Our stay was very quiet. The surrounding area needs some rebuilding but overall it was a very safe neighborhood. The apartment was clean and we had no issues. We were greeted kindly. Would definitely stay again ❤️

The mattress was uncomfortable

It was clean the perfect space for 2 and the area very quiet.close to Walmart and many restaurants.

The place is very reasonably priced, close to everything, including the beach, which is 10 minutes away. The host is the best. Would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Nice setup and great value. Dedicated parking is a huge plus as in this area, parking is hard to find.

For me, it took getting used to having a room underneath the family home. Not really a factor but it would be a minor improvement would be to have some sort of cabinet or stand in the bathroom to place clothes and toiletries when getting ready to take a shower.

It had everything you needed and super comfortable. All the amenities were highly functional. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The environment was really nice and quiet. I felt safe and secure in this place. Would highly recommend!

Air conditioner wasn't clean and it was a little bit dusty and wifi was more or less but I forgot to ask for anything in specific just in case. Other than that everything was good!

Really comfy bed and nice aesthetic. It had everything I needed for a night in Guayama and it is so close to one of the best smoothie shops in Puerto Rico, Purpura!

The directions were a little unclear and I wasn't sure which dropbox I would find the keys in but then I found them and rhe host called me back right away.

The space inside, the area was amazing, super quiet and felt as if I was home.

The ocean view and the sunset and location to Walmart and other stores… fast food. They are family own and nice. I would come back.

There was sometimes no WiFi or internet connection.

I was able to book with them last minute, I was staying at an Airbnb whose lights went off, and decided I needed to leave instead of finding a solution for their issues pretty upsetting and inconvenience for me but I was able to get accommodations here fast and easy which was a plus and great to me. The room was the perfect size and comfortable, check-in was easy and the location was easy to locate!
