Empezaré está reseña diciendo que no hay palabras suficientes que describan este maravilloso lugar y la gente tan sumamente especial que lo compone. No podemos más que dar las gracias a Edwin, a su familia, a su equipo y en especial a ANDRÉS por tanto cariño y tanta atención al detalle. El lugar es un paraíso en la tierra, todos los alimentos como frutas verduras que ofrecen son Orgánicos , cultivados por ellos mismos sin ningún pesticida. Todas las comidas son deliciosas, pero el desayuno que ofrecen es el típico de la zona y está riquísimo! Sin duda de mis favoritos! Los animales que hacen parte de la finca están muy bien cuidados y se permite la interacción total con ellos. El personal de la finca es atento y completamente dispuesto a hacer que el tiempo que pasas alli te sientas en familia y como en casa. Muy muy RECOMENDABLE, este sitio merece un 11 de 10!!!!!

La atención del equipo en general, la comodidad de las habitaciones, el silencio, el oratorio, la alimentación. Todo muy bien organizado, nos sentimos muy cómodos y a gusto.

This was without a doubt, the best place we stayed in Colombia throughout our entire trip. The location is absolutely amazing—peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature. In the morning, I took a walk and saw so many colorful birds. It was truly magical. The owner go above and beyond when it comes to hospitality. They organize for us a chocolate experience just the next day without any extra cost... And the food… THE BEST! Absolutely exceptional—delicious, organic, beautifully presented really THE BEST The room was amazing too, filled with flowers and thoughtful little details that made our stay even more special. And the fire in the evening? The cherry on top. 🔥 I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one truly deserved it. A very special place that made our trip unforgettable.

la paz que transmite el sitio es increíble la fauna y flora es digna de disfrutar, solo tienes que sentarte a tomar un cafe y disfrutar del monton de especies de aves que veras pasar si pueden hacer el tour nocturno para avistamiento de anfibios lo recomiendo 100%

Everything about our stay was amazing. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, the breakfast was delicious with beautiful little details, and the rooms were absolutely lovely. You can really feel the care and effort they put into making guests feel comfortable.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Everything was wonderful from beginning to end, and the experience exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed every detail of our stay.

The staff was amazing. The food was excellent, and the attention to detail was incredible.

Honestly, there really wasn't anything I didn't like. My partner arrived after the kitchen formally closed, and they waited to cook his food and deliver it to our cabin. They didn't have to do that, and I didn't ask for it. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area. Also, the local chocolate for sale in the reception area is amazing. I ate the whole bar in a few hours.

Lugar hermoso, con todas las comodidades que necesitas, cerca a los termales. Aparte te ofrece muchos servicios para manejar bicicleta, montar a caballo, bugui. El paso del río está pocos metros con aguas cristalinas, el administrador te guía para hacer todas las actividades. La fogata en la noche de lo mejor. El desayuno super rico y organico, tienen un huerto por lo que toda la comida es muy fresca. Lleguen a los termales de noche lo disfrutaran más que de día.

El camino es destapado como un 1km desde la carretera principal pero esta en buen estado y bien demarcado.

The property was absolutely beautiful. I loved walking around and seeing all the animals, looking at the stars and mountains, and seeing all the beautiful flowers everywhere. Breakfast was included but we also paid for dinner one night and the reviews were spot on, the food here is amazing! So much so that we purchased several of their homemade chorizos, arepas, and cheese to take home with us. Along with a bushel of sweet plantains. I also purchased passes to the hot thermal springs through them. Usually you can only buy day passes to one set of the hot springs but La Herradura has a partnership with them, so we were able to get access to the springs located at the spa hotel which are only available to guests staying at the hot spring hotel. This also gave us access to the spa at the hot springs which was a great addition to our day with massages and aromatherapy. La Herradura provided round trip transportation to the springs which made our day trip easy. The entire staff was so hospitable and helpful. There was a farm hand named Andres who served us during breakfast, dinner, and drove us to the springs. He was soooo nice and really made our short stay there spectacular. The owners, Edwin and Paola were just amazing too! Paola curated all the daily menus and cooked the food. She is an amazing chef. Edwin picked us up from the springs himself. The personal service and attention to detail just added to our time there. If I had more time I would have loved to stay longer. This was such a tranquil, peaceful, and beautiful place to relax and unwind. When I return to Colombia I will absolutely visit them again. I would recommend this property to anyone. 5 STARS!!!

Echt een prachtige plek met enorm lieve mensen die dit paradijs beschikbaar stellen. We hebben genoten van deze plek in de natuur, dichtbij de thermen. Zeker dat we hier nog eens terug komen!

De prijs per nacht was aan de hoge kant. Sommige andere klanten waren luidruchtig, wat deze 'zen' plek soms iets verstoorde. Verder was alles super!

atención espectacular, jugo de naranja muy rico y desayuno muy completo. Es un lugar muy tranquilo para relajarse y conectar con la naturaleza, el clima frío muy agradable. La cabaña muy acogedora

Thw ownwer, the staff, were great, cabin clean, breakfast delicious , ammenities nearby, excellent, we recommend this place, I personally slept like never before

The place is surrounded by silence and nature, just 1.4km away from the road that brings you to the thermal area of Santa Rosa. The staff is amazing and helpful to make your stay warm and cosy. They are producers of eggs, milk and other farm products used to prepare meals and breakfast which were very good. Contact the hosts in case of doubts, I am sure they will be helping you out with any aspects.

La Herradura is a beautiful property in a rural setting. It's a paradise and Edwin and his family are gracious hosts. They make sure their guests are comfortable and well looked after. A rare gem.

This place is in an ideal rural setting with a sublime view of the mountains and countryside. The hosts were amazing and attentive. The food was superb.

We should have booked two or three days rather than one.

wonderfully curated breakfast in a beautiful setting. choices, the small details (flower on the placemat, dishes/serving pieces)... very real, elegant and tasty. Great style.

They may want to consider putting small lamps on the nightstands of each room. There is only an overhead light in the rooms... makes it a bit difficult to read. Other than that, loved our visit. The staff including Edwin, Paula, Manuela were helpful, friendly, and couldn't have been more gracious.

I liked everything about this property. There is so much attention paid to the small details. And beauty everywhere It's a place to relax and enjoy nature. The breakfast is amazing -even homemade cheese. The staff is super friendly and helpful with anything you may need

Much more beautiful than the pictures. Quiet, natural location with just 10 rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. The manager, Edwin and his team are a well functioning and professional group. Close to the hot springs, and lovely to walk around the property, which has more horses than people.

The amazing views, peaceful relaxed atmosphere and incredible staff made the experience exceed our expectations! The room was fantastic, well designed and very clean. The log fire is a wonderful addition and really adds to the cosy rustic charm. The focus on sustainability is also a great part of the ethos which we love. The service is 5 star! The team literally took care of everything for us from booking day trips, arranging and providing transport and delivering our meals. Manuela made us feel very relaxed and just handled everything with a calm and confident demeanour taking away any element of stress during our stay. We also booked massages at the cabin which we which we highly recommend. Absolutely anything we wanted or needed was taken care of in an instant. The breakfasts are also delicious, everything is homemade and very fresh. All our transport was taken care of making it so easy to get around even though it is a remote location. We can genuinely say we were looked after from the moment we arrived to reaching the airport when we left.

If you like peace and quiet this is the place for you, nested between mountains this place is tranquil and beautiful, there’s many activities you can do around like horseback riding, biking, walking, short drive from Santa Rosa

If i had to say anything it would be maybe the road leading to the place is very rough thankfully is only the last mile but is certainly the longest

The location was amazing with views in every direction. Edwin and his son were very excellent hosts! Our breakfast was delicious and prepared by Edwin's wife. Horses, chickens, pigs and cows completed the farm.

I would have liked to have a fire pit to hang out next to while we watched those lightening bugs.

What a stunning place! Everything was perfect for our stay near the Santa Rosa Thermals. The room was very clean and cozy in a beautiful environnement. The ruler was very kind and the staff was helpful and sweet. Good breakfast

Everything was INCREDIBLE. The views - Amazing! The breakfast - Delicious! The scent of the body wash - like a TROPICAL paradise! The service - IMPECCABLE!

Amazing place very close to the Termales. The breakfast is wonderful and very tasty (highly recommended). The hotel staff is AMAZING... very friendly and always open to help us. We had a great time.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The room was really cosy & luxurious feeling, and spotlessly clean. We arrived early in the day and the staff were able to check us in & provide us with transport to & from the Termales for a fee, which was perfect. In the evening we sat outside watching the fireflies and the stars, and we especially appreciated the young gentleman who set us up with a fire pit & marshmallows to toast. It was really peaceful - I had a great night's sleep. The local breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. Thank you all!

We arrived late in the evening and the owner gave us the smallest room ever, the bed barely fit in the room. I asked him if he had anything bigger and he offered me their biggest suite and their glamping which was 3 times the price of what I paid for one night.. I considered but decided against it as we were only staying one night. One of the blinds of the tinny tinny room broke so he ended up moving us to a other room that happen to be a lot more spacious (with room to walk around the bed!!! surprise! He had rooms with more space not for 3 times the price wow lol) we wake up the next day walked around the ranch and noticed he had other rooms available with a decent (a lot more ) space.. end of story the guy only offered us the most expensive option when we arrived and I asked for an upgrade and didn’t mention he had rooms with a bit more space. Instead of expecting me to pay 3 times the price for an upgrade he could of offered a decent walking capacity room for 25-50 mill pesos more or just giving us an upgrade as we were the second couple in the entire ranch!!! I’m Colombian but i don’t live in the country.. he knew that and that just comes out so wrong when these small hotel owners try to get you every way they can. Also they are stingy with their supply, limited towels and no toilet paper replacements.. his wife is a sweet heart, breakfast was included and it was very good. Also NO wifi :/
