The house was spacious, very comfortable and clean. The owners are very kind and supportive It is almost beachfront. Also the parking area is very good.

Across the road from the beach. Spacious and clean. Everything needed for a self catering stay is provided, including beach umbrellas and mats. Dan is readily available to assist. There was a cleaner twice during the week. Basement parking provided.

Was all great. Just expect a little construction noise from the building behind. Won’t be a problem if you’re out all day.

Всім привіт. Моя родина (2дорослих+3дитини) мала незабутній відпочинок з 27січня по 6 лютого 2026р. на о. Маврикій. Хочу висловити вдячність за прийом Dan та Kanta. Апартаменти повністю відповідають опису та фотографіям: посуд для приготування та сервірування столу, мікрохвильова піч, духова шафа, фен, пральна машина, стільци-шезлонги, рушники та підстилки для пляжу, парасолька - все сучасне та чисте. Кожні 3 дні було прибирання з заміною всіх, і пляжних також, рушників, постільної білизни та оновлення туалетного паперу. Господарі були дуже уважні до будь яких дрібниць та прохань. В апартаментах є рекламна інформація для замовлення та організації екскурсій, аренди авто, виклик таксі, ...інформація вся актуальна та за реальною ціною. В будинку є ліфт, басейн, критий паркінг. До пляжу є окремий вихід з території щоб бути там за 2 хвилин. Багато поруч місцевих кафе для атмосферної родинної вечері. Флік-ан-Флак чудовий вибір для затишної атмосферної відпустки, тут не було гучних вечірок та конфліктних ситуацій з місцевими та відпочиваючими. Великий пляж дає можливість всім бути відокремленими. На пляжі є дерева та високі кущові рослини які ховають від прямих сонячних променів. Багато відпочиваючих купаються у взутті, хоча пляж піщаний, але у воді та на пляжі багато коралових уламків та вулканічного каміння. Висловлюю ще раз вдячність Dan та Kanta за комфортні умови відпочинку і бажаю Вам чемних, щедрих та вдячних туристів. Процвітання Вам та красивому о.Маврикій.

Коли виходиш з комплексу, щоб йти на пляж, то одразу опиняєшся на проїжджій частині, яку треба перейти без пішоходного переходу. Огляд руху автомобілей перекривають кущі, тому треба бути обачним бо відіям теж не видно пішоходів. Малих дітей треба обов'язково тримати за руку та нагадувати про небезпеку.

Все чистое, ухоженное. Расположение удачное, в тишине, но рядом с океаном. Посуда и кухонные приборы в полном достатке, есть стиральная машина, что очень удобно в путешествии.

Такого не было. Единственное, что я бы добавила пару шезлонгов у бассейна.

Føler annonsen oversolgte penthouse og seafront, det var hverken penthouse eller seafront, men fin beliggenhet nære stranden. Området rundt bygget er ekkelt og preget av slum og søppel. Vi brukte ikke bassenget ettersom det ikke er så innbydende..

The appartement is very spacious. My house when I returned seemed so small.

Zwei mal in unserer Woche Aufenthalt kam eine Putzfrau. Sie reinigte die ganze Wohnung und tausche das Bettzeug und alle Handtücher. Dan als Gastgeber war stets erreichbar und zuvorkommend. Der bewachte Parkplatz war auch sehr gut.

Eine Spülmaschine hat leider gefehlt. Der Pool zwischen den Hochhäusern ist nicht gerade einladend.

Dan was an excellent host and keeps a beautiful apartment. It had everything that we needed.

It was a bit hard to find the building initially but Dan was very responsive and helpful. The beach view was limited to a gap between two buildings but it was still nice.

Tolles Penthouse mit allem was man braucht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Unser Vermieter hat uns bei Ankunft persönlich begrüßt und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar.

The apartment was fantastic with three large bedrooms and in a great location with easy access to the beach front. There was also underground parking with a 24 hour guard which meant that we could safely park our hire care in the garage. The host messaged us prior to our stay and met us at the apartment and showed us all of the features of the apartment.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt auf Mauritius.Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Dan hat uns nach einer abenteuerlichen Reise sehr nett empfangen und war während des gesamten Urlaubs immer für uns erreichbar.

Pool was not looked after and cold so we never went in even though one of reasons I booked it - but didn’t matter too much because of lovely beach

Dan, our super host, was at hand to greet us and helped with our luggage and hand the keys over. There were beach chairs and mats that you could take to the beach which was just a short walk from the apartment. Dan was very prompt in attending to our needs like when the aircon was noisy, when we ran low of shampoo and shower gel, kitchen towels, etc, Dan and his wife Kanata would engage the aircon serviceman in o install a new unit and go down to the store to get the supplies!

There was just a little bit of view of the sea. But it was ok. It would be nice to have two soft pillows per person.

We had a fantastic welcome and the owners were extremely helpful and kind. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and well equipped. It was really clean and well looked after. The maid came to change the sheets and towels after 3 days which was a nice surprise. Parking on the ground floor was always easy and there is a guard on duty 24 hours a day. The beach across the road from the apartment has some nice shady areas, and you can walk miles in both directions on beautiful beaches.

The apartment isn't a penthouse by the typical European definition as it's on the 2nd of 3 floors and has direct neighbours on two sides. We are used to leaving all the curtains open and that meant we had a few moments where we felt more overlooked than we had expected. Unfortunately for us the pool was closed for cleaning during 4 of our 5 days so we never actually used it :-(. For sure that's a big disappointment for us as it's one main reason for choosing the apartment. I don't think this is a regular thing so we were just unlucky.

Wonderful stay and even better hospitality ! Property is only a few steps from the beach , great location to shops and restaurants. Dan , the owner . was such a wonderful host and really walks the extra mile for his clients. [ we left our passports in the safe and were already past Port Louis on our way to Grand Baie when we realized this ] Dan took it upon himself and drove through to bring us our passports, where else would you gest this service ? all in all the apartment has got everything you need , looking forward to staying there again

This is amazing apartment. You will find this everything you need for comfortable stay: kitchen with dishes, washing machine and powder, iron and ironing board. Apartment are very big. It’s super for 3 and much more people. I would especially like to mention the balcony where you can see the ocean (photo is attached)

We loved everything about the property, it was spacious, clean and perfectly located. Secured parking with 24 hour watchman, lift and on the beach and close to everything. The highlight for me was being able to watch the sunrise at the front is the house and sunset from the balcony. Kanta and Dan were so pleasant, available, friendly and professional. We had a late flight back, Kanta offered to keep our stuff for the day and enabled us to park our car in the garage till we were ready for the airport. I would certainly stay again.
