Felt very cozy and clean! There were a few basic cooking items in case you needed them which was very nice. Very short walking distance to things and trailheads. The town is small but has many great options

It is a nice small house with a loft space for sleeping. Comfortable sofa in front of TV on the first floor, spacious, quiet, clean, great wifi and hot water. Next to one of main streets, close to main hiking trails.

Description says that there are BBQ facilities, but they do not exist. Pans and pots are old and almost out of service. As other comment said I wish the shower had a full door so that water wouldn't leak out everywhere. Main door knob is old and not functioning properly.

Le logement est fonctionnel, bien isolé thermiquement et phonetiquement. Il est propre et idéal pour un séjour de 2 nuits max. La communication a été bonne jusqu a l'arrivee.

L'accueil est un.peu succinct Peu de renseignement quand nous avons eu la propriétaire pour payer en espèces. Le prix m'a semblé un peu élevé.

Me alojé una noche y la experiencia fue muy buena. El departamento es tipo casita, con la habitación en planta alta, todo bastante nuevo y muy limpio. La cama muy cómoda y la ducha funcionó perfecto después de un día de trekking. El check-in fue flexible (pude ingresar antes de lo previsto) y el check-out súper práctico porque se deja la llave al retirarse, lo cual ayuda mucho si uno sale temprano a caminar. Además está pegado a la casa del propietario, así que ante cualquier cosa están disponibles enseguida. Tiene espacio para estacionar adelante y la ubicación es tranquila pero cerca del centro, se puede ir caminando sin problema. Para una estadía corta en El Chaltén resulta muy cómodo y funcional (totalmente equipado).

No tuve inconvenientes durante la estadía.

Muy bien ubicado, excelente calefacción, buen colchón y buenas almohadas. Andrea fue muy atenta.

Cosy apartment with modern facilities in the heart of El Chalten. Warm, great shower and mattress. Great facilities for self catering. Quiet.

Steep internal stairs.

It was a great place to stay. It’s big, you have space, the bed and bathroom are very comfortable and functional, the heater works maybe even too well

The kitchen area was a bit tricky to use and not suitable for cooking big meals, perfect for a one pot pasta cooking / salad

Location, bed, shower had hot water and was powerful, recommendations on restaurants from Andre.. all good. Close access to trail heads. Andre had issues with card reader but did fix it and made us whole.

Shower leaked and drained slowly so floor was wet and slippery. Bedroom upstairs bathroom downstairs.. staircase to manage in middle of the night if you have to go..not ideal. Radiators leaked water when turned on, so floor in kitchen and bedroom had water

It is as the photos show. Clean and good size. Lockbox with the key for easy check-in and check-out. Helpful advice, including providing maps and recommendations for drivers.

Owner insists on receiving USD or EUR cash, presumably so she does not need to fill in the paperwork for the 21% off VAT. When you shower, the bathroom floor will necessarily get wet. The owner is controlling the heat and hot water. It was a bit chilly the first night. Surprisingly she asked if I wanted the heat to be increased which lead me to understand she controls the heat and hot water. I should have also asked for more hot water because it’s not enough for even one person’s shower. Ask the moment you arrive!!

Wonderful apartment in the charming El Chaltèn. The house is spacious and has everything needed for your stay. The Host is willing, helpful and prompt. Definitely recommend

Cozy and clean apartment. The host was very prompt at communicating through WhatsApp in Spanish. Location is good not too far from the main road in town. We only wished we could have stayed a little longer.

It could be helpful if there was a name on the building such as “VERA apart”. We found it eventually but had to use photos to confirm it was the right place.

Easy nice stay. Host doesn’t know English but was very nice and accommodating. Would recommend.

Minor issue, but trash can in the kitchen would be better.

It is not so convenient to go up and down the stairs when you go to sleep. Only the bed is upstairs.

Central, clean and cosy

Andrea has been a great host. She went above and beyond to help me and my family (e.g. fixing our punctured tire!!!). We loved her tiny and full equipped lovely house! Highly recommended to all!
