Bardzo ładna okolica. Osoba zarządzająca obiektem była bardzo miła i pomocna. Pokoje były w porządku – stosunek jakości do ceny był bardzo dobry.

W przestrzeni wspólnej niektórzy goście włączali o 6:00 rano telewizję i bardzo głośno rozmawiali.

Good accommodation if you need to stay overnight within easy reach of Clark Airport.

The double beds felt a bit like sleeping on a swing. The room check-in process was also somewhat confusing: upon arrival, we were informed that one of the rooms we had booked and paid for had been given to someone else. At the same time, we were offered a different room, but for an additional charge. Although the surcharge was minimal, I don’t appreciate this kind of haggling and last-minute change of conditions, especially when I book through Booking.com.

This is such a scam :( it said private bathroom but no, it was shared bathroom. Accommodation, wifi, air conditioner were all bad.

This property is located very close to to the Clark Museum and Military Parade Grounds. There was also banks, restaurants, supermarkets etc nearby. It is not close to the theme parks, casino etc, but then these were not of any interest for me. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cold shower! The water heating system was totally inadequate in providing hot water for a shower. It was tepid at best.

It's location and value for money

We stayed for 4 nights at the property. The host as well as the caretaker/manager were very nice. They provided cooking wares and utensils for us to cook our breakfast. and eat outdoor. Their rice was so good! This was a bonus ☺️ It was a feel at home ambience. It was very nice to walk at the neighborhood. My children enjoyed being at the park next to the parade grounds. We also enjoyed the authentic Kimchi which is available at the Korean mart which is walking distance from the property. Over all it was a very pleasant stay for our whole family.

The living room was quite dim.

Die Unterkunft ist in einem Wohngebiet. Es ist kein Hotel, sondern ein Privathaus, was durch eine Familie geführt wird. Es sind insgesamt zwölf Zimmer in dem Haus. Da ich nur fünf 6 Stunden zum nächsten Flug überbrückt habe, war es für mich okay.

The staff was great! From the beginning of my stay until I departed, I was showered with the best hospitality ever. It was a small but well-kept facility with wonderful amenities and access to whatever needs I required. That will definitely be my place of choice when I return to that area again.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. The place was clean and comfortable and the location was accessible.

Near to the airport

Shared dining, kitchen and Bad smelly toilet. The facility should be individual like studio type not share to all tenant. This will be a room for rent and all facilities are shared to all and no privacy.

No sign when we arrive , we had to call to find out because it is a house among other houses. You need to cross the shared living room of some other people guest to access your room, the door gives right on it.

Comfortable bed, our own shower with temperature control. I guess what made our experience worthwhile was the care we received from the property caretaker, Manang (I'm sorry I forgot her name). She was taking the extra effort to make sure we felt at home. She cooked food even if there was supposedly a chef.

Other staff not showing up for work, passing the responsibility to their fellow employees. The property wasn't hard to find, but we could have gotten there earlier had we been informed of the pedestrian access from the parade grounds.

L'accueil de notre hôtesse, très agréable et aux petits soins, la pisine a été préparée spécialement pour nous! Le petit déjeuner très agréable. L'emplacement proche de l'aéroport et dans une ville très étonnante était vraiment agréable.

Les vitres de la chambre donnant sur l'espace commun (cuisine et salon) qui nous oblige a vivre avec les autres occupants.

Near to CDC Parade grounds. Staff is nice. Parking feels safe within the compound.

The toilet smells. Need to put an air diffuser. Need to out curtains for more privacy. Improve sound proof. Can hear the living room talks. Kitchen needs to be cleaned up.

There was same animal in the room, so we needed to leave early.

It was a great experience! Everyone in the house welcome us warmly, even though we arrived super late. Bedsheets are clean, room was spacious and above all else, the water pressure is (strong?) not sure if that’s the right term. 10/10

We booked Clark Stay because it was just down the street from our family's small house and we could walk there. Kitchen lady lively & friendly

Our room, C3, although nice enough was so close to the road, and opposite a 24/7 call centre, traffic noise at 5am was horrific. Other rooms possibly ok

Closeness to the Clark Parade Grounds. I was there for a race.

It was hard to find the Clark Stay as it is not a hotel, but a private residence with rooms build in behind the main house. They do not have a Filipino phone number but instead it is Korean. My biggest complaint has to do with the be manager of the place. I thought I was wearing the proper sandals, but apparently I was not. He proceeded to yell at me -- not professional and especially to a paying customer. The man seems to feel it is his domain and can speak to people (paying customers) however he wants. I did not pay to be chastised or insulted.

It’s dated…good for the amount you spend

No TV in the room, not much privacy. You share living room and kitchen with other 2 tenants in the house. Very small shower, not for tall people. Have to remove your shoes at the door also.

I only stayed for 1 night the day before my race . The owner was very helpful. He offered to pick-up me the day of my arrival and it was free of charge. Nice and quiet location .
