The location was amazing, 10 metres from metro station. The stuff was extra polite and the room clean.

We stayed at the end of May, and unfortunately it was impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The room became extremely hot and stuffy, but opening the window wasn’t an option because the hotel is located right in the middle of the nightlife area. There was constant noise, shouting, and people partying outside throughout the night. As a result, we barely slept at all.

Celkově příjemné. Lokalita v centru Rychlovarna koncice. 8 zasuvek na stole a pripravena i velika USB nabijecka. Kvalitní šampon. Pěkná koupelna s toaletou. A navíc samostatná toaleta. Řešení jako sdílené. Ale sdílené asi pro 2 nebo 3 pokoje. Takže pohoda.

Fantastic location in a lovely area of Munich - very comfy large beds. Terrific to have our own bathroom and appreciated the little extras (kettle and mini fridge). Sadly only a short family stay but was perfect for us! Thank you!

Sostanzialmente tutto come descritto, c'erano due bagni e una doccia per tre stance, che può sembrare poco ma a noi non ha mai creato problemi. Le stanze erano comode e pulite.

La ubicación está perfecta para llegar caminando a diferentes puntos de interés. Además que el metro se encuentra justo a lado en la esquina para distancias más largas.

Nette Zimmergestaltung

Selbst mit geschlossenen Fenstern(im Hochsommer ohne Ventilator auch nicht gerade gut zu ertragen..) bis 3 Uhr morgens Partylärm, die gesamte Straße ist eine einzige Party. Schön für die Partypeople, für Anwohner, die irgendwann mal schlafen wollen eine Katastrophe.., das müsste im Vorfeld bei der Buchung erwähnt werden.

Соответствует описанию. Чисто. Не хватает фена (но его не было в описании). Было бы удобно, если б он был. Рядом много кафе, ресторанов, магазинов, остановки, близко к центру.

Свет в номере не работал, пользовались прикроватными светильниками. Утром при уборке двери в отель на этажах открыты, что создаёт ощущение небезопасности (в номерах висят предупреждение, что отель не несёт ответственность за оставленные в номере вещи).

Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Sauber, gemütlich und empfehlenswert!

We really liked the location, the room, as well as the cleanliness. The hotline service was also reachable when we needed it. The cleaning lady, in particular, was very friendly. Can only recommend it.

Super location, close to Marienplatz Bars just outside of the door. Kids loved candies on the bed :)

Da es ein warmer Sommerabend war, saßen die Gäste der zahlreichen Lokale in der Umgebung draußen und es war trotz geschlossenem Fenster laut. Ein Gemeinschaftsbad ist heutzutage gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber es war uns bekannt und für die eine Nacht auch in Ordnung.

Świetna lokalizacja, tuż przy samej stacji metra, blisko zarówno dworca, jak i centrum miasta. Pokój przestronny, właściciele bardzo pomocni - pozostawienie bagażu w przechowalni przed/po wymeldowaniu znacznie ułatwiło nam zwiedzanie miasta.

There was no staff in site to assist with check in

Helpful staff that answered mail quick. Location for the city was great, a little too far from the trainstation walking, but doable.

The key box was very hard to open. Very hot in the room with no fan. The mini fridge didn’t work. Very dark hallway even during the daytime.

Very noisy till after midnight not very clean and no parking and renovations in the courtyard was not mentioned therefore no parking nearby

Il fatto che la camera fosse piccola e un po' troppo calda rispetto alle temperature esterne.

Excellent value for money, central location, cute, clean & comfy rooms, helpful staff. This suited us perfectly.

A pedestal fan would have helped on the very hot day/ night we were there.

Kann nachts etwas laut außen werden

Overall very clean and quite comfortable, even had a small balcony facing the courtyard. Didn’t meet any staff but communication via booking portal was quick and effective. It is in somewhat central location, 15min walk to old town, metro station very close, many good coffee shops in the area. But it is also a very lively area with bars and the sound isolation wasn’t the best, so consider this if that’s important to you. Luggage storage is available, but it’s a built in closet to which all guests have access with a code, not exactly the safest option.

Szórakozóhelyek vannak az épület alatt az utcában. Aki hétvégén érkezik, csak annak ajánlom aki bulizni jön, nem pihenni.

The room was nice enough, the toilet size was fine, the water pressure in the shower was fine. The bed was comfortable. If it had been normal or cold weather, this pension would have been fine.

Unfortunately I stayed there during a horrible heatwave and while I understand the lack of air conditioning, I don’t understand the lack of a fan in the room. Fans are not expensive and the last a long time. It’s not an unreasonable room inclusion. It was actually so uncomfortable I left after the first night and checked into another hotel with aircon. Also, the ‘fridge’ doesn’t even fit a bottle of water. Not sure why it’s even there. Also, the picture used above is a 5 minute walk away, not the pension at all.

We came late. I could open it with the key lock that the staff send me.

Not the room I ordered and shown on picture when i choose. Didn’t look anything like it. It’s not the hotel entrance in the picture. The rooms and no ac or fans hade a wierd smell to them

Wonderful location for a very good price, u can simply walk to the main attractions. Also clean, and easy to check in at any time

No AC, so we couldnt sleep at all, it was extremely hot! There’s a bar downstairs, so u will hear a lot if noise up until 11-12pm.

The location was great as well as the comfort :)

Lokacija je odlična, ima puno zanimljivih restorana i kafića u blizini. Cijena je pristupačna.

Za vrijeme mog boravka bilo je jako vruće u Münchenu, a soba nema ni klimu ni ventilator u najmanju ruku. Teško ju je prozračiti i bilo je jako vruće. Ulica u kojoj se nalazi zna biti bučna po noći. Također piše da ima frižider, a ima neki mini u koji ne stane ni boca vode.

Ωραία τοποθεσία, ησυχη γειτονιά που ειχε ομως σε κοντινή απόσταση μαγαζιά για φαγητό, καθώς και σουπερμάρκετ. Στο 2 λεπτά υπήρχε σταθμός μετρό.

Λίγο άβολα μαξιλάρια, σίγουρα θα βόλευε μια κλασική μαξιλαροθήκη, οχι με σχέδια. Ο καθρέφτης ήταν σε άβολα σημείο πανω απο το κρεβάτι, δύσκολο να το χρησιμοποιήσω. Το ψυγειακι ήταν ένα μικρο για καλλυντικά, αλλά οκ τρία μπουκάλια μικρά του νερού τα χώρεσε.

Es war durchschnittlich, Personal war nicht zu sehen. Check in erfolgte online. Zugang und Schlüssel gab es mit einem Zugangscode. Zimmer war sauber. Morgen s war es sehr laut.....

The location was great! Very walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Bed was soft. They provided shampoo which was nice.

It was the most uncomfortably hot sleep. Needs AC as 30+°C weather. The room was not fully clean when we arrived - there was a used bottle of water under the bed, chocolate wrapper in the corner of the room, tags left on the counter and a chocolate bar that had looked like it had been sat on left for us. Also, it had the smallest ever mini fridge in our room which was advertised as a “refrigerator” so we had assumed it would be a normal sized refrigerator. We messaged asking if there was any facilities we could use for our medication pack and got a response of “Was everything alright?” Which did not attempt to answer our question.

Rebekka was very responsive and helpful. My previous review about the late check out and photos was a mistake, it was about another pension.

There was nothing not to like.

Location is great, I also really liked the looks of the room. I had some questions to the staff, and all were responded when needed.

If you are a very light sleeper, you might not like it, as there is some noise outside - after all, you are in the centre of the city and there is nightlife outside.

It was clean, near to town centre walking and 2 minutes from bus stop.

Check out was at 10.30, I asked if I could check out at 11. I was told no because it didn’t fit in with the cleaner’s schedule, for the price I paid I think accommodating a guest is better customer service than allowing the cleaner to determine check out times. The owners solution was that I could spend the half hour in the breakfast room.

It was cozy and restful. The kids loved the set-up of the beds. The location was outstanding, a close walk to everything we wanted to see in a short time window and also close to groceries and public transport.

My phone was not connecting well to the phone number provided... so it might be helpful to provide some alternative suggestions for reaching the property in urgent situations and/or designated periods of time when someone might be on site. That said, the responsiveness was great, and I appreciated the high quality of service.

Location is amazing, close to public transport and great restaurants and cafes nearby. Beautiful room interior very whimsical.

Not the property’s fault but just to keep in mind if you’re staying here soon there is lots of construction nearby that was very loud early in the morning.
