Luxurious Kiwiana Raumati Beachfront Home

Great location right on the beach, which was perfect for the kids. All the facilities were exactly as described, and the house was comfortable, warm, and well-equipped. We had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return.

There was a high-pitched squealing or harmonic noise that could be heard at times in the main house, which became quite noticeable and annoying at times. We weren't able to determine what was causing it. The shower in the main house also wasn't providing a good flow of water from the shower head and would likely benefit from maintenance or replacement.

The location was perfect. It was awesome being on the beachfront, run in for a swim and then back to a beautiful hot spa. Both houses were lovely and comfy. We had a magic stay with our friends. This was our second stay, definitely will be back for more!

Eine Unterkunft nahe am Meer, bzw nur über den Rasen und schon ist am Strand, also Superlage. Recht gross, viel Platz und alles vorhanden was man braucht

Location was great, handy to family in Paraparaumu and the view was gorgeous. We had family from Australia and sth Island.

Maybe access/driveway to the house a bit tricky

The location was AMAZING! What a special place. Lovely having two different living spaces too, my teenagers especially enjoyed this. All the small touches were there too, we felt looked after.

Great location, excellent facilities (especially hot tub ready to use), good range of sleeping options.

Great house, had everything we needed. Perfect location by the beach.

The location is amazing. Right on the beach front, stunning views and when the sun is shining it fills the rooms with warmth. The house was perfect for us 4 couples, 2 great rooms in the house and 2 in the additional house with a deck between. Great outdoor furniture and the spa is an awesome bonus. Fishing straight of the lawn, awesome walks on the beach. Easy travel to the city on the train for the All Blacks game 😁 Highly recommend this property, we will definitely be back in the summer!!!

Everything was perfect. It was very clean with loads of room for a family of four. Our two late teens children loved having a whole house to themselves. The spa was so hot a lovely. The location is perfect. Just a 15 minute walk in either direction up or down the beach brought us to cafes and restaurants. The kitchens had everything we need. Waking up we opened the curtain to a breathtaking view. Can’t recommend enough. The owner was excellent at communicating promptly.

Incredible location just perfect

Absolutely beautiful breath taking views. Plenty to do for the kids. Highlight was being able to watch the sunset in the comfort of the outdoor seating areas. Spa pool was a very luxurious way to end an evening or afternoon. We will definately be returning.

No faults here. Apart from not booking for a longer stay.

Paula was so understanding. We had an unfortunate medical event while we were staying and she was great in her response, she was very understanding and empathic. I can't recommend her highly enough.

The location of this property is fabulous. Looking directly out at Kapiti Island. Great in all weathers. We made good use of the spa pool. The kitchen is well equipped. Good instructions on how to use everything. I would stay there again. Many thanks.

The pull-out bed isn't for tall people.
