Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Ruime accommodatie voor een gezin van vier met vriendelijke hosts. Ideaal gelegen om de drukte van Killarney te ontsnappen. We konden 's morgens vroeg vertrekken voor de ring of Kerry.
Het tweepersoonsbed was wat klein. Maar dat zijn we gewoon op vakantie. Voor de kindjes waren de stoelen aan de toog een uitdaging om te eten zonder smossen.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026The location is excellent if you are doing things in Killarney. You need a car to drive around but it's extremely quiet. The hosts answered all our questions promptly and the house is perfect, with everything you need for a few days' stay. Much better than a hotel! We got a couple visitors, the house cat and a brown dog (not sure who it belongs to but super cute and nice!).

Maybe an extra hand towel would have been nice in the bathroom but I'm sure if we would have asked, Joan would have provided us with one more.

La décoration est faite avec goût, il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire et les lits sont très confortables, il y a assez d'espace pour 4. On est a 5 min de Killarney. On peut arriver quand on veut, le propriétaire nous a envoyé le code avant d'arriver. Top!

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025La tranquillité du lieu, le petit cottage pas très grand mais avec le confort, nécessaire. La proximité avec Killarney, petite ville sympa, et de belles découvertes aux alentours. L'accueil du propriétaire chaleureux.
L'unique chose qu'il manque est un sèche cheveux et des patères pour accrocher manteaux et serviettes.

We would have liked to be supplied with handwash in the bathroom and a couple of wash capsules for the washing machine. We bought these and left them for future guests. It would also have been nice to have a small coffee table to put our drinks on.

Reviewed May 5, 2025The location and being out of town. Very quiet. We met the host and some of the local pets. We had a cat and very friendly dog.visit. the washing machine and ability to access yard for drying. Ability to self cater.Fully equipped
Just small suggestion. The bed was double so too short for my tall husband. A small.coffee table at the couch would have been useful. Did not deter from overall experience which was wonderful.

Ran out of hot water and I had to shower 2 nights in the cold due to insufficient heating for the hot water. Will need boiler heating adjustments for 4 pax.

Reviewed Dec 18, 2024We had a lovely stay at this accommodation. The room was beautifully decorated, nice, and cozy, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was comfortably warm, which was perfect for relaxing and we would recommend it to others!
The only concern we had was that the double bed felt a bit small for a couple, which impacted our sleep slightly. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience.
