The position is absolutely perfect being close to many points of interest

Lack of storage space would definitely benefit from a storage closet or shelves. The breakfast is very poor in choices. Omelette was awful. Staff from the restaurant was rude and didn’t let us sit on the terrace and serve coffee on the weekend. Cleaning lady very rude shouting to leave early as we had checkout in 1 hour. No coffee refill after daily cleaning.

Faßt alles war super, die Lage, das Zimmer, das Personal die Ausstattung. Das Hotel ist sehr besonders.und schön. Die Nähe zur Innenstadt ist einfach perfekt. Das Zimmermädchen war super freundlich - so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Nichts. Ein kleines Manko in dem.perfekten Gesamtbild waren der Service beim Frühstück. Einfache Dinge wurden nicht aufgefüllt. Aber das ist wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Śniadania barfzo ubogie, codziennie to samo, da się najeść, ale przeciętnie. Wiele do życzenia pozostawia natomiast obsługa podczas śniadań....Pani blondynka codziennie obrażona, zdaje się, że nie przepada za obcokrajowcami. Na 5 minut przed końcem śniadania podeszła do każdwfo stolika i ostentacyjnie zabierała z niego rzeczy, sugerując, że mamy udać się do wyjścia. To bardzo zepsuło klimat. W pokoju było całkiem czysto, mieliśmy natomiast nieszczelne okno, przez co nocami było głośno.

We weren’t given enough information. There is no reception with staff. Were not told which room we were staying in so had to try code in other doors on that floor. Were not told that breakfast is in the building across the road Staff at the breakfast venue were extremely rude and dismissive

La posizione di Gatto bianco sicuramente è ottima, comoda per visitare la città vecchia, il castello e vicina alla stazione. Personale gentile e buona pulizia della camera.

Il check-in solo online, di cui non c'era informazione su Booking, mi ha creato un problemino prontamente risolto dalla cortesia e disponibilità delle operatrici telefoniche. Suggerirei comunque di evidenziare questa procedura e il fatto che in struttura non c'è una persona addetta al ricevimento del cliente e per eventuali altre necessità.

They offered water and coffee. The cleaning ladies were friendly and professional.

There are no glasses if you want to drink something or in the bathroom for your toothbrush. You have to stay barefoot, they do not offer any room slippers. There is no reception, no clothing iron, no restaurant, the breakfast across the street is minimal but good, it is the same each day. The fridge does not cool anything, the balcony is in bad shape, rusty chairs. The bathroom and the toilet in different rooms, unconvenient. The towels are white, clean but some have stains and should be replaced. The tv is not smart, so no netflix or possibility to connect a usb. I asked for clothing iron but no reply in 3 days. The checkout at 10.30 is too early. 11 or 12 would be better considering you can checkin at 15. There are some mosquitos.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect location, just a few minutes walk from Bari’s old town and the seafront. The room was spacious, modern, clean and very comfortable. The staff were kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything met my expectations.

Well located, just a short walk from the city center. Our room had a glass wall, which I personally liked, we could lie in bed and enjoy a beautiful view of the street at night. The room was also surprisingly quiet for being on a busy street. The bed was big and comfortable, clean, the room temperature was just right, and it had all the amenities you'd want.

Some information would have been great to have access to earlier through the app; once you get the access codes, you can check other several useful details there. Breakfast was decent but fairly standard. The fixed shower head had black spots on it, and storage was a bit limited as there was no proper closet, just a few hangers crammed against the wall. One thing to note: they have multiple locations under the same name, so it's easy to get confused about where to check in or find the breakfast room, but once you figure that out, everything runs smoothly.

Great location in central Bari but be warned parking is a nightmare and no parking at property

No staff, no food, complicated digital entry system to access property and rooms. We thought this was a hotel as advertised but it's no more than a B&B and not a very good one.

The bed linen and towels had old, indelible stains. There is no reception desk at the hotel to ask for replacements. The shower and bathroom are separated.

Confort de la habitacion, pequeña pero lujosa, ubicacion muy comoda, no esta en pleno centro ni en el centro historico, pero estan a un par de cuadras.

Medio complejo la forma de entrar, es con una app, y creo que depende de que tengas internet para que funcione, el primer ingreso por lo menos no fue lo mas comodo.

Convenient Central Bari Murat location. Beautiful, quiet room with all amenities. And a great balcony. The soaking tub was amazing!

Overall upkeep and maintenance, very neat, clean and tidy. Compact, not spacious.. location was convenient

It's not a hotel and must not be sold or promoted as a hotel. It's a dignified Air B&B No reception or Front Desk, you need to use a code to enter the building and also for your room.. Doesn't give you feel of a holiday or a hotel. It's appropriate for business stays. We were asked to Download their App to online check-in and to receive the codes.. Just that it's not a type of stay or hotel I would want on my leisure holiday.

The service is below sub-par. We asked if we could store our luggage- however it turns put storing only possible after 8 am (not a minute before), and weekend breakfast is also from 8 am (not a minute before). They dont have a solution for esrly checkout breakfast. Checking is through an app (have we needed one more to download?) and a tedious registration. Though an email prior to arrival say to ring the bell when you arrive - this doesnt work. There are actually 2 doors next ro each other with codes - the actual door is on the right. There was a lady once standing outside of rhe door stating that she is from the Office of the palazzo, however she couldnt get the code right - and wanted to enter. (Questionnable security). I would say its amazing location - but priced as a hotel, however they are rude and offer no service whatsoever. You can have the same location Airbnb and better prices at any given time - so dont bother with this.

C’est juste une pompe à fric et que des problèmes avec les codes erronés, les guidages également erronées guidant dans des mauvais établissements qui leur appartiennent aussi … De nombreuses personnes totalement perdues … Ce matin une erreur de code ( ça peut arriver a totalement enfermé dehors en bloquant notre clavier pour le code . Heureusement dépannés par la femme de ménage qui a été appelée par une personne du PDJ à qui nous avons demandé de l’aide . Apparemment ces problèmes viennent de nous qui ne savons pas nous servir de l’application. Ils devaient rectifier les erreurs mais au vu des commentaires précédents, rien n’a été corrigé !😡 Heureusement nous sommes toujours arrivés à résoudre les problèmes mais avec beaucoup de pertes de temps et d’énervement. Facebook vous mentez , il ne s’agit pas d’un hotel mais de RBNB ! Honteux ! Dommage car l’emplacement, les chambres ainsi que PDJ corrects . Je ne comprends franchement pas la note globale annoncée .

There was an app to download to access room but that all worked smoothly. Room was small but had everything we needed. Good location and useful to have baggage storage before we could get into the room though this is a different location maybe 5 minutes away. Left too early for the breakfast.

The black sinks showed lots of limescale which made it appear dirty.

Overall, our experience with Palazzo Gatto Bianco was very positive. Location of the hotel is perfect (10-15min from the train station, 2min from the main shopping street, 5min from the old town). The staff was very helpful and responsive via booking chat. We really appreciated the opportunity to leave our luggage in the main office before our check-in and after check-out. We really liked that everything was managed by an app (entering through the main door and to the room), however, we know that it might be challenging for less tech-savvy guests.

We think there is room for improvement in the breakfast menu. We came down for breakfast around 9:00 am and there was already no hot food left (scrambled eggs, bacon). The selection is quite limited, and not everything was tasty. Additionally, the room was lacking a proper duvet.

Codziennie sprzątane, obszerny, 100 m od głównej ulicy. Wanna w pokoju robi robotę, w łazience jest też prysznic.

Aplikacja do otwierania i zamykania drzwi nie zawsze działała. Brak informacji że śniadanie jest w budynku naprzeciwko. Śniadanie typowo włoskie, jak ktoś oczekuje śniadania jak na wczasach all inclusive to się zawiedzie.

Soba je bila izuzetno čista, prostrana i dobro opremljena, što je odmah ostavilo odličan dojam. Posebno bih pohvalio ljubaznu sobaricu koja je bila vrlo susretljiva. Lokacija je vrhunska — praktički 11/10.

Doručak je razočarao. Nema svježeg kruha, već samo tost, a ukupna ponuda je prilično oskudna i ne odgovara standardu koji ostatak hotela sugerira.

I had not appreciated that this hotel was unmanned. Had I known I would not have booked it. As it was, I got several emails about downloading an app. Which I ignored - people like Accor and NH are forever banging on about downloading their app. But in this case, it was essential in order to be able to get into the building and to get into our room. And it wasn't easy - I don't do emails on my phone. So it took the best part of an hour to do all of this and to get into the room. My question when reviewing hotels is "would I stay there again?" - and here the answer is "No". No doubt there are younger guests who can handle all of this, but I'm elderly. And, as one of my friends discovered in an unmanned property in Belgium, what happens when the fire alarm goes off?

C'est un hôtel en self check avec une application a installer sur le smartphone. Et ça on ne le sait qu'après avoir réservé ! Donc pas cool surtout que seul l'italien fonctionne sur l'appli et qu'elle fonctionne a moitié ! Obligé de téléphoner pour arriver a rentrer dans la chambre!

Trop bruyant pas d’insonorisation, entre les voisins qu’on attend se moucher ou se laver et l’extérieur bruit de voiture ou piétons difficile de dormir. Dommage qu’on ne puisse pas poser nos bagages avant 15h.

Absence de réception. Le check-in s'effectue en ligne. L'application pour le faire ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Perte de temps avant de pouvoir entrer dans la chambre.

Der Chech In ist etwas kompliziert, man muss eine App runterladen, mit AGB die keiner lesen kann weil sie so klein geschrieben sind, man erhält redelässige update E.mails mit immer den fast gleichen Informationen und wenn man bei Google Maps Gatto Bianco eingibt kommt eine andere Adresse um die Ecke. Ich bin ein Fan von Online Ceck in, hier ist die Erfahrung jedoch etwas kompliziert.
