Anna is great and very easy to get along with. i love the fact that you are not in poblado or laurelles but still close to everything. I felt really home here. It is a bit noisy sometimes but it's a big city, to each his own, but I loved it ❤️. Rather have a not so fancy place but a real Nice Place 😄

Excellent accueil de la part d'Anna ! On dispose d'un étage entier (escalier raide) la chambre est grande le lit confortable. On peut préparer son petit-déjeuner, il y a une bouilloire, thé et café offerts. Il y a une boulangerie à 30m. Poblado n'est pas loin à pied (20mn) le métro à 5mn et la gare sud aussi à 5mn (bus direct pour aller à Jardin)

L'accueil est très chaleureux

Die Lage ist perfekt, zwischen Terminal Sur und Metro. Die Unterkunft ist groß, man hat die Etage unter dem Dach zu Verfügung. Und Ana ist besorgt um Einen. Von der Schlüsselübergabe bei Anreise bis zur Abreise. Ich war vollends zufrieden.

Ana Maria est adorable, elle fait en sorte de que vous soyez le plus a l’aise possible. L’appartement est nickel avec une terrasse spacieuse. Il est dans une zone tres centrale, proche de Pablado et Laureles donc tres pratique.

We had an early bus to catch and Ana's place was perfectly located for the bus station. We arrived late and she accommodated this with no hesitation. We also accidentally took her keys with us to our next location and she could not have been more understanding, allowing us to drop them back off when we were back in Medellin at the end of the week.

We did find the room quite hot.

Muy atenta la host, super amable, terraza amplia, sabanas limpias, gato tierno hamacas comodas decoracion muy cool, repelente y productos de higiene femenina disponibles en el baño.

Mucho ruido porque es una zona de empresas entonces hay camiones sonando desde muy temprano en la mañana y el baño tenia un olor raro

Recibirme a medianoche con una sonrisa. Lugar limpio y tranquilo. Buen precio.

Lavamanos que parece caer. Mejor nunca usar toallas y sabanas negras cuando recibe huéspedes porque no deja ver si están manchadas (no era así pero unos huéspedes pueden tener dudas).

La stanza é all’interno dell’appartamento della proprietaria ma é molto privata e silenziosa (essendo al piano superiore rispetto al resto della casa). Ana Maria é stata molto cordiale e gentile, dandoci tutte le informazioni e aspettandoci anche fino a tardi

Everything… from the location to comfort. Easy access from metro station. Owner is very kind, responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended for Medellin.

The property is great, you will have a full floor for yourself with a big terrace and a spacious flat located in a good area close enough to everything. Ana is the sweetest soul, she’s always going the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need. Couldn’t recommend this enough definitely will be back if I’ll ever come to Medellin again.

You will be staying on the top floor of Anna's property with acces to her kitchen and washer and, by extension, likely her and her friends. This is the property's best feature. The meals, games, and cultural exchanges that took place there are worth as much to me as any park, plaza, or museum. Be respectful, flexible, and remember that you are in someone else's home and culture, and you will likely have a phenomenal stay.

There was a learning curve for the four locks and hot water in the shower, and you'll have to be fit enough to handle three flights of stairs, the last being a narrow spiral. If none of these seem like a big deal to you, let me encourage you to stay here; I wouldn't have traded my experience there for any four-star amenity, and if I return, it will be here. Thanks for everything, Anna.

Host Ana Maria was wonderful. Place was clean and great space. Appreciated the use of the washing machine and kitchen.

Area, we stayed 1 night which was perfect for the bus station (or airport).

Everything was perfect. You have an entire floor to yourself and can use the kitchen downstairs. The host is really nice and her cat is the cherry on top :)

Everything, while some facilities were mediocre, sink, cold water shower, average bed, all commodities were provided, towels, extra blankets, coffee, outside area with hammocks. Right next to the airport, it exceeded every expectation and Iwill stay longer term if I return to Medellin.

Ana Maria is a great host. She made sure your needs are catered. I am a mosquito magnet so she bought me electronic plugs against mosquitos, mosquito coils and prepared a sanitary kit that includes pads, repellent, floss, toothpaste, sunscreen, aloe vera. She is very very attentive and responsive. The room has all you need, a couch, dining area for making simple breakfast, a fridge and a TV connected to Netflix!

I visited in March. The room could get really warm in the afternoon till late evening. Two fans blowing towards the bed could cool you down a bit.

Very clean, comfortable and great location. Ana was a great host. She will make your stay really pleasant and enjoyable. Great value for money. Extremely recommendable for Medellín.

This place has everything you can possibly need! It’s very well kept and has its own style and vibes! Everything is spot on and shiny. The hammocks on the terrace are a plus! Internet is the fastest I’ve ever experienced in my whole life !!!

Ana Maria is an amazing host. She helped me with the accomodations and entertainment advice during my vacation. You'll get very fast WiFi, nice location (Poblado in 15 mins walk, supermarket, Metro station) and wonderful kitchen/washing machine. She is really cool :)

Nice sized place, handy to Monterray, and olaya herrera airport but also quiet enough. Ana was helpful with information and showed me how to get to the mall. Great value for money, would recomend. Internet also worked great.

The bedroom, bathroom and upstairs balcony are very spacious, comfortable and clean. The host is kind and accommodating, and she let me use the kitchen downstairs and even offered me dinner. She also had her friend there to help me up and down with my suitcase at check in and out. The bed is comfortable and has a mosquito net although there are hardly any. It's within a 10 minute walk from Poblado station and nearby a few local shops. It's peaceful at night so you can rest. Great value for money

The last set of stairs to the upper apartment are in a spiral and very narrow with no rail. Not a problem unless you have joint problems or children, as her friend kindly helped me with my baggage. Not all the keys were working so I couldn't lock my door properly, and fortunately she gave me her key to the front gate, as the first one was getting jammed.

It’s not in a touristy area, but still easy to get around!

They place is really nice! ana is really friendly and is looking that everybody feels home! The room is really good located! metro station and Busterminal Sur are 5min walk away! The street is not crowded and during the night it is really quite! Good base for discovering Medellin!!

The room was huge. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and had everything you needed. The mosquito net was needed as there were a few mosquitos in the room. There was a coffee machine in the room with tea and coffee provided, a very nice touch! There's also a small fridge in the room. The TV has Netflix, so really nice to relax and watch some movies. Downstairs you can use the owner's kitchen, which was well equipped. The location was right next to the bus station and a 10 min walk from the nearest metro stop, which was good for us as we had a bus in the morning. Overall a really nice stay.

The floor in the room needs cleaning, when we walked barefoot we noticed our feet got dirty.
