Not a major but parking space is really tight so bigger vehicles might have trouble.

The only downside is the driveway. It's very steep and limited at the bottom, so big vehicles would struggle, and you need to know how to park

Just smallish issues like the noise from the house owners and their water pipes. It would be useful to lift the tiny fridge up from floor level and switch the hinges to the opposite side.
