Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du bateau qui avait l'air magnifique à cause de Booking qui a réalisé un sur Booking et nous nous sommes retrouvés sans logement. Merci Booking !!! Il a fallu en trouver un en catastrophe, bien sûr sans l'aide de Booking dont le robot ne comprenait rien à rien. Les propriétaires du bateau se sont pourtant montrés charmants et bien aimables, contrairement à Booking à qui je n'ai toujours pas pu exprimer une plainte!

It has a beautiful romantic atmosphere, views towards the famous Södertälje canal (with large ships passing by occasionally), and a unique, personalized feeling. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, you can arrive any time and discuss any needs you have with them, use a kitchen and other facilities. It’s located very close to Södertälje Centrum station with a good public transport connection and some small shops/cafe’s in the area, and obviously the price is a very good deal. You can get to Stockholm quickly if needed. I stayed alone with a dog for one night while traveling, but I think it is suitable for all other companies as well. Highly recommended for people who love a unique and memorable traveling experience!

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Schöne Lage mit guter Parkmöglichkeit direkt in der Nähe. Das Schiff ist gemütlich und eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung. Sehr nette Gastgeber.
Der Geruch nach Diesel auf dem Schiff ist recht stark und hängt danach in der Kleidung und den Haaren. Auf dem Schiff ist es eng, es gibt Stufen und Stellen, an denen man sich bücken muss. Ins Familienzimmer geht es über eine steile Leiter. Für Menschen, die nicht gut beweglich sind, ist es eher nicht geeignet.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026It is definitely worth the new experience. If you have a cabin on the waterside it’s really a nice few and on the deck you can sit nicely while eating oder enjoying the sun. Right next to it you have a cafe with live music on summer nights und only a short walk away, you’ll find a street with stores, cafes and restaurants.

Rummet luktade gissningsvis diesel och mögel. Vi blev tvungna att boka hotell istället då sonen har astma och jag är allergiker. Fick ej pengarna tillbaka trots att ägaren höll med om att det luktade illa i rummet 👎

Das Familienzimmer liegt im unteren Bereich des Schiffes direkt neben dem Maschinenraum. Leider roch es dort sehr sehr stark nach Diesel/Öl und es gab keine Möglichkeit zum Lüften. Die Minibelüftungsschlitze brachten wenig Frischluft und damit wurde es zusätzlich zum starken Geruch auch noch sehr warm in dsr Kabine.

Det som var mindre bra var att behöva ta sig igenom skeppet för att komma mellan landgång och hytt. Men så är ju skeppet konstruerat så jag har förståelse.

Reviewed May 28, 2024The owner is really kind. He took his time to show us the whole boat, including the engine, and advised on how to best experience being in the port. We stayed in the cabin of 5, in the lower deck, and to be aware there is not much daylight nor fresh air in that room, but that's the way the marins used to sleep so that's the beauty of it. Good for one night as a unique experience. The whole boat is well taken care of and clean. Highly recommended! :)

Windows in cabin didn't open, no airflow Generators fumes from the hull of the boat rose up into the cabin Although there is bathroom facilities on the boat, I was asked politely not to use them, unless an absolute emergency. There is a shower block right next to the boat instead.

Kitchen could have been more cleaner, dirty dishes were left for more than a day.

Had booked 2 single beds but found these had been double booked. Allocated 2 single, tiny, cabins. Returned at 10pm the following day to find we had been tipped out of our cabins to sleep on the owners sofa bed in their living room because of double booking. ‘Shared bathroom’ translates into ‘toilets and showers on quayside, 75m away.

Haha, I guess that it can be a restless place on Saturday nights. Consider bringing earplugs if you want to get to sleep early. Also, using a toilet with glass doors and no lock felt a bit too public - but luckily there were good toilets in the nearby building.

The Shower is in the Harbour and wasn‘t very clean. Toilet and Lavabo on the boat was perfect.
