loved the attention to details, amazing minimalistic but cozy design. the feature of having free sunbeds at a beach bar was an amazing experience. the view was not the best near to a building under construction. also would be amazing if more storage space would be accommodated for the guests, there were some hangers in a wardrobe but no actual shelving, this would have been great to have

Giannis heeft ons super goed ontvangen en heel erg veel fijne dingen aanbevolen zoals leuke stadjes, een plek om je auto te huren en restaurants. De kamers worden iedere dag schoongemaakt. Daarnaast kregen we een gratis upgrade en was de locatie echt ideaal. Je loopt zo het strand op en de bushalte is voor de deur, een echte aanrader!

Lovely modern apartment in a peaceful neighbourhood, just a two-minute walk from the bars, restaurants, and beach. Yiannis was a fantastic host — nothing was too much trouble, and we were also kindly upgraded to the top suite, which was a lovely surprise. The balcony was spacious, and because it was shaded from the afternoon sun, it was especially pleasant to relax outside and enjoy the warm weather in the afternoon and evening.

Nothing really. If we had to suggest one improvement, it would be to add some shade to the balcony. It became very hot, even at 7:00 am, making it impossible to sit outside comfortably. A parasol or awning would make the balcony even more enjoyable

Very modern and super clean room. Yianni was very helpful with recommendations. Good location, shops, restaurants and beach in the immediate vicinity. Bus stop at the end of the street to get you to other beaches and the town, or villages. Lots of immediate options for rent a car.

The area was a little busier than expected but actually for the evening, that was probably a good thing.

Ionnis is from Naxos and gives really good tips on what to visit/best beaches and restaurants. Our room was on the groundfloor and he gave us a room update without us asking! Also recommended us a really nice beach bar where we would have an umbrella and sunbeds. Really sweet and helpful host :)) Comfy bed and pillows, spacious bedroom and bathroom in a quiet neighbourhood but with all kinds of stuff open till late nearby.

The host was great. He gave us very detailed itinerary for our trip and great recommendations. The property itself was very cute and authentic. It was in front of the beach and near bus station. Everything was very close - restaurants and bakery. People were wonderful.

L’accueil, les conseils pour visiter l’île et quelques bonnes tables, Les couleurs, la décoration, le marbre, le confort du lit, la douche, la propreté, l’emplacement près de la plage et des restaurants.

Trop de marches et le manque de rampe au milieux de l’étage, (un peu un handicap pour les personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité), l’exiguïté de la chambre et son orientation vers l’est , agréable mais très vite chaude. L’étroitesse de parking, les produits de bain un peu courts pour trois jours, l’eau chaude parfois irrégulière.

Tüm otel çok güzel dizayn edilmiş ve dekore edilmiş. Oda ve banyo ise gayet geniş, oldukça sade ve şık. Belli ki çok özenilmiş. İşletmecisi Giannis ise harika bir evsahibi, güleryüzlü, iletişimi kolay, yardımsever. Buradan da kendisine tekrar teşekkürler, bir gün erken ayrılma talebimi hiç sorun etmeden kabul etti.

The room was very nice, clean, and fully functional. The location is excellent, close to some of the most beautiful beaches in Naxos, only a 10-minute drive from the port, and just 5 minutes from the airport. It is also conveniently located near several points of interest and amazing restaurants that the host will gladly recommend to you. The host is extremely kind, helpful, and always available if needed. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place — don’t hesitate to book it!

We had an amazing stay at Alas Cycladic and Giannis was extremely helpful in making our time in Naxos enjoyable. The property beautiful and brand new, and it’s just a few steps away from Agios Prokopios beach and plenty of amazing restaurants. Giannis was so welcoming and gave us recommendations on the island, and helped us set up transfers. He is the best! Would stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling to Naxos.

Giannis was so lovely, we couldn’t have felt more welcome. We stayed right at the very beginning of the season, so everything locally was just opening up, but he was so kind in giving us recommendations of places that would be open and making sure we were okay. The restaurants and bars along the waterfront were excellent, we loved the bakery just down the road which I believe is open all year around, and the walk to agia Anna was so easy. Very much recommend Del Mar as a beach bar a few mins walk away. About an hour walk to the port but doable and largely along the coast. The shower was also fab and bed super comfy. Incredible value for money!

Per rilassarti non occorre andare quanto lontano, basta soggiornare da Álas: ho trovato un ambiente accogliente, pulito, un luogo in cui poter rilassare corpo e mente. C'erano tutti i confort di cui si necessiti e, soprattutto, uno staff gentile e disponibile. Lo straconsiglio!

Stanza non troppo grande,ma bellissima pulita e confortevole in stile Cicladico, completa di tutti i confort. Giannis l'host un ragazzo simpaticissimo che si è messo a nostra disposizione dandoci consigli su dove andare e cosa fare,la stanza veniva pulita ogni giorno e non abbiamo trovato nessun tipo di problema. Un altro punto forte la posizione a 50mt dal mare e dal centro di prokopios. La consiglio a tutti

Great location 2 mins walk to a wonderful beach. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area, as well as Mimi marts, laundry facilities (drop and collect), and car hire. Our host, Yannis, was charming and helpful and gave us great recommendations and a map of the island with must-see villages and beaches.

Everything was great except the photos on my booking of junior suite were that of a larger & better room. I would not have booked the junior suite for this price. Per host, the photos are randomly allocated by booking.com although it has not happened with me before.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and spacious enough for all our belongings. The bathroom was large and convenient, and we really appreciated that there was a fridge, air conditioning, and a small balcony with space to hang our beach clothes. The location couldn’t be better – just a step away from the stunning Agios Prokopios beach, making it the perfect place to relax and truly enjoy your vacation. The host was really friendly and always ready to help, offering thoughtful recommendations for places to eat – whether you wanted a “like home” meal or to try something truly local. Everything about this place invites you to unwind, and just enjoy your days on the island. Naxos Chora is less than 30 minutes away by bus (the bus station is also a few steps away from the room, running every half hour), making it very easy to explore the town and other places whenever you like.

Boravak u Álas Cycladic Suites bio je zaista izvanredan! Smeštaj je izuzetno čist, uređen s merom i stilom — pravo malo utočište u kikladskom duhu. Lokacija je savršena: na korak od mora, u mirnom delu, a opet blizu odličnih restorana i svega što može zatrebati. Posebno bih istakao domaćina Ioannisa, koji je bio izuzetno predusretljiv, posvećen i uvek spreman da pomogne. Sve preporuke, definitivno mesto na koje bih se rado vratio!

Perfect location, close to everything you could need and a beautiful beach. Could not fault our host Giannis, he was so warm and welcoming, gave us some great recommendations and was always on hand to accommodate us with things like extra towels or help with car parking spots.

Our room was a bit on the small side for two people especially if you don’t travel light. There could have been better storage, however, this can be avoided by asking for one of the slightly bigger rooms. The shower set up wasn’t ideal as there wasn’t a raised platform or closeable screen so the floor often got very wet.

Loved the modern twist on the Greek theme. Beautifully styled, room large and spacious. Giannis was so welcoming. The location super convenient. Would highly recommend.

The location is amazing! Perfect for a variety of lovely restaurants and bars but still quiet enough to provide a relaxing stay. The property was so clean well looked after with great hospitality from the owner who gave a great overview to the island and many authentic places to eat and visit. We can’t recommend staying here enough!

Agios Prokopios est un super emplacement pour découvrir Naxos, avec de belles plages et restaurants à proximité, et une connexion facile au village principal.

La chambre est en demi sous-sol, mais ce n'était pas vraiment un problème.

The room is spacious and clean, with a decent size balcony. The location is perfect - it is very close to the Agio Prokopios beach, the bus stop, and has a wide range of selection for food, ice creams, supermarket, and pharmacies. Giannis (the host) is very friendly and helpful - he gave us plenty of useful tips and recommendation of navigating Naxos, places to visit, and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property, ioannis clearly thought of everything down to the smallest detail. Very well-equipped, has everything you’d need. He’s also clearly very passionate about his stay and has it perfectly designed. Very clean, close to the nicest beach, easy and responsive host. Will definitely stay here again when back in Naxos.

Building is new! Beautiful marble everywhere (which Ioannis can tell you more about than I can), perfectly situated (everything you need close by including bus stop!), super duper clean! And room is simple but effective and super pretty!

Man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber – wirklich auf höchstem Niveau. Alles war frisch, ordentlich und duftete angenehm. Bettwäsche frisch gewaschen, das Badezimmer glänzte, alles wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail gepflegt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll und kulturell hochwertig eingerichtet – man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Qualität und Komfort gelegt wird. Auch die Lage war top: ruhig, aber trotzdem gut angebunden. Wir waren begeistert und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Great location just off the beach with lots of great restaurants and cafes near by. Giannis was amazing, gave us lots of local recommendations all of which we enjoyed, and was very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are new and decorated very well, lots of nice finishings. We stayed for7 nights and the room was very comfortable. We look forward to coming back!

Google maps! Not massively helpful in finding this place but fortunately, the owner is super helpful and came to find us and our car. When you arrive it’s a good idea to get to the beach and call Giannis ( pronounced yanis) and he will help When we arrived we were very happy for the room which is in excellent condition, the very comfortable mattress and good quality pillows. The shower is powerful and hot. We felt very welcomed and got a lot of help on where to go and where to avoid. When we had a ferry problem Gianni’s immediately offered help and solutions Price is very good for quality. There is no sea view from the room but you can pop up to the roof for that or walk 30m to the beach All in all, a great place to stay, near the beach and so much nicer than the centre of Naxos
