Sehr gute Lage und großzügig geschnitten. Voll ausgestattete Küche. Schöner Blick auf die Bucht.

Sobald im Stockwerk gekocht wurde und das war ständig der Fall, war das gesamte Wohnzimmer in den Geruch getaucht. Das war sehr unangenehm und störend. Wir konnten das Wohnzimmer deswegen gar nicht nutzen und mussten unser Gepäck und alles an Kleidung im Kleinen Schlafzimmer unterbringen. Die Betten sind sehr hart.

Die Lage ist top, am Port und sehr nah an der Main Street.

The safe didn’t work although staff did come up to assist It’s a bit worn and the double bed was two singles put together but with about 4 inches height difference which meant a roll in the middle of the night Decent enough but could do with a couple of upgrades

An extremely spacious, clean and modern apartment! Has pretty much everything you might need, including a proper kitchen (with a coffee machine, oven, big fridge) aa well as things you would expect to see in a good hotel (shampoo, conditioner etc in the shower, a hairdryer, a separate towel for makeup etc.) The apartment also has sea view as a bonus and it’s located just 250 meters from the tourist port. Easy and quick check-in and check-out, the guy who showed me the apartment spoke super fluent English. Overall 10/10, and the price is definitely reasonable.

Everything was great!

The apartment is nicely decorated, with comfy beds and linens, and complete kitchen. The view of the bay and mountains is amazing! The location was great and the staff gave us excellent recommendations for coffee and meals. Highly recommend!

Everything was great, only maybe an 11 o'clock or later checkout would be nice for jet-lagged guests.

We were upgraded at no extra charge to a much more luxurious and bigger apartment in a different location because the apartment we had booked had flooded. The manager was super helpful and lovely. He waited for us to drop our bags and drove us to the laundromat. He also gave us lots of important information on food places nearby and getting around.

Nos encantó nuestra estadía en este apartamento. La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno centro de Ushuaia, lo que nos permitió movernos a pie a restaurantes, tiendas y puntos de interés. El lugar está impecablemente cuidado, muy limpio y con todos los detalles pensados para que uno se sienta como en casa. La decoración es cálida y acogedora, y el equipamiento es completo, desde la cocina hasta la ropa de cama de excelente calidad. La atención fue excelente, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Sin dudas, volveríamos y lo recomendamos al 100%.

La calidad del departamento, la facilidad para poder reservar. Pero sobre todas las cosas destaco al personal que me ayudó bastante. Sobre todo debo mencionar a Emanuel.

Great location with excellent view of the Beagle channel. Close to shops and restaurants and the seaport. Staff there to greet us.

Great communication from the start. Miguel/staff reached out days before check in to verify check in time and if I need airport transfer. Great assistance to store my luggages and even accommodate to check in earlier once property becomes available. Entire apartment for myself with well equipped kitchen, fridge, spacious living room, bathroom and bedroom. Great location close to port and city center. Staff are extremely helpful and responsive even beyond business hours. Wonderful stay and I would certainly book Seaport Apartment again!

great location with some fine views of the Beagle Channel, close to the port and excursions as well as main shopping street San Martin. Staff very friendly iwith quick helpful responses on the chat, very accommodating of my early schedule. Spacious, comfortable apartment, well furnished.

Exceptional communication from the start. Host reached out to me days in advance to see if I need airport transfer. Which I am glad it did sign up for me. Lucas met me at airport with a sign, helped me with luggage from door to door. Miguel handed me the key and went through amenities including house rules and wifi. Exceptional place, centrally located to city center, close to ocean. Got the entire apartment to myself. Lots of attention to details. Spacious kitchen, living room and bedroom. Cannot ask for me, definitely exceed expectations. Host also available if you run into problem and very responsive to give a helping hand.

Location, by the seafront and its 5mins walk from the bus station. It’s nice and clean, big comfortable bed, you get towels, welcome cookies etc, also have the necessary utensils if you want to cook. The picture is true to reality and for the price, it’s actually pretty decent.

I can feel that the staff really want to make it a lovely stay for us - but it really needs improvement with their check in and out arrangement. I was contacted by Victoria via WhatsApp the day before asking how will I get into town and offered shuttle bus service at a price. She didn’t give me information or options so I can make informed decision, I had to double check myself. Since it’s a 5mins walk from the bus station, I said I would get there myself instead of taking their shuttle service. She then informed me that someone will be at the bus station to pass me the key. When we arrived, we saw a lady getting off a Seaport Apartment van, said hello to a guy in front of us, pick up his bags and drove off. We looked at each other puzzled, picked up internet and contacted Victoria. She then asked me to go directly to the apartment instead. What a waste of our time, should have just asked us to meet at the apartment in the first place. We arrived at the apartment, had to wait a little and not surprised to see the same lady at the bus station appeared at the door - her name is Dani. She was nice, gave us info, key, explained as much as she can, took payment and left us to enjoy the apartment. The day before we were due to leave, she checked our flight, and agreed a time to meet the next day for check out. Also helped us with a taxi booking. Everything was great until she showed up 15mins late to our agreed time to meet and we were considering to just leave the key in the apartment and get a taxi ourselves. We were a bit tight on time but made our flight in the end. Like I said, very elaborated welcome plan but failed at execution. I think they should just stick to the most convenient way for people to check in & check out, key lockbox or something.
