That they were pet-friendly.

Clogged toilet, dirty and slimy bathroom, smelly water, annoyed waiters (they don’t even greet you, or say thank you… or even smile?)

It’s peaceful and quiet. Staffs are courteous and kind. Food is delicious and the price is just right. I had a well rested night. Didn’t get the chance to use the pool and explore the area because it was raining. I had to leave early as well to catch a flight. But will definitely come back in a better day! Lolll

I think it’s because of the weather coz it’s raining so the roads going to the place wasn’t that great. But the property overall is great.

They should just inform prior that the beach is not ideal for swimming, other than that everything is great.

Their staff is always super helpful and very accommodating. The facilities are all well-equipped and well maintained. They also have ample parking space for all guests. The room was super spacious and very comfortable.

Some minor things that might not affect other guests: Had to shower at 3am for a trail event and the heater wasn't working well, but later in the day it worked fine.

The place was relaxing. It goes with it's name, "unwind". Quiet, food was exceptional. It has short staff though the night we ate dinner, only two young men working. But they manage the task somehow.

There was no beach on the property. But we went to nearby beach resort, called Manuel Uy. Which was a great please. This propert has mongroves along the shore or water which is protective so it is understandable why there is no beach. The landscape is not suitable for swimming.

Very accommodating. Staff were courteous and attentive. They even took care of my friend who got sick and went the extra mile and took her to the hospital and she got well.

Improvement on the bathroom and toilet areas. Some of the faucets, lavatory and shower fixtures needs replacement. The bed at the Balayan Queen room is not queen size as indicated in your website. It's quite small for a queen size bed. The shower door in our Cabana won't close but we did not complain anymore and we just make use of what we have.

The location is tugged away and very quiet.

the resort is absolutely nice, and the staffs are all very accomodating, how ever the beach area is not really nice lol you have to spend another 5 thousand pesos to experience the nice beach area , the beach area they have is mangrove area with mud, we drove over 30 minutes to get to the nicer beach area which is a bit of a hassle. but the resort is nice i must say

The toilet is like old age

Extremely well structured, well equipped, staff is kind and great and it is clean. They have a great spa, a lot of activities and it is by the water with a great sunset spot. The gym and the tour offers are great for the floating house boats. Cost benefit is superb. It is Christmas season by now and the hotel team had unexpected Christmas treats for the kids.

The showers of the villa were not properly working. Not enough water and bad smell, but this was the only down point of the whole stay.

I loved everything about the venue, from the food to the amenities to the spacious rooms and aesthetic vibe. I also love that there is a padel court and board games available.

I had to pay my trip in cash which cost like 5000 php as there was no option to pay it by credit card also their restaurant is extremely slow in service even its empty most of the time

The room and bed were spacious and clean. The toiletries are complete and organized. The price of the food in the restaurant are reasonable and good quality.

The shower drain in room 206 is partially clogged, need to de clogged to improve the smell of the toilet also.

Fun place with lots of potential. We did the day trip to little Boracay through them. The kids loved it. Pool was great. Food was really good. Played billiards, but did not have enough time to kayak or bike. Bikes were very old, the one complaint.

The staff were really friendly! The room is nice, we love the pool so much. They're also pet friendly, we brought our dog and they provided her with snacks and some extras. It's also easy to request from the staff.

It's just a little pricey, especially the food.

The place is quite and relaxing. The staff are accommodating and attentive tp guests needs. A good place to relax and unwind from the stressfil.metrpolis.

They can improve the bathroom of the deluxe rooms, Space is too small especially the shower area.

It's about "booking.com, they are highly rubbery... next time I will pay directly your hotel.... it is not nice to play like this with prices (You have my payment)).... he will play against the reputation of the resort... but I understand Booking.com needs a commission but not that big..... it is not serving the interest of both parties... Je vous copierai..... Good hospitality and enjoyed our stay 🙏👍.

Amazing and well maintained and managed

Very cute and enjoyable

The cabanas were lovely and even roomier in actual. The space was more than enough, even with an extra bed in a cabana double. The food was excellent, if a bit pricey (though to be expected; these were resort prices). The amenities one would need are readily available. The spa was amazing. UNWND also accommodated our accessibility request, given that we were traveling with a senior citizen. We were given a cabana closest to the restaurant. This was very much appreciated.

It would really make it a perfect place if the beach was swimmable or at least if the sand were easier to walk on, but due to the location (mangrove area), I suppose this is something that really can't be changed. I did appreciate the care and priority given to mangroves growing in the area hence the perfect stars given.

Location was fantastic and all staff were more than professional and very friendly, they could not work harder to make our stay more enjoyable. One improvement which will be the local council is the access road to your location needs serious work :). The facility I found very relaxing and very accommodating. Again thank you for a great experience.

Lovely atmosphere, fantastic staff, place is full of games and chill out places. Staff fixes any problem.

Bed a bit hard and small. Better go for the larger rooms with bigger beds. Swimming in the sea is not allowed here as there are mangroves. Hotel can arrqnge trips to a nearby sandbar with rent of a raft.

You can only swim at the pool. The beach is not good for swimming because it's a mix of soil & sand.

The family suite was big enough for 5 people. comfortable beds, clean beddings, new towels. The staff were all nice and helpful especially the FB and HK team. They make nice pizza.

We stayed in toom 201. The bathroom emitted a very strong (sewage) bad smell throughout our stay. The staff tried all sorts of solutions but did not manage to remove the smell, this really impacted the overall experience negatively. Property is beach front but water is not swimmable — they cleared this up after I already made my booking. Earlier SOCMED posts I saw did not specify this - thus misleading to say it is beach front. Buffet breakfast is so so - best item on the selection was the scrambled eggs. we tried to order pancakes from the menu but it was not available. we tried to order pancakes on both days that we were there, but they could not make it available. also no hot choco, no espresso even if you order. The only coffee available was the free coffee from the buffet.

The ambiance of the place was very relaxing. The food and drinks being served at the restaurant were excellent for our taste. And kudos to every each of the staff for being very accommodating and always greeting us cheerfully. 🥰

The only thing lacking in the room was a cabinet or cloth rack stand inside the room where the guests can hang their clothes and towels. And at times, the water in our toilet room has a foul smell. The smell arouses after opening the faucet or after we flush the toilet. I hope it can be fixed so other guests will not be able to experience it.

First off, they were in constant communication and guiding us to their location. Then there was the welcome drink, which was delicious and refreshing. Check in was very relaxed. The room we rented was huge and was nicely located by the water. It was also near the restaurant which made it convenient. The bed was big, very clean and comfortable. There were loads of comfy pillows. The staff at the resort, from the security personnel to the reception to the restaurant were very polite, welcoming, warm, and helpful. We will most likely come back for another stay. Lovely view of the sunset, too!

I just wish there was a tea/coffee service in the bedroom (electric kettle) with some tea bags and coffee. That would have made it complete for us.
