Reviewed Jan 12, 2026The main bedroom was comfortable. Even though we came in the middle of the night because of our delayed flight, the stuff was there and he helped us out with everything
The carpets at the hallway were disguising, dirty, looking like they haven’t been cleaned in ages. We booked a flat for 3 people and there wasn’t any bedsheets for the couch so we needed to ask the receptionist and he delivered it quickly but there were missing sheets and we only got two towels for 3 people. It was 3 am so we just accepted it, because we were tired and we had another flight in a few hours, but normally it was unprofessional

The washrooms had an unpleasant odor. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sofa was in poor condition. The bed sheets and blanket had an unpleasant smell. The room was not cleaned properly, and I found cigarette buds in the living area. There were no towels available in the room. There was no iron or ironing board, making it difficult to manage my clothes. Several guest amenities were missing, and the staff appeared unprofessional. The only positive aspect of my stay was the convenient location of the hotel.

Reviewed Nov 1, 2025تجربة مؤسفة حصلت لي أثناء إقامتي ، كانت للأسف أسوأ تجربة مرّت علي. الغرفة كانت في حالة مزرية: • تهريب مياه في الحمام. • التماس كهربائي خطير. • نظافة سيئة جدًا. • رائحة كريهة في المكان بالكامل. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، عند إبلاغي الموظفين بالمشكلة لم يتم التعامل بجدية، بل تم الرد عليّ بأن “عادي، ما في غرف أخرى وما نقدر نسوي شيء”! بسبب ذلك اضطررت أغادر الفندق في نفس اليوم، لأن الوضع لا يُحتمل.

Reviewed May 23, 2025The building has no parking and always the front entrance parking in street is full The rooms has one electric plug and far away from beds or sitting The electric plugs were beside microwave and fridge The shower was broken then they replaced it after I called them the shower has no hot water the restroom has Cockroaches The bed sheets looks old and dirty and pillows were uncomfortable The apartment has no towels they provide me one towel when I contacted them only one during all stay There were no Water tea or coffee or sugar just empty apartment The building when parking is full you have to drive all the way until the end of street then go back behind the building s until you found it from back then again full parking
