Tres bel emplacement et très calme, sécurisé, a quelques mètres de la plage.

Un piccolo dettaglio è che i bagni sono senza finestre, purtroppo è una caratteristica comune a molte strutture.

The name of the apartment building listed on Booking.com doesn't match the name of the building where the apartment is actually located. This made access very difficult. The apartment description states that it is wheelchair accessible, but the shower had a screen that prevented wheelchair access. There was a very steep ramp leading to the building entrance, which made access quite difficult.

Increíble! Nos salvó la vida ya que nos tuvimos que cambiar de un Riad en el cual no se podía ni estar por las humedades que tenía y venir a este apartamento que parece de lujo fue una salvación! Esta literalmente a 2 minutos de la playa y en la calle tienes muchos de restaurantes y cafeterías de buena calidad. Te ofrecen champú, gel de baño, acondicionador (aún que estaba gastado), secador de pelo…la verdad que muy cómodo. A pesar de reservar a último momento a las 10pm en 15 minutos apareció alguien para darnos la llave. 10/10

Better direction of how to reach the accommodation, description says near medina entrance which it is almost 1 mile away. Simple things like pass the medical centre and gusto restaurant then turn left and first right and also the apartment block name would make life easier.

Great location. 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Quiet.

There were a couple of things that didn’t work but the owner was quick to resolve. Hope they leave instructions on how to work the tv.

The house is very spacious, cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need. There were three of us staying for one night, and we really appreciated the high level of cleanliness, the brightness and airy feel of the space, as well as the two bathrooms (although only one has a shower). The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, and there is also the possibility to park right in front of the house, which is very convenient. Overall, the stay exceeded our expectations, especially considering the great value for money. We didn’t spend much time in the house since we were out exploring the beautiful Essaouira most of the time, but for our needs, it was absolutely perfect.

Čistý apartmán v dobré lokalitě, jednu ulici od pláže a 10 minut chůze od mediny a přístavu. Dobrá komunikace přes Whatsapp, flexibilita při checkinu i checkoutu.

Apartmán byl cítit zatuchlinou. Klimatizace není k dispozici. V jedné z ložnic jsme si všimli také plísně na stěně. Vlhkostí byly načáchlé i ručníky. V noci bylo poměrně chladno, ale k dispozici byly přímotopy. Teplou vodou je potřeba šetřit - vystačí tak na jednu sprchu.

Very new and fresh. Beautiful apartment. It actually looks irl as in the pictures. Probably cool and nixe during the summer. Nice and calm location. Nice owner. OK washing machine. Would have received 10 if the beds and internet were a bit better, and we either had received more towels, or had a small heater.

Really hard beds. Hot water only for 1 shower. We only got 3 shower towels for 4 people staying 8 days. Should have had 6-8 towels for such a long stay. Cold during winter. Took 3 days to dry clothes. Internet is only e-sim, despite cable Internet available in the town. We had to buy our own e-Sims in addition. The door to the balcony was impossible to lock.

Extremely well presented the decor was very nice. Very clean. And extra bonus was the garden areas. The location is perfect.

Unfortunately you can hear the neighbours next door it’s not sound proof otherwise everything else was perfect.

Spacious like a NYC Upper Westside apartment! Nicely furnished, super modern, very clean, well-appointed kitchen, great neighborhood one block from beach, quiet. Prompt communication and response. Washing machine, balcony facing garden. Near restaurants like Gusto$$, Rosa Blanca$ and La Coupole$$.A short walk to the no fee Al Barid ATM/ Moroccan Poste. Right near an excellent liquor store(hard to find in Morocco) Nicolas, with huge wine selection where they even have a GLASS BOTTLE RECYCLE BIN YAY! With kind and helpful staff. Smart TV with hundreds of channels! Elevator and mobility-friendly property! A terrific property!

I am not smart enough to know how to use a smart tv LOL! If one is hypersensitive to EMFs and the emanations of electronic devices, this fabulous apartment may not be right for you.

Das Appartement war sehr sauber und groß. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Lage eine Querstraße zum Strand, also sehr nah. Gekocht haben wir nicht, aber Frühstück zubereitet. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere kleine Supermärkte und Restaurants. Auch zur Altstadt kann man gut laufen.

Nächstes Mal würde ich doch ein Appartment mit Blick auf den Strand und größerem Balkon wählen.

Un bel appartement . lumineux . bien agencé .avec un ascenseur. En deuxième ligne par rapport a la mer .dommage la rue est très sale . Surtout près du restaurant la crevette .

3 bols pour 4 personnes . Il y vraiment que le nécessaire pas plus Pas de vraie cafetière . Juste dosettes . 1 deuxième jeu de clé serait apprécié quand il y a deux couples .

Posizione, appartamento molto grande,pulito e ben arredato. Con un piccolo balcone. Ascensore e ottimo ristorante italiano accanto. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia e al centro.

Le Check in a été laborieux, n'appellez surtout pas le N° sur Booking, vous appelez aux Etats Unis ! L'appartement se situe à 30m de l'école de kitesurf, le patron pourra vous mettre en contact avec la personne qui gère l'appartement sur place

Good location, comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was useful with slightly limited facilities (only a couple of pans and utensils, one plate, 3 bowls). Has a lift, which is handy

Quite hard to find. The listing on booking.combos a bit ambiguous- no address which appears in google maps, and contact details for the owner/host manager were incoherent. But I eventually made contact and someone met me. Could easily be sorted out, but seems a little bit typical of the culture in Morocco

Appartement propre et se situe dans un endroit proche de toutes les commodités. J'ai passé un séjour agréable.

Spaziosa, pulita, esattamente come in foto. Staff disponibile e gentile. Struttura moderna dotata di tutte le comodità, situata in una via tranquilla. A due passi dal mare. Lavatrice comodissima per fare lavaggi brevi e veloci.

Very modern apartment, clean and comfortable. Good WiFi. Good communication with the host who was waiting for us to handle the keys. It's about 15 minutes walk to the medina and less than 5 minutes to the beach.

Nothing. There was some trash in the proximity of the apartment building but I don't think the apartment owner can do anything about it.

Everything was very nice, the place is cosy.

Some ants in the kitchen and neighbours keep shouting every night until approx 1 or 2 am

Very minimal kitchen, little amenities, no hooks in bathroom, no bath towels, no laundry soap, nothing for cooking, minimal equipment, beds were hard, and no top sheets just blanket on beds, did not feel homie

It was clean the host was reactive

The booking process was easy, the communication before my arrival was friendly and proactive. The host organized me a transfer from the airport to my accommodation. A lady was waiting for me in the flat, handed over the keys and gave me useful advices for my stay. They also helped me with airport transfer when I left. The flat was super nicely done, with modern, comfortable furnitures, close to Essaouira beach. I truly recommend the flat for a family of 3-4 people.
