The extra large girl that checked me in was not nice. We couldn't get transportation out of there after out 2 day stay . So I was going to extend for 1 more day. She price gouge us and tried to overcharge me for the extra day. Stay away from this place!!

The room is so big and we have a very good price for 3 days 2 night. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They try their best to accommodate the guest request.

Unfortunately we are coming during typhoon and the beach is a little bit dirty and we understand about that due rainy and typhoon season. There is a lot of stranded dog, but thanks God the dog is not disturbing us. Hope after the typhoon season done. They can clean the beach and make sure the stranded dog is not everywhere.

It was not disclosed that thr property is under renovation. There were literal holes on the ground, ac not working, moldy ceilings and walls. Please close down the property while under renovation or cordon off the portion of the property under renovation as it is unsafe.

The food was not that good. It’s limited to choose, the restaurant is not really a restaurant type. Cleanliness in the surroundings need to clean up more. There’s a big water container stock on the side that might cause dengue. There’s insects flying. But good thing the staffs are so nice and helpful but we suggest you should seperate the cook,receptionist and server because the staff is all around they are so tired. So you can serve your guests more better. Hope you can do your place more cleanliness,and the resraurants should be renovated. The maintenance of your place should me more maintain so the guests can be more encourage to come back.

The staff are so nice and helpful. But we hope that you should fix your reception area and restaurant. Expectation vs.reality… also the food options kindly fix it. Amd hopefully you have drinks to offer too.

We rented 3 villas and 3 casitas, bathrooms are dirty, no toilet seat, little water going out of the shower that you need to use pails, and showers heaters are not working. One villa has cockroaches and the towels are not absorbent and very old. Small and big dogs are roaming around which is not safe for the little kids.

Sa Services kulang sa tao pag may need kami hndi namin alam sino kakausapin, yung facilities lahat halos sira na need nila iupdate ung mga pictures , yung paluto system is the worst service i think, which really gave us stress. We are a family of 16paxs since they changed their policy na bawal na magluto sa resort nila but u can bring your own ingredients at sila magluto pero by weight ang bayad sa paluto system nila. Ung hussle ksi hndi lng kami ang andun so lagi late naseserve ang food namin. Also, nakiusap ako sa una na sna kmi amg iallow nila magluto nlng kht kmi na magdala lahat bg gamit sa pagluto since yun daw ang isa sa reason kng bakit pinagbawal na nila magluto. I think this just dont fit the right plan for a resort most esp kulang sa staff and the dining area is mga sira na. Since we already booked sa resort na eto, nagpaluto nlng kmi kht double double gastos namin :( pagdting dinnamin duon dami reklamo ng ibang nagpabook dhil ung teepees nila may malaking basag sa salamin so xmore lalabas ang lamig ng aircon, tinapalan lng nila ng karton to fix it. I hope wag na nla ipabook if may sira silang mga rooms its just gave stress sa mga nagbabakasyon. This comment is not to gain hate but to make bookers na nalilinlang sa magandang pictures online and also to improve their services and facilities :( sayang ang resort napabayaan lang tlga pati mga rules nila is sana they weight it.

The location is beachfront with sea view. I work remotely so I very much appreciate the strong wifi connection.

The bathroom could’ve been cleaned more. There were holes in the walls. The ac couldn’t take the heat during noon til afternoon. Tables at the restaurant are dirty, that you wouldn’t want to touch it. We had to clean it to be able to eat property

The wooden floor in the public dining table/kitchen is dangerous, badly needs repair. The toilet opposite the common kitchen is really untidy. No fridge, electric kettle and other necessary amenities inside the rooms.

Only the resort staff who tried their best to still accomodate us despite the bad condition of the facility.

My family and I travelled 7hours just to be scammed in this resort. We didnt know. Literally expectation vs reality. Never believe their online posts about their resort, it’s not updated. Those posts were from their opening pa. The entire place was NOT WELL MAINTAINED. 1. King room leaking sink that gave off bad smell. The green walkway — unkept. 2. The resort cafe — damaged wooden floors and almost all food not available. 3. The public restrooms — damaged doors, dirty floor and lavatory, not cleaned daily. 4. The camper van — not maintained. 5. DIRTY POOL - our kids looked forward to swim in the pool but we arrived with the pool drowning in dirty water and green moss all over with rusting steel chairs. 6. Garbage everywhere. The manager wasn’t there. No owners can be contacted. Only staff are there. Asked why they still accept bookings despite the condition of the resort, the staff cannot tell me an acceptable answer. I asked refund — nope, it says non refundable daw. Asked to be transferred, nope cannot be daw. Worst of all, we booked here for 3d2n expecting that this was a good if not great resort, but nope. This is the worst. With the bookinv price we paid, We didn’t have any choice but to just go on and tried to enjoy the our stay. If there’s any good about this, their resort staff (the kind boys of the resort and the cafe) tried to accommodate us the best they can to compensate for the worst resort. Evidently no funds are given to maintain this resort. I feel bad for the resort staff. The owners need to step up and maintain their resort and not scam the guests.

NOTHING WAS GOOD, DISAPPOINTED

A totally forgettable experience. The hotel you advertised is light years away from reality. Upon our arrival, the receptionist immediately asked us to pay for the two dogs we brought, instead to give the key of the room. We had a family room for five adults. We entered and found only an air conditioning unit, while the second floor was a furnace. The bathroom was full of damp, and the shower and toilet were broken, even the entrance door was bit broken and not closed well. My husband immediately asked to change rooms, and after 50 minutes of our request and complain we finally got a (better one). But during the night on the second floor, we were infested with a myriad of ants that bitten us. We asked for a single room for my husband and I, adding another reservation with Booking.com. In short, a terrible experience. The facility is in a complete state of disrepair, with no maintenance, and most importantly, the beach is filthy with trash everywhere. UNBELIEVABLE SITUATION, VERY BAD!!!

My guests stayed in triangle accommodations. It was comfortable, they said. The kids enjoyed the pool.

One of the room had unpleasant odor according to one whose stayed there. But the staff took care of it and the problem was solved. Some of my guests said, the room was okay.

The bugs crawling (Stayed in camper) the clogged up shower head from hard water stain. The water system was poorly filtered, not suitable for bathing and toothbrushing. Beach unkept, beach water had a lot of debris.

The manager insist that policy change from December but its not even written in their policy. Even I tell to staff that before during check out I always say we will coming back. But this time I tell to all of them that we will never coming back ever. We been from bataan 4hours drive going to that resort and we really get disappointed. We been there before with damage shower and heater wayback 4months and till now its not been repaired. Those management are really disgusting. The bottom line was its not really recommended at all.

Casitas room and Pool villa were clean.

Please post your most updated photos. This resort needs huge improvement. This was our second time visiting the place. Our first time was fine as the pool is clean and rooms in pool villa and casitas were okay. We still had a comfortable stay. However, on our second time our experience was awful. Pool looks dirty, some of the amenities were damaged. Also the paluto rule is so expensive. Daig pa paluto sa Dampa and price. Though to be fair masarap magluto but 200/per kilo is fine pero paki kilo ng maayos. Pati ihaw per kilo 200 eh kaya naman namin mag ihaw. 😅 We tried to bargain but they said rules are rules kasi yung iba don di naman aabot ng ng 2 kilos but we were charged 2kilos. Never again. Staffs were accommodating specially the room boys. The 2 ladies were sometimes masungit pero kasi baka nasunod lang sila sa management baka na stress na rin sa mga rules.

We booked 3 nights and had to leave after 1 night because of the conditions of the property. Very nasty and rundown. Examples, broken toilet seat, toilet wouldn't flush properly, air con didn't cool properly, roaches on the walls. It basically looks like there has been very little done to the property to keep it in good repair. To top it off, we expressed our concerns to staff and was told too bad and they wouldn't refund the last two nights. I wouldn't recommend this property anyone!!

Lacks renovations, it’s better to have mini fridges in each rooms for the foods/drinks/corkages to lessen going out of rooms just to ask the staff to put the corkage in the kitchen fridge.

I didnt like na no one is replying sa questions, nothing is indicated na bawal magluto or magdala ng panluto pero they are insisting it's on the listing, tinanong thru pm kung pwede but no reply. Hassle magdala ng foods na lulutuin only to end up na hindi pala pwede, kung nagreply ng maaga hindi na sana nag abala mamalengke.

It was a dump! Very little to like about the place. The lady checking us in was nice. The “kids” that were I guess staff were friendly. The mattress was not pretty good.

Rooms needed repairs. Water leaking on the bathroom floor. No water pressure for a shower. No soap! Bathroom cabinets were in desperate need of repairs. Doors didn’t seal shut. Had to repeatedly ask for WiFi to connect. No bar as advertised, no coffee as advertised. Our friends room didn’t have a toilet seat and the A/C didn’t work. Would NEVER recommend this place!

Food at the restaurant was good. Staff at the restaurant are very accommodating. Maricris at the reception area (not an office. It was under a mango tree) was helpful and friendly. Swimming pool is clean.

Photos used on the website is far from reality. The villa we rented for 2 nights needed some attention. Leaks on sink (some moulds present on the cabinet), water pressure in the shower does not work at all. No plates, no glass, mugs/cups or cutleries are available at the villa. Not even kitchen towels to use to wipe kitchen bench. The kitchen is totally bare for any necessities (I guess we are lucky to be provided a fridge). Lots of rubbish near the resort.

Some part of the property are not well maintained even part of the rooms. The owner is not good in customer service. We got our towel stained but the owner is not accommodating with our request. But the staff are very nice, she even apologized for her boss. Note that the towel is very old and you can even use it as a rug. But nonetheless, we will still come back here. We are after the place.

1. The property lacks maintenance. The handheld shower head in poolroom villa no. 3 is cracked. 2. The toilet float in the flushing system always gets stuck and wind up not having water in the tank. 3. The cook is not very friendly and not helpful at all. 4. there is no coffee readily available first thing in the morning. We had to wait for the Barista to come in later in the morning. 5. The flooring in the restaurant and the dining area has caved in and dangerous.

Everything is not good really. Traveled for 8 hrs back and forth and when we get there we don’t have name on the guest list. They gave us a room eventually but very dirty and it’s far from what we saw in the photos online.

The washroom.in our room always smells like a sewer. It's at Cabana 1. It almost makes us sick from smelling it. No soap in the washroom. The trash bin wasn't empty when we checked in. The facility will be nice if maintain the cleanliness..

The curtain has rust stains, coffee maker is dirty, sweetener pumps looks dirty, trashes are seen on the empty vacant space near the camper van, the entrance is not welcoming too with washing machines being repaired right at the entrance, staffs need more improvement on customer service - seen always sitting around

Clean. One of the guys went to fetch beer from a local shop as the restaurant didn't have any.

Had to ask for toilet paper. Received upon 3rd request. Requested toilet seat for toilet. Despite multiple requests, they couldn't do it. Allegedly to be fitted tomorrow, ha ha :-) The receptionist reckoned I should carry my bags from my motorcycle 200 meters to my room. The workers were allowed to ride their motorcycles through the complex to the restaurant, next to my room. After an assertive request I, as a customer, was "allowed to" too... At 7.50pm the restaurant had stopped serving food, allegedly! I had just arrived and was hungry. No other food places within 10 miles! The receptionist had told me the restaurant was open... Upon my polite inquiry as to what sort of institution they were pretending to be, phone calls were made, and as if by magic, the restaurant reopened!! The food was good. Incredibly poor taste in LOUD music blasting out from the restaurant sound system on the morning I left.. Some of the immature workers here need withdrawing from front line service for retraining....

The area was really for family outings which we absolutely enjoyed. It was pretty quiet and the the staff were attentive.

Beach front and lots of parking. The attached restaurant/cafe is also very great and convenient. Staff are friendly and attentive. Pet-friendly, 500 per per for the duration of your stay.

- No wifi in our room, had to stay by the pool or at the cafe - Single beds on the triangle room are soo uncomfy, the foam is so flat that it felt like laying down directly on the bed frame
