This property and staff was wonderful.view of the backyard amazing.but unfortunately we came there wrong time.heavy rainy that day and we called off our trip.they did free cancellation our resevation.we really appreciate that.overall amazing place to visit❤️

Very enthusiastic staff

We had a brief visit to this property due to an unexpected personal emergency that required us to leave right after check in. The management and staff were exceptionally kind and understanding, immediately agreeing to a free cancellation without any hassle. Although we unfortunately couldn't stay for our full booking, everything we saw left a wonderful impression. The location is breathtaking with an amazing ocean view, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the hospitality was top tier. We are so grateful for their kindness during a stressful moment, and we definitely plan to come back for a proper stay in the future.

El desayuno y el personal muy bien, sobretodo el personal.

Vinimos en agosto, en raining season y por tanto nos pilló el tiempo regular. Había muchísimo viento y lluvia y tuvimos que entrar a desayunar a la habitacion, encima de la cama, porque no había sitio. Además había mucha humedad, las sábanas olían a humedad y estaban como mojadas, aunque entendemos que es “normal” por estar cerca del mar. El acceso es bueno para secret beach pero tienes que moverte en tuctuc para cualquier otro desplazamiento… y no fuimos capaces de cerrar la puerta con llave porque estaba corroido por el mar tambien.

The location does not disappoint - an amazing view from our bit on the balcony and from the lounge/decking area outside. The very helpful Tuk Tuk driver Budi is always available to take you into town or pick you up after a quick phone call on WhatsApp (most places have wifi so that was easy). The two secret beaches are indeed within walking distance and gorgeous. We loved ordering a drink last thing at night (gorgeous lassis and ginger drinks) and the egg/cheese sandwich was very good!

Not much! We would have given a 10/10 if the tea had been a bit better (both in the room and for breakfast) and if there had been milk at breakfast for the tea and not powder. Also, we were looking forward to Lennard’s amazing welcome described by so many before us, but Lennard was not there and everybody else was very busy with the building works (not noisy and finished now) so we didn’t get to speak to anybody until day 2 which felt a bit strange.

Very nice and peaceful place to stay and enjoy your vacation. The food was excellent, and the hotel is located very close to Secret Beach. The beach is perfect for swimming because the calm water feels just like a natural pool. The hotel also offers a beautiful sea view where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need. Overall, this is a wonderful place, and it’s absolutely worth the money. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

La ubicació tan bona al costat de secret beach. Fàcil accés amb tuk tuk a Mirissa beach però perfecte per estar a un lloc idílic!

The room was very spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was nice, and the view was amazing. The hotel is also very close to Secret Beach. Breakfast was good, with four different options to choose from. Unfortunately, the hotel is much farther from downtown than advertised on Booking.com. It takes at least a 25-minute walk, so it’s not as close as the listing suggests. Another downside is that it’s very difficult to find a tuk-tuk willing to come to the hotel or take us back there, and the fares are quite expensive. The hotel staff kindly offered to drive us wherever we wanted to go, but their transportation service was also very expensive.

Die View vom Hotel aus ist wirklich wunderschön! Das ist aber auch alles was uns gefallen hat. Wir waren froh, dass wir nur 2 Tage dort waren. Die Anfahrt zum Hotel ist super schwierig! Der hauseigene Tuktuk Fahrer hat uns zum Glück abgeholt und runtergefahren.

Die Anfahrt. Die Mitarbeitende hatten gefühlt keine Lust auf Gäste (außer der Gastgeber, der war super zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit!). Die Zimmer sind sehr spärlich eingerichtet aber noch in Ordnung. Dusche hat keine Abtrennung, nach einer Dusche ist also immer alles nass. Nicht auf diese Hängematte gehen, diese hat leider ganz viele Stockflecken! 😣😣

Incredibly accommodating staff and owner. Organised tuktuk services to and from mirissa via WhatsApp. Breakfast was incredible every morning. Couldn’t recommend it any more. Stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute and the friendliness and inviting of the staff made me want to stay even longer!

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen auf einem nahegelegenen Hügel und bietet dafür einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Das Zentrum erreicht man mit dem Tuk-Tuk in etwa fünf Minuten. Die Fahrt dorthin ist stellenweise etwas abenteuerlich, was für uns aber gerade einen Teil des Charmes ausgemacht hat. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Besitzers, der sich stets zuvorkommend um seine Gäste kümmert. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum sogenannten Secret Beach, der zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, und die Zimmer waren sauber sowie gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

This place is a little gem, tucked right up in the top corner of a mountain we had to get out of our taxi & take a Tuk Tuk to the place as the roads were so narrow. Leonard & his family were so nice. The secret beach down the road were great but the sunset view was amazing

Lovely quiet location with beautiful views out to sea and a short walk to Secret Beach which was not particularly secret but a very pretty cove and well worth visiting. The staff were proactive and very friendly and helpful. A good location if you want peace and quiet away from the noisy centre of Mirissa.

It would be nice to have an extra pillow each on the bed

​We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. While it isn't directly reachable by car, the staff made our arrival completely seamless by helping us with car parking and immediately arranging a complimentary tuk-tuk to bring us and our luggage straight to the property. Throughout our stay, they were incredibly friendly and always happy to call tuk-tuks for us whenever we wanted to head out. The location is excellent—just a short, easy tuk-tuk ride away from all the main attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was also lovely with plenty of options to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel!

El personal del hotel es increíble, la comida es deliciosa, todo limpio, la ubicación, lo disfrute muchísimo.

1. 房东很热情，我们刚入住的时候，房东特意准备了鲜榨西瓜汁作为欢迎饮料，果汁很新鲜很好喝。 2. 这家民宿建在海边的一座小山坡上，民宿有一片私人的院子区域可以面朝大海，房间外面的公共露台区域也可以直接看到大海，海景的确没得说，很赞。 3. 房间整体保洁还是挺干净的，能看出来房东是认真打扫过的，没有灰尘。

1. 这家民宿虽然有海景，但是其所在的地理位置非常偏，我们包车的汽车无法抵达，只能中途打了突突车才能前往，突突车差不多也得坐个五分钟才能到，所以交通很不方便，而且途中有很多上下坡，想靠双腿自己走过去几乎是不现实的，拖着行李箱的话就更不用说了，不过房东可以报销入住+离店来回各一趟的突突车费用。 2. 由于地理位置较偏，附近没有餐馆商店，所以只能去靠近mirissa海滩的地方觅食，但是由于民宿太偏僻，想出去觅食闲逛的话，很难打到突突车，我们尝试了用Uber打突突车，但是一直没人接单，只能通过房东帮忙预约他认识的突突车司机来接，缺点就是价格比Uber显示的要贵很多，打到mirissa海滩的价格Uber显示250卢比左右，但是通过房东预约的突突车司机要价是800卢比，最后返回的时候我们依然打不到突突车，只好再次联系房东预约了突突车司机，来回两趟直接花去了1600卢比（房东只包入住+离店的时候这两趟突突车费用，中途想出去只能自费）。 3. 房间的卫生间味道很重，淋浴用水也有一股异味，估计是水质的问题，虽然卫生间是干净的，但是异味太重让人很难受。 4. 房间里面蚂蚁特别多，虽然房间没有灰尘之类的，但是蚂蚁却出奇得多，我把房东提供的欢迎果汁放在桌子上放了一会，然后埋头收拾行李，大概过了十分钟一看杯子里面已经爬满了蚂蚁，杯子瞬间成了蚂蚁的培养皿，捅了蚂蚁窝一样。 5. 第二天早上一起来感觉浑身痒痒的，感觉可能跟房间里面蚂蚁很多有关，如果易过敏体质的话，还是需要避雷一下。 6. 这家民宿的价格一点也不便宜，而实际体验感却远远达不到这个价格应有的水准，但是总的来说mirissa这座城市的总体物价水平偏高，估计民宿也有跟着溢价的情况存在。

Обычный хороший отель на короткий промежуток времени в нашем случае. Оставались на 1 ночь. На крыше есть ресторан с видом. Взяли свою еду и персонал не возражал, что мы ее кушали и не заказывали у них. Брали номер делюкс - фотографии полностью соответствуют. В номере был вентилятор и кондиционер. Кондиционер работает так, что мы ночью замерзли! - это супер мы считаем для Шри Ланки

Elevated cliff top view over the ocean. Nothing between there and Antarctica. Swaying coconut palms. Sound of the ocean. 2 little coves only 2 minutes walk in either direction for a protected swim in the ocean.

На вилле немного пахнет сыростью, но я слышал, что это почти везде на виллах на Шри-Ланке

海沿いなのでオーシャンビューがしっかり見られた。ビーチが近い。冷房をつけていてもなかなか涼しくならず困っていたが迅速にフォローしてくれたり少し遅い時間に食事メニューを提供してくれたりとスタッフのサービスは良かった。

ベッドに掛布団がなくやや眠りにくかった。ＷIFIが全然繋がらなかった。自然の中なので仕方ないがとにかくハエが多い。 入口までの道幅が狭く長いので国道エリアまで簡単にに出られない。

Très bon accueil avec un jus de fruits Nous avons été surclassées et la chambre était top avec vue sur mer En théorie le petit déjeuner est servi à partir de 8h30 mais comme nous devions partir à 8h30 ils nous l’ont servi à 8h00 En voiture l’hôtel est inaccessible ( route trop étroite, montante et beaucoup de virages ) et donc arrivés à un parking nous devons téléphoner et un tuk tuk vient nous chercher TOP

Der Blick ist wirklich wunderschön. Die Anfahrt mit einem Auto ist nicht möglich, allerdings hat das Hotel einen kostenlosen Pick Up organisiert für den letzten Abschnitt der Strecke. Zu Fuß kann man zum Secret Beach laufen, für alles andere muss man sich ein TukTuk rufen.

Wir mussten unseren Aufenthalt abbrechen, da über Nacht zwei Hunde auf dem Gelände gesperrt werden die die ganze Nacht durchgehend gebellt haben. Deswegen konnten wir nicht schlafen. Als wir mit dem Management gesprochen haben hieß es, dass es Straßenhunde sind die von Touristen gefüttert werden und sie daher nichts machen können. Wir haben aber genau gesehen, dass die Angestellten die Hunde füttern und die Türen nachts geschlossen haben um die Hunde dort zu behalten. Der Manager kam uns kein Stück entgegen und war absolut uneinsichtig. Die Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, es gibt keine Ablage Flächen und man muss seine Kleidung auf den Boden legen. Das Badezimmer roch unangenehm und wegen einer fehlender Abtrennung ist nach einer Dusche alles nass. In der direkten Umgebung wird momentan viel gebaut, daher ist mit Lärm zu rechnen.

The accommodation is absolutely wonderful. It can be a bit tricky to get there, but it’s definitely worth it. The view from the balcony is incredible — we could spend the whole day just sitting and looking at the ocean.

The only thing that slightly affected our stay was the dog, who didn’t look well. Please consider feeding him a bit — thank you.

The stay was great, with a perfect location, closer to the beach and the city. They also allowed us a late checkout as we got late due to the whale watching and snorkelling on the last day. They also helped us in booking a tuk-tuk even at night. We had a lovely time there.

The room was modern and clean. The view was exceptional. Comfortable lounge chairs and good service for drinks. The staff was helpful and friendly. Also, excellent location for walking to Secret Beach.

The view really is perfect. Absolutely beautiful mountain view of the ocean. They gave us a delicious drink on arrival.

The property is up a hill. Cars can not drive up the road and tuk tuks do not want to take you up. I asked the hotel to help us with transportation twice before we arrived and they said we would have to arrange our own ride for our tour. We could not get arrangements, pick me had no drivers who would come up the hill. They finally agreed to take us to our tour in their tuk tuk after I pointed out that we had a rented car and they did NOT tell us they couldn't come up the road until we were arriving. When they did finally drive us to the whale watching tour and we offerd payment, they declined and said the ride to the tour was included in our stay. INCLUDED FOR WHO? They declined to transport us or help us arrange transport several times. When we went to town for dinner, we asked a tuk tuk for a ride back. We told them where we were going and agreed on a price. Then when we got to the hill, the driver asked for 2.5 x the price, started yelling at us because we didn't want to pay the full agreed price when he kicked us out a the bottom of the hill. The hill is about 650 meters from the hotel. If you are fit and do not mind hills or rent your own tuk tuk, it may not be an issue for you.

Die Angestellten standen oft nur herum und haben unfreundlich gewirkt. Man hatte das Gefühl, sie wollten überhaupt nicht mit einem reden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr abgelegen. Man muss ein überteuertes Tuktuk nehmen, um in die Stadt zu kommen. Bett war sehr hart.

Lovely modern spacious room with sea view/great shower/peaceful. Beautiful sunsets from room/bar. Secret beach/bay around the corner with beds in the shade (only need to buy a drink to use them) - paradise. Manager attentive, kind & organised tuk-tuk pick up on arrival, a Whale trip (we saw a Bryde’s whale), a tuk-tuk to turtle bay where we snorkelled with turtles & an onward tuk-tuk journey to Galle with safe/trusted drivers. Offers food/drinks/tuk-tuks/taxis/trips. Breakfast is perfect.

Das Hotel liegt an einer Klippe und man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer von jedem Zimmer. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig.

Leider haben wir keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Zunächst war der Gastgeber sehr freundlich. In der ersten Nacht konnten wir jedoch kaum schlafen, da die Hunde im Hof die ganze Nacht laut gebellt und geheult haben. Als wir den Gastgeber darauf ansprachen, reagierte er leider wenig professionell. Er machte Touristen dafür verantwortlich, die Hunde zu füttern – was nicht zutrifft, da diese von den Mitarbeitern versorgt wurden. Als wir darum baten, früher abzureisen, wurde uns zudem vorgeworfen, wir hätten die Hunde gestreichelt und dadurch das Verhalten verstärkt. Letztlich mussten wir zwei Nächte bezahlen, obwohl wir nur eine Nacht geblieben sind. Zwar wurde dies als Kompromiss dargestellt, wir empfanden die Lösung jedoch nicht als besonders kundenorientiert.

Large comfortable room with good aircon. Clean bathroom with good shower. Tasty food.

Noisy dogs barking just outside during the night made it difficult to get a good sleep.

The staff were so friendly and so happy to help. The view was amazing and the quiet was in real didn’t think I could get away from the busyness but here I was able to would go back every time.

The balcony is shared, the location although it’s close to secret beach, but it’s on a hill, so need to take a Tuktuk go up and down which cost 1000 rupees each way just for a short ride because PickMe and Uber have been outcast by the local Tuktuk mafia. So it can get very costly if you planning on going out to town few times a day.

Perfect View Hotel truly lives up to its name with an amazing sea view. It’s a lovely family run place. I really appreciate the warm welcome juice and the honeymoon decorations. The whole family is kind, sweet, and generous, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is great, just a 5 minute walk to Secret Beach or a short tuktuk ride to the main town and beach.

The hotel is on a hill, so it might not suit everyone unless you’re okay with walking or using a tuktuk. Also, the upper levels balconies are connected, so privacy can be limited as guests or hosts may pass by. It would be better to have set cleaning times or improved separation for more privacy.

Super mooie locatie, twee stranden vlakbij en Mirissa Beach ook op (+/- 30 minuten) loopafstand. Buiten de drukte van Weligama/Mirissa wat wij erg fijn vonden. De kamer was schoon en comfortabel en bij aankomst kregen we lekkere welkomstdrankjes. Ook hebben we een walvis tour via het hotel kunnen boeken wat goed geregeld was.

Beautiful view and very close to the romantic beaches in the area. You can walk there in a few minutes.

All payments are in cash only. There is only a very bad, narrow road uphill to the accommodation, so some cars/taxis cannot get there, only tuk tuk.

酒店位于山坡上，在村里比较里面的位置，去酒店的路不好走，坡太陡了，路也很小，我们一开始不知道，司机开车上去很困难，其实老板是会免费来山下接的，上去后发现酒店就位于悬崖边上，海景和夕阳都很美，房间很新，洗澡水很大很热，老板和老板的父亲很热情，这是一个家庭民宿，但感觉他们很用心的在经营，老板还提供出海观鲸的报价，40美金一个人，免费接送码头，船很新很棒，看到了鲸鱼，海豚和海龟

上山的路不好走，不过也没办法，斯里兰卡的整体道路都需要提高

Approach road

The view from the location is magnificent. Very calm environment. The owner is very caring and helpful. The staffs are equally good. The rooms are big, the bathroom is also clean.

The location is a little difficult to reach at night. Overall we faced this problem in Mirissa, the pickme or uber bookings are not entertained by the location tuktuk drivers. And the local tuktuk drivers were charging 3 times of what pickme app was showing.

We were forced to flee this property for our own safety after being subjected to extreme harassment and direct threats from the staff. After two days without housekeeping, we politely requested basic amenities (towels and water). The staff’s response was immediate and aggressively hostile; they claimed housekeeping is only provided after checkout, and rather than communicating this professionally, they directed abusive slurs toward my wife. They further intimidated us by threatening to file false police charges to ensure we would be "stuck in a Sri Lankan jail." Beyond the verbal abuse, the property is in appalling condition. The mattresses were stained, 24/7 construction noise, and constant barking dogs. The location is also highly problematic: it is situated on a hilltop with poor accessibility to Mirissa Beach. The hotel staff treats TukTuk requests as an opportunity to loot tourists with predatory pricing. Furthermore, there are no streetlights leading to the property, making the walk back in complete darkness extremely dangerous. We felt so unsafe with the behavior of hotel staff that we fled the premises and were left stranded at a bus stop searching for another place. This experience was mentally traumatizing and completely ruined our vacation. Avoid this place at all costs.

Der Hotelname hält was er verspricht! Die Aussicht ist wirklich traumhaft - sei es vom Balkon oder beim Frühstück im Garten. Das Frühstück ist ebenso mit viel Liebe hergerichtet & hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Es gibt einen Adapter für EU-Steckdosen, was uns sehr geholfen hat. Die Anlage ist sehr modern, sauber und komfortabel. Ein wirklich schöner Ort!

Für die tolle Lage muss man ein wenig hinauf. Nicht alle Tuktuks nehmen den Weg auf sich, aber die meisten schon. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, einige Mitarbeiterinnen hatten dennoch eher weniger Freude gezeigt. Das können wir allerdings nur von einem Tag aus bewerten.

Esta en un camino de montaña estrecho, los tuktuk para subir o bajar cobran mas por éso.

Os funcionários eram muito simpáticos ! Fomos recebidos com uma bebida de boas vindas e ainda tivemos o privilégio de ser levados por Tuktuk até à estrada principal :) vista incrível obviamente e quartos modernos .

L'emplacement est superbe, au calme mais proche de tout. La vue est superbe et le directeur de l'hôtel et son père sont vraiment aux petits soins, ils nous ont rendu beaucoup service. Et bonus, j'ai même eu un gateau d'anniversaire !
