Op de dag van aankomst werden wij geconfronteerd met een aardbeving van 4,8, gevolgd door meerdere naschokken. Wij waren met kinderen en zij waren begrijpelijkerwijs erg bang. Ik heb de eigenaar laten weten dat wij ons niet meer veilig voelden en daarom besloten hadden Granada te verlaten. Wat mij vooral heeft teleurgesteld, is de manier waarop hiermee is omgegaan. De eigenaar heeft niet eens de moeite genomen om op mijn bericht te reageren. Mijn verzoek om vanwege deze uitzonderlijke situatie kosteloos te annuleren werd vervolgens afgewezen, zonder enige uitleg of reactie. Daarna heb ik contact opgenomen met Booking.com. Ook zij vonden de reactie van de accommodatie opmerkelijk en hebben zelf contact opgenomen met de eigenaar. Volgens Booking.com ontkende de accommodatie echter dat er sprake was van een aardbeving van 4,8 en werd beweerd dat het slechts 4,0 was en dat alles normaal was. Voor mij gaat het hier niet om het exacte cijfer van de aardbeving, maar om de veiligheid en het vertrouwen van gasten. Wanneer een gezin met kinderen aangeeft bang te zijn en zich niet veilig te voelen, zou je op zijn minst begrip, communicatie en enige vorm van medewerking verwachten. Helaas ontbrak dit volledig. De manier waarop met onze situatie en ons verzoek is omgegaan, vind ik bijzonder teleurstellend en weinig klantgericht. Mijn beoordeling zou eigenlijk 0 sterren zijn. Als ik verplicht ben om minimaal één ster te geven, dan is zelfs die ene ster wat mij betreft te veel.

No haber reservado el garage , cuando se me ofreció, (eso fue cosa mía) pero había parkings muy cercanos por 17 euros 24 hrs,solo cuidado de seguir la ruta del parking por aquello de estar en zona restringida.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Lo acogedor que es el apartamento, el personal te ayuda con todo, el colchon bastante bueno, el olor del sitio buenísimo, todo limpio, jabón de cortesía, las vistas, el aire acondicionado y la cocina que tiene todo lo necesario incluso aceite y vinagre incluso sal y azucar.
La calidad del sofá pero aceptable, el mando de la tele no funcionaba muy bien, y la conexión de la tele tampoco.

El sofá muy incómodo pensado para dormir dos personas, claro dos niños porque adultos un poco imposible. Y al ser céntrico mucho ruido por la noche de la gente que volvía de fiesta lo cual nos despertaba en varias ocasiones. La calle de acceso un poco cutre.

Local markets, shops, cathedral, lovely squares and fountains are all within walking distance. The apartment was clean, spacious with a separate bedroom and a good sized sofabed.
No toilet roll on arrival, so we had to go back to the shops for it.

L'appartement est grand, très agréable et parfaitement équipé : grande cuisine fonctionnelle, espace de vie top et grande chambre. Propreté impeccable, très beaux espaces communs et le parking (en supplément) est très pratique (et rare dans Grenade). Les indications des hôtes pour s'y rendre sont très bien.
Insonorisation pas parfaite (comme partout en Espagne). Lits pas très confortables également (assez commun dans la région..)

Tiene que revisar el aire acondicionado, no funciona bien, llegar después de caminar a 34º y pongas el aire y no baje la temperatura en toda la noche es un problema que deben resolver.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026The location was ideal. We had a corner room and could open the windows to let in so much fresh air and light. We had beautiful views from the balconies. The shower was great. The soundproofing and darkness with the windows closed was amazing.
There was a persistent smell from the cleaning supplies throughout the building and within the apartment (because it is kept very clean, a good thing). If you are sensitive to certain chemicals, keeping the windows open during the day helps, as do room sprays and deodorizers.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Ótimo apartamento. Localização excelente, no coração de Granada. Fazemos tudo a pé. Estacionamento é um diferencial. O anfitrião mantém contato constantemente nos auxiliando no que for preciso, inclusive enviando um vídeo com o caminho até o local.

Beim duschen stand das halbe Bad unter Wasser. In einer Nacht haben vor unserem Fenster die Nachbarn Party gefeiert und wir konnten somit nicht schlafen, denn es war sehr laut

Reviewed May 17, 2026Lo mejor del apartamento la ubicación. También me gustó que el apartamento tuviera plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio.
En nuestro apartamento la ducha era muy incómoda. No tiene plato de ducha, era el mismo suelo del baño con una cortinilla. Esto resulta engorroso porque hay que tener mucho cuidado para no mojar todo el baño. Y la cortinilla, a mi parecer es un elemento poco higiénico. Sería mucho mejor una mampara y un plato de ducha.

Es un alojamiento es ideal para dos personas y nos lo asignaron para 4 personas Solo tiene 2 camas de 90 y un sillón ( uno de nosotros se tuvo que ir xq no podía descansar dos personas en un sillón, a pesar que lo comunicamos al personal no nos dieron solución) lo demás estuvo bien

Reviewed May 6, 2026Location was great for strolling the city streets. Garage parking on property was a bonus.
My reservation was for 2 bedroom apartment with 2 twin beds in each room. One of the bedrooms had a trundle bed that pulled out to sleep 2 people. This doesn't work for 2 adults as one would have to climb over the other to use the restroom. Also, when pulled out, there was minimal space between it and the dresser to move around.

The apartment was clean and luminous, located in a calm building near restaurants streets (with pros and cons). The staff are lovely and helpful. I highly recommend it for a short stay of discovery of beautiful Granada.
The apartment is located near restaurants and the area is very busy at night. When the weather is hot and the windows are open to get some air, the noisy street can be a sleep disturbance.
