الموقع كان افضل شي لانه البحر والشاطئ في الشارع المقابل وقريب من باقي الشواطئ وقريب نسبياً من الفعاليات - الموظفين متعاونين - الشقة وسيعة وفيها اغلب الاحتياجات - الاسرة كبيرة ومريحة - دورات المياه نظيفة ويوجد لوازم الاستحمام - المكيفات قوية وسريعة التبريد

الناموس والفراشات الصغيرة - رائحة رطوبة في الغرفة المزدوجة - رائحة في دورات المياه - كنت افضل توفير مراوح لتهوية الشقة

Great comfortable stay only 30m from beach, indoor pool, slightly smaller than we expected but that was on us not looking at correct pictures, lovely staff.

Everything was great just one of the bedrooms very small for a couple.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It offers a great balance between price and quality. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help at any time, which made the experience even more pleasant. Everything was quite clean, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a good rest. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The only small issue was that the shower worked a bit strangely, as water was coming out of two shower heads at the same time.

Staff were fantastic, although we had a language barrier we could communicate quite easily through google translate. Room was a great size for our family of 4. Beds were comfy. Loved having a little balcony looking out to ocean. Very close to everything as well.

Hot water ran out for showers quite quickly, but otherwise really enjoyed our stay.

Bardzo ładne pokoje, dobrze wyposażone. Klimatyzacja działała prawidłowo, w łazienkach były wszystkie potrzebne przybory toaletowe i czyste ręczniki. Super, że można było zrobić pranie i suszenie (płatność za sam środek piorący, jeśli ktoś ma swój to za darmo). Bardzo miła obsługa. Plaża obok bardzo fajna, niezatłoczona. Blisko lekcje surfingu.

Bezpośrednie sąsiedztwo straszy ruderami i śmieciami. Woda w wewnętrznym basenie bardzo zimna. Lokalizacja daleko od centrum.

What i like the most is that the receptionist who attend to us from first day of our stay, from our the tour and guidelines to keep us safe from scammers, up to last day of our stay in the hotel she greet us with a nicest smile and warm greeting. Thank You Jullie

Please teach other receptionist to be polite and first impresion of reception, they carry the hearth of the hotel. And bring the down fall of the other colleague who work with ethiquettes.

Clean,convenient and safe

It was a nice two bedroom setup close to the beach.

Had roaches and ants. The surrounding area is highly littered. Staff was nice though, especially room service ladies.

The apartment was just like the photos although I was expecting a washing machine in my apartment instead i had to use a communal washing machine. The staff weren't very attentive and hardly acknowledge you when you went in or out. The apartment is near the beach but all the nice restaurants are over a mile away.

I actually had this cancelled after arriving. The property inside looks nice but the room assigned to me did not have a washing machine. There is a shared area downstairs but as most others have it in the room, I was not happy as it advetises it is in the room. The view on the 1st floor is partially blocked by a builidng and lot that has been demolished. I'd guess the higher floors have a very nice view.

The lower floor view and the fact they sate their is a washing machine in the room and there is not. It is down in a shared area and did not look too nice.

Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình và luôn hỗ trợ chu đáo mọi yêu cầu. Chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại trong những lần ghé Đà Nẵng tiếp theo! 💕

Một nơi nghỉ tuyệt vời, chỉ 2 phút đi bộ là đến biển, phòng rất đẹp và sạch sẽ Nhân viện nhiệt tình và thân thiện, luôn hỗ trợ các yêu cầu mình cần, cảm giác như đang ở nhà vậy. Không gian yên tĩnh, phòng thoáng mát, có đủ tiện nghi hiện đại.

Staff could barely look at you when you were coming in or out of the front office. Someone would sleep on the floor at night behind the desk.

Noisy a/c from other rooms on Fri & Sat night, but was quiet on Thursday. Asked staff for a couple more coffee sachets and was told ‘no’.

However there are some inconveniences: wadrobes are not clean, its dusty. There should be a partition in the bathroom to avoid water plashing everywhere. Ants are in the kitchen and at waiting zones

even though we booked the room well in advance & we were promised a sea view room we were given a lower floor room. they promised too change our room the next day but even after so many promises, they kept on making excuses and did not change the room. there were people peeing just below the our room balcony & it was stinky & smelly.

The hotel location is a perfect 10/10. Just 30 meters across the street and you have access to a beautiful, clean and quiet beach. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, but since we had our own car, we usually drove elsewhere to eat instead of dining near the hotel. The sea view room was absolutely stunning — small but cozy and charming, with a cheap rental price, full amenities, and super nice staff. I used the laundry service, which was only 30,000 VND per kilogram. The bed was soft and comfortable. There’s also an indoor swimming pool for kids on the ground floor. We will definitely book again for our next trip

It would be better if the housekeeping staff proactively replaced the towels and added more bottled water — we usually had to ask them first. That said, the housekeeping staff were also very nice, just not very professional yet. This is just a suggestion, not a complaint. Overall, I’m very satisfied with everything here.

Good location, staff were super helpful and great to have laundry service! They also helped connect us with a local driver who was so kind and helpful.

Beds were a bit hard and the showers over the toilet is annoying as everything gets wet.

Loved the room and lay-out. We got a 2 bedroom unit with 2 toilet and bath with sea view. We liked that the property had a washer and dryer for guests use.

The location was along the beach but far from where the activities were (shopping, dining, etc) Front desk clerk could be a little bit more welcoming.

A distance away from everything. Not a walking distance.

Great view over the beach, street activity and towards the lady Buddha. Bathrooms nice. Aircon good. Pool. Lower rise building. Close to beach cafe with best coffee. Grabs quick and handy.

No breakfast. Out of the main beach action - limited nearby inviting food options. Be prepared to walk in heat or get transport everywhere. Needs cleaning of walls. Bathrooms had no extractor fans - high open windows allows mosquitoes in.

Great location. Well run. Very helpful staff. Hot water was very slow to get to our 6th floor room, but, once it got there, it worked well. Nice coffee shop for breakfast quite nearby - The Leaf. Next to the beach. Quieter end of the beach - none of the great big high rise motels nearby.

The facility was in good shape, they were repainting the lobby. The staff was very friendly. The location was across the street from the beach. The Grab drivers are very accommodating.

Unfortunately the balcony was not really functional.

The room was really tiny. We struggled to even open our suitcase. The door nearly touched the bed when opened. The entire apartment was really mouldy, you can see mould on every wall, especially the main bedroom because the ensuite does not have ventilation. They only have a shared laundry room at the ground floor with 2 washing machines. So we had to wait and got up in the middle of the night to move our laundry from washing machine to the dryer.

Everything! This was our most liked accomodation throughout our Vietnam trip 💖 Julie was the nicest and most helpful receptionist ever 💖 the beds were comfy, there were two bathrooms, they have a washing machine PLUS dryer. Like a home, everything you need is there already. ☺️

No sea view, balconies are very small and it’s like no balcony at all. Second room is very small can’t fit 2 people with luggage.

It was definitely value for money. Clean apartment with free washing machine and dryer facilities. They also offer good transport costs, better than grab. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Suberp stay and highly recommend

there are many tiny insects roaming around the house, the floor is sandy and there are fake eyelashes on the sofa as well, and the toilet lock is spoil, it is very hard to unlock
