friendly and hospitable. The ladies who prepared and served us breakfast were lovely and helpful. One of them laundered our clothing for a good price.

Please ensure that you have sufficient cash on you because the owner preferred us to pay cash even though I had queried this before making my booking. His reasoning was the bank taking a percentage off card payments. Very unusual since most establishments include that cost in their rates for the convenience of their guests. Also be prepared to carry your luggage up lots of stairs to your room. Our group booked 5 rooms for 9 of us and there was nobody to help carry our many bags. The owner apologised and informed me that according to their tourist office an establishment of his size is not required or authorised to provide a porter service to guests.

The place was amazing and very very clean! They even picked us up from the airport! You feel like you are a guest in their home!

We liked everything!

Rooms were comfortable even though our bathroom was too tiny for two people. Breakfast was fine even though no tea, no fresh fruits and small portions, but you could ask one by one to get more coffee or omelets.

The wifi connection was really poor, but the biggest disappointment was dinner at the hotel. When the owner offered us "the best Tunisian dinner with vegetarian options", we ended up paying for an unreasonable price (120EUR IN TUNISIA, where a brick costs 0.50 cents!) for tiny portions of soup, brick, and couscous - even when we specifically asked for no couscous. When my father got his chicken and we all saw just a bone, we all started laughing out of discredit and the owner, without even ask, brought a second piece of meat. We asked for bread, and they gave us the leftover bread from the next table. When we ordered coffee, it was brought in a paper cup with a plastic stick. Lastly, the owner promised me a cake since we were celebrating my birthday, and without any explanation, we never got it for desert. We felt embarrassed, unfortunately. It felt like they intended to defraud us just because we are tourists. And the next morning, when the owner came to explain himself, he offered us to reimbursed the dinner but when heard the price (which was a fixed price), he only gave us 150 TND, not even half of the price we paid.

Taieb & his team go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. He helped me book tours and gave tips you won’t find on tripadviser & co. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. I had a wonderful time.
