Hotel room was dirty. Bed sheets didn't fit the bed- last 1/3 of the mattress was bare. Sheets were stained all over. Bathroom towels were stained. Lots of long brown women's hair in multiple places on bathroom floor; clearly not swept or mopped. I had booked a 2night stay but we checked out within 10mins of checking in. I was told I'd get a 2nd night refund for canceling immediately (which I still don't have 3 days later) and she'd check with the manager the next morning to approve a refund for my first night as well. Staff was very friendly, but not very helpful.

The bathroom looked like it was renovated so it was nice.

The interior was old, musty smell. The rugs were old and dirty. There was only one light for the room. Bed was uncomfortable.

Loved the entire stay, even extended. The place is very clean, private rooms with outdoor courtyard and the staff were lovely. Great price.

The patio off our room was nice. Bed was comfortable.

Not enough washcloths and towels. When I asked to exchange our used towels for fresh towels, front desk wanted to charge us from our deposit due to using a washcloth to remove my foundation makeup from my face. Washcloths are for washing our face and body. Makeup easily washes off the washcloths in the washing machine. The breakfast was not a breakfast. No protein options.

We just stayed 1 night after a long flight that landed in the middle of the night.

Very old in desperate need of renovation. Breakfast options are limited.

Me tocó la 1era habitación de la entrada al lado del lobby. A las 6am un huésped estaba reclamando algo sobre un cargo adicional y de los gritos no pude dormir más. Encontré cabellos en el piso del baño justo al entrar por primera vez. El desayuno no ofrecía mucha opción.

Friendliness of staff. Location.

The room. Yuck. For my last 4 visits, I have always been able to stay in the same room and I always love my experience, but it was not available for this stay. This stay I got: Dead horsefly’s on floor. Carpet is sticky and nasty dirty. Dirty handprints on the walls in bathroom. Booked room for 2 people . There was 1 washcloth and 1 towel clean for use. Got bit several times both nights Bed was HARD and uncomfortable. I was charged the same for this single bed room as I am usually charged for the double Queen deluxe room with a patio. Going forward, if “my” room is not available, I will stay at a different property.

Canceled my reservation I booked a day ago because I opted out of paying online. So fyi If you choose to pay in person they may cancel your room.

No toilet paper holder, broken handle on the drawer. Saw several dirty looking stain on the carpet.

The garden view was beautiful with a private patio or you can relax and enjoy nature not worrying about other people walking by your area it's excluded for those who's staying in that section of the hotel

Nothing to complain everything was perfect 100%

It was clean. The booking.com price was excellent. The regular rate was too high for this hotel and that caused some discouragement. But overall it was good. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The regular rate was too high, which caused me to leave and find a better budget friendly hotel. Hopefully they lower there rates so people coming in from another state can benefit from it and extend their stay.

First time not happy with booking.com as we always go to booking.com to reserve room a where we go, but on this reservation booking.com canceled our reservation even if I already paid the amount with the hotel staff a day before the reserve date, the hotel staff ended up giving a different room without the patio, we reserved originally, hotel clerk apologized for it as our reserved room was given to another guest, as our reservation was cancelled by booking.com, very unhappy with this reservation at all, would appreciate if this would be addressed. Thank you.

Breakfast was too plain.

Preis-Leistung ist für LA wirklich gut. Zimmer sind gut und das Frühstück für den Start in den Tag Ok... In der Umgebung gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurantes.

No hubo estadía por qué me dijeron que no tenían recerbacion hecha de bookin. Entonces me quedé sin habitación. Esto a la 1 am. En el lugar en el área de estar y recepción había decenas de equipos de aires acondicionados sucios, el lugar se veía sucio y viejo.

Very convenient and within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores

Rooms were very clean but the walls and paint were chipping off the cabinets doors and walls. It’s understandable because it’s an old building that required maintenance

Sarah, the woman at the reception, was very kind and helpful. I was able to enjoy a relaxing time drinking coffee on the balcony in the morning. It was great that a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator were provided.

While I was using my computer in bed at night, a cockroach scurried across the screen. The tissue case next to the washbasin was empty from the moment I entered the room.

As return guests, we enjoyed the neighborhood and easy parking. The rooms are quiet and the bed is comfortable. Pretty good breakfast compared to most 2 star hotels.

Some parts of the room/hotel need renovation but honestly I personally enjoy the old things as well.

Los paños siento que son muy pequeños, pero puede ser mi percepción. Siento que hubo mucha insistencia en la indicación de la hora en que iba a realizar mi check In, ya por ende se sabe que es a cierta hora, pero querían que les brindará una hora exacta, la verdad no lo veo necesario. Gracias

Hotel economico, senza particolari pretese. La pulizia c'era, ovviamente fatta in una struttura un po' vecchiotta, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Se si vuole spendere poco, qui il rapporto è ottimo. Pe chi è troppo schizzinoso, può andare ad altro (e spendere diversamente)

Für einen Roadtrip geeignet. Man darf nicht zu viel erwarten, aber ok.

I had a fantastic stay during the FIFA World Cup! The hotel was in a great location, with friendly staff and clean rooms. There were tons of excellent restaurants just a minute's walk away. Overall, a wonderful experience and great value for the price! Highly recommend!

ホテル自体の評価は低いですが、すぐ裏手に日本スーパーや日本食レストランがあり、とても便利。

20数年、ロスへ出張する度にこのホテルに宿泊しています。 今回は一番最低でした。部屋のドライヤーを使用していたら、急に温風が止まり、壊れてしまいました。ロビーで交換してほしいことをお願いすると、予備は無し。 「風邪ひくよ。なんとかして欲しい」とお願いすると、部屋が満室で宿泊者に貸してもらえるか聞かないといけないが、夜も遅いから聞けない。明日の朝10時過ぎまで待ってくれと…。ドライヤーが壊れたことで、全宿泊者の人へ聞いてくれとはこちらは頼んでいないし、なんだかお願いしたこちらが無茶なお願いをごり押しをしている気分になりました。そんなつもりでお願いしてるわけじゃないのに…。 なんだかモヤモヤ、イライラさせられるわで、20数年間、ここに泊まれば問題無し！って思っていた気持ちが一気に消え失せてしまいました。とりあえず上司、オーナーに相談して対応してほしい旨をお願いしました。1時間後に使用可能なドライヤーを持ってきてくれました。有難かったですが、今まではこんな事無かったので、このやり取りは何だったのかと思いながらの宿泊でした。次回の出張時には別のホテルを探すことも検討します。

30年前には仕事の関係で頻繁に利用させて頂いていました。今回は13年ぶりに宿泊しましたが 雰囲気は変わらず懐かしかったです。

部屋によっては旧設備のままで懐かしかったですが もう替えたほうが良いと思います、

What’s there to not like?

El precio y la zona son muy tranquilos a escasos 20 minutos del aeropuerto.

El desayuno muy escaso, tienen lo básico para sobrevivir. A la llegada tardamos casi unos 20 minutos en hacer el checkout. No hay personal o es inexietente

La habitacion muy comoda, sabanas limpias , el baño super limpio, no hay ruido, me gusto mucho la habitacion

El desayuno es completo, sin embargo podria ser mejor si se cuenta con comida recien preparada ejemplo incluir huevos fritos o revueltos

Excellent value for money. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was sparse, but clearly adequate for a two-star hotel. I will stay there again if I need to stay overnight in the greater LA area.

Sliding door in the room is broken in my room 124! Told the front desk that the latch is broken and she just said it’s ok no one will go in! Really??? Nothing was taken while I was at work all day Monday but 2 nights I couldn’t sleep well thinking that someone in the middle of the night can just go in thru the sliding door! Door latch was even broken like it was forced open! My Last day 6/16 there was no hot or cold water! Nobody in the front desk and so I Left the hotel without taking a shower not and even brushed my teeth! NO WATER IN THE ENTIRE PROPERTY!
