Leider war die Stehlampe defekt, das schlafSofa sehr unbequem und das Wasser ist leider beim duschen öfters hätte man nicht aufgepasst in die Wohnung gelaufen.

we had some issues for hot water and electric curtains that were solved with some delay, but was on december 31, not the best working day of the year. Pillows were wery weak and the 3rd bad was uncomfortable.

La propreté, les equipements et services ne sont pas satisfaisant et ne correspondent pas au descriptif et evaluation . Le canapé lit deplié est un simple matelas au sol , pas de stores dans salon , 1 seule capsule café à notre arrivée pas suffisament de produit de toilette pour 3 personnes ... La configuration de la douche est mal agencée donc toilette inondé , papier toilette mouillé et rideau de douche à changer pour aspect hygiène.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025Gorgeous place, with all amenities needed for a family of four for a longer stay (stove, fridge and all utensil to cook plus access to a washing machine and drier). Just a few minutes walking distance to supermarkets and a metro station, easy to go anywhere from there.
A minor complaint, it got really cold and snowy during our stay, the entrance to the building turned into an ice rink. It would have been great if it was better taken care of, easy to take a fall there.

Ambienti super puliti, curati in ogni dettaglio e davvero accoglienti, con spazi comodi e ben organizzati. Letto comodissimo, silenzio totale e tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi “a casa”, anche per soggiorni più lunghi. Dotazioni complete (cucina attrezzata, comfort moderni) e una gestione impeccabile: comunicazione rapida, gentilezza e disponibilità top. Posizione comodissima e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Se torno in zona, scelgo di nuovo questo posto senza nemmeno pensarci. Consigliatissimo!

1. Booked apartment not on groud floor confirmed with pics showing balcony definitely not on ground floor, but was given one on ground floor which has no privacy when blinds were open 4 metres away from footpath and traffic. Their staff said I'd booked that type of apartment not what level it was on despite the booking confirmation pics I'd received. I was offered an addition of 250 euros to another type of apartment not on ground level which I didn't accept. When I pointed out the the booking confirmation pics were misleading, I was sent a "more polished" (their words which sounded sarcastic) reply saying they would review their process. I'd not have made paid for that booking if I knew the apartment was on ground floor. 2. No tea(bags) or coffee provided. 3.A tiny tube (size of little finger) of body hair wash provided for a week stay. (I should not have to ask for more and not going to after theur staff being sarcastic early on. Anyway they knew how long I'd stay there.) 4. The thin shower curtain in the middle of bathroom was a joke; the whole bathroom floor was wet afterwards. 5.Need to take garbage out before checkout. 6. 30 mins before checkout, staff knocked on door to make sure we left on time, after their earlier text message.

Das Appartment ist für 4 Erwachsene etwas klein bzw. die Schlafcouch war nicht so bequem und da das Bad nur abgetrennt durch eine Schiebetür von Schlafzimmer und Essbereich ist, war es zu viert einfach unruhig. Auch das zw. Toilette und Dusche nur ein Vorhang ist, war auch sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2025Toda la distribución del apartamento era fantástica. En planta baja con una terraza bien equipada para salir a desayunar o comer. Sistema eléctrico de persianas y electrodomésticos y menaje suficientes. Tenía horno pero no supimos si se podía usar también como microondas. La ubicación era muy adecuada. Zona tranquila y con supermercados cercanos. A menos de cinco minutos del metro, por lo que en unos 20 minutos estabas en el centro de Munich.
Por poner un mínimo pero, es magnífico que cuente con un servicio de lavandería en el sótano del edificio (con lavadora y secadora de pago con monedas) pero no tenía dispensador de jabón para la lavadora (En estancias cortas, tener que comprar un paquete entero para realizar un lavado no es lo más adecuado).

Reviewed Aug 29, 2025Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Appartamento pulito, di ottima qualità, strutturato molto bene, dotato di tutto il necessario e oltre. Posizione in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo e a 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana e da un supermercato. Garage sotterraneo comodissimo. Non è stato necessario incontrare l’host di persona poiché l’organizzazione è stata puntuale e tempestiva anche a distanza. Consigliatissimo.
Non è presente il piatto doccia né il bidet. Quando si usa la doccia (dotata di una tenda) inevitabilmente si bagna il pavimento.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2025A fost curat si zona liniștită, relativ aproape de metrou, REWE si Penny (5- 6 minute de mers pe jos, linistit). Relativ aproape de parcurile BMW si alt parc in apropiere.
Spațiul a fost mai mic decât ma asteptam, baia ciudat organizata cu dusul cu perdea între WC si chiuveta, se făcea mereu apa pe jos care trebuia imediat curățată. Canapeaua din zona de living practic e ca o saltea întinsă pe jos si confortul era redus. Spațiul in general era puțin si te simțeai cam înghesuit. Per total a fost ok, dar sub așteptările mele. Pozele puse de proprietar nu-ti dau clar imaginea corecta. Pe blocul imediat urmator era instalata o schela de care te temeai ca s-ar putea uita muncitorii înăuntru sau sa intre pe balcon. Noroc ca nu au lucrat toată săptămâna cât am fost noi acolo. Hartia igienica insuficienta pentru 3 persoane, 1 săptămâna, asa ca am cumpărat. La fel si cu săpunul, gelul de dus, șamponul. Prosoape am avut suplimentare de acasa asa ca ne-am descurcat bine. Cafea ai doar doua capsule la 3 persoane cu instrucțiuni sa-ti mai cumperi tu. Am găsit doua sticle de apa minerala, bine venite, in frigider. Ușile care despart dormitorul mare de restul spațiului sunt glisante si nu izolează fonic prea bine.

Без автомобиля, конечно было бы не так комфортно передвигаться. К сожаленитю ближайшая станция метро была на реконструкции, информации о чем нигде не было.
