Die Unterkunft hatte angenehme Hostel-Atmosphäre. Zimmer war völlig ausreichend für eine Nacht, frühstücken konnten wir sogar auf dem kleinen Balkon. Auch die Gemeinschaftsräume (2 Bäder und Küche) waren in Ordnung, es kam nur zum Teil zu längeren Wartezeiten, da die Unterkunft voll gebucht schien. Ein- und Auschecken waren äußerst unkompliziert.

The door to the entrance was falling off of its hinges and the stairwell was dirty and very crooked, did not feel safe. 5th floor walk up with no elevator.

Location très centrale, propriétaire réactif et sympathique. Accès facile. Près de la gare.

Aucune intimité, les murs sont très fins et nous entendons tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre d’à côté. Pas de serviettes mises à disposition à notre arrivée, ce n’était pas clair s’il fallait payer pour accéder à ce service (qui est pourtant un minimum) ou s’il s’agissait d’un oubli. Chambre microscopique et plus que rudimentaire. L’ensemble ne correspond guère aux photos et cela va pour une nuit rapidement mais sans plus.

Not much

No fan in room.. hot as hell. Window could not be opened much because of rain. Towels in the bathrooms was wet and sticky. Even after I asked them to be changed. They said they were replaced, but they don’t get sticky and wet like that after one day. Smelled like a kitchen rag not been washed for weeks. They blamed other people staying there for using them. Not even saying sorry for my experience, just blaming me for being in a bad mood!! Stairs are small and very very long..

Die Lage ! Direkt nebenan der botanische Garten. Die Wohnung und die Zimmer waren gut und funktional eingerichtet. Checkin hat prima geklappt.

Der Aufenthalt befindet sich im 5.Stock, nur mit Internet und dem Code die beiden Türen zu öffnen, oben außer Atem angekommen (kein Lift vorhanden) stinkt der Eingang oben jedes Mal nach verschwitzten Füßen, weil Schuhe auszuziehen dort Pflicht ist. Die Zimmer sind richtig klein und wir, die ein Zimmer auf der Sonnenseite hatten, starben jedes Mal, besonders in der Früh, weil wenn man Lüftet, auch Hitze mitein kam, schließt man es aber, konnte man nicht atmen! Hier wäre eine Klimaanlage sehr passend. Der Balkon stank nach Zigaretten, da der Aschenbecher nicht geleert wurde.

Very nice and comfortable, close to train and bus station

Close to the city center, safe to access and clean. Despite being a shared apartment (which has, however, an hostel vibe) the bathrooms were always kept clean.

The rooms are rather small: it is cool for a one night stay, or if you're by yourself. Sharing the room with someone is doable, but you will be side by side all the time. Note that there are four rounds of steep stairs to access the apartment.

Tiene un precio accesible y considero que es justo. Las instalaciones me parecen agradables, he estado en verano con mi pareja, si bien hace mucho calor es esperable, es verano. Los baños se mantuvieron limpios y la ubicación es buena en cuanto a cercanía. Se ubica en un barrio multicultural muy marcado, no lo considero algo negativo pero si curioso. Estuve con 2 maletas de 10 kilos y si pudimos subir las escaleras. El Check in y check out son sencillos si te manejas bien con tecnología, de lo contrario puedes tener algún problema pero superable.

Hacía muchísimo calor (considerando que vengo desde España) pero nuevamente, es verano, no es esperable que haga frío o clima templado.

It was a fine room in a good location, with nice (shared) bathroom facilities.

It was quite awkward to get into the accommodation with 2 security locked doors, which sometimes took several goes to open. The accommodation was on the top (fourth) floor of the building with no lifts.

Steir, corider and varanda are extrimly unclean. No tawel is nearby. Bed is too small and is not easy to find changes. Very high safocation due to too many beds in such small room.

It was comfy

It was hard to find, and the check in instructions were really vague and the staff doesn't really seem to be willing to assist. It was unclear if the check in messages were on email, here or WhatsApp. And I had received multiple emails, and none of the emails had the actual check in instructions. And there's absolutely no information or anything at all at the location and nobody to help. It was an extremely unpleasant experience.

Ļoti tuvu centram un botāniskajam dārzam. Cena viena no labākajām Oslo centrā.

Ļoti plānas sienas. Mazgājoties dušā, ūdens ir pilna vannas istaba, jo dušai nav nekādas aizsargmaliņas. Pēc tam jātīra visa vannas istaba. Numuriņā šķiet remonts nav veikts līdz galam. Daļa sienas vēl nenokrāsota. Nav saliktas visas sienas līstes. Nav piemērots vecākiem cilvēkiem, jo jākāpj augšā pa šaurām, stāvām kāpnēm.

The instructions to get in the apartment were clear. Cheap and correct but very basic.

- Excelente ubicación, a 10 minutos caminando de la estación central y de buses. - Barrio multicultural y con varias opciones de bar, café y restaurantes. - Cada petición es respondida en tiempo por el anfitrión. - Ideal para estancias cortas.

- Es el último piso y las escaleras son algo incómodas, no es recomendable llevar maletas de gran tamaño y/o peso. - Se debe supervisar más la limpieza de las zonas comunes, como los baños y la cocina. Aunque en parte es compartida con los huéspedes, es recomendable repasarla un poco más.

El barrio

Es un cuadro sin ascensor. Hay basura en el hall y en las escaleras. El piso está todavía sin terminar, con cables sueltos. Poca limpieza

The best asset of this property is the location, in the lively and multiethnic quarter of Grønland, but in a quiet side street. The other rooms of the apartment seem to be located mainly to students. The room is quite small, but has the minimum required - unlike some expensive hotels - like a set of drawers, a small desk, hooks to hang coats and other things, and conveniently located electrical sockets. The wifi was good, and available also in the small terrace. The common areas - bathroom, toilet, shower, kitchen, etc - are better than expected, and definitively more than sufficient even when the house is full. Good behaviour of the other guests is the key in situations like this one, and in the full week when I stayed there the relationships were good. Special thanks to the manager that I called for help when I had difficulties with the door of the apartment.

It would be good to have a light switch reachable from the bed, to avoid getting up to turn off the light. Also a small place where to put the phone or other small things that you may want to reach during the night. The procedure to get into the house requires that you have a (charged) phone and internet access. This is a normal thing for young people, less common though for elderly people. Being at the 4th floor without elevator makes a good exercise, but not funny if you have a heavy luggage. In spite of the fact of being on the top floor, do not expect a view. But on the other hand, how much time are you going to spend in a small room when the neighbourhood offers alternatives?

La tranquillità del posto

Non è esattamente un appartamento condiviso. Lo chiamerei meglio un mini ostello visto che ha ben 9 stanze, 2 wc e 2 doccie.

It is relatively cheap, not far from the station and from downtown, you may use the kitchen and have your own space

I expected something like a studio, but the kitchen and bathrooms are shared here. the bed was a bit quirky. and it's possible to get in only with mobile connection (if your phone is out of battery, it may be problematic)

The location is convenient. The room is fair with the price. The facilities are clean.

The shape of room is a bit strange, but it is not too small. Fine with the price.

its at the top floor of the apartment quiet stressful climbing upstairs after a long day outside, the 4G network was also a problem for a fellow occupant, his phone stopped working when he got to the apartment. So he couldn't go out to get food, because without a phone or 4G network you cant access the building.

An affordable apartment with a shared bathroom that is quite clean and offers great value for money also the host is good.

Das Einzelzimmer war doch extrem klein und spartanisch und dafür dann doch zu teuer.
