Reviewed Aug 23, 2026The apartment is large and sunny, with plenty of space and enough room for our group of nine people. It is in a wonderful location, within walking distance of all the main attractions. However, it needs some refurbishment, as it is quite worn in many places, and it would also benefit from more thorough cleaning. Some areas were particularly dirty, such as the door seals of the refrigerator and the bathrooms. The apartment is also poorly soundproofed. On our very first day, we were greeted by a letter from the neighbors warning us that they would call the police if there was excessive noise. At the same time, every morning from 8:00 a.m., we were woken up by the neighbors’ children.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2025Though advertised as air-conditioned, the AC didn't work for 3 of the 4 nights we stayed. The bedroom windows were jammed close. We had to move mattresses into the living room to get a little sleep. Customer service was very difficult to get through to.
