Staff cordiale e accogliente, stanza pulita e fornita di tutto l'occorrente.Zona non particolarmente turistica, ma comoda ai servizi e alle attrazioni rilevanti.

La zona non è la migliore della città in termini di sicurezza per gli occidentali, però se si gira con uber e non ci si lascia avvicinare dai passanti non ci sono problemi.

Location is not a tourist area but extremely convenient for travel to all attractions as its geographically in the middle of everything. Very clean has a balcony and full kitchen (not depicted in photos). Owner /management of the apt super responsive and helpful if any issues arose. Very positive experience.

المكان مخدوم وحلو واصحاب المكان متعاونين وبيسعو لارضاء النزلاء ومحترمين جدا بالاضافة للغرف النظيفة وحارس العمارة ابو عمر الرجل الطيب المحترم والخدوم قليل نلاقي هيك ناس بهالايام ولكن اهل مصر اهل الخير والكرم والجود وربي يبارك برزقكم ويبارك بصحتك وبعيالك ياعم ابو عمر خليت عندي ذكرى طيبة انت واصحاب المكان لن تنسى .

Кондиционер не работал на обогрев. Было очень холодно в январе. Постельное белье со следами использования предыдущими жильцами. Полотенца тоже использованные, даже с пятнами. Чай/кофе по 1 пакетику, хотя я бронировала на 3 ночи. 1 бутылка воды, и та вскрытая теми же предыдущими жильцами. В ванне только жидкое мыло, полок никаких нет - очень неудобно.

There is no natural light and the windows

The room was nice and clean. The communication was good too. I there was a guard downstaris very nice man. In this apartment there is no natural light, the window is very small and no direct light on it. But I can recommend the other apartment youvala, that is very big and comortable. The AC was working good.

Tha flat is well managed, very clean and nesr to railway station to Luxor.

Location is far from the centre

Very beautiful place. The staff are very professional and helpful. Close to everything: the train station is 3 minutes away, the metro station is 3 minutes away, and the bus station is 3 minutes away from the Go Bus. There is a bank under the property, which makes it easy to withdraw and transfer currency and also makes the place safe.. The apartment is very very clean, spacious and psychologically comfortable... Thank you to everyone who helped and welcomed

staff sohila helpful,joyful and was 100% there for you! clean and good temperature in the room,has many electrical sockets,fridge,tv,good wifi,wardrobe,bed mattress and pillows were clean and comfort,water heater was ready really fast for hot water,clean bath towels.near the apartment there is a bank so the place is guarded by a security guard! location great!al mahateh street bakery shop 7 minutes walk clean and helpful staff,amir el domiaty great pastry shop 15 minutes walk,2 minutes on the right when you exit the apartment amazing coffee and chocolate drink! kiosk-convenience stores everywhere!! bank misr atm for money exchange with visa revolut e.t.c 15 minutes walk at el sanadeely and saad zaghloul street or inside the store of ibag alexbank western union st nasr building 511 al haram 13 minutes walk. 28 minutes ride to pyramids,14 minutes ride to old egyptian museum,13 minutes to coptic cairo,30 minutes to khanel khalili,45 minutes to sphinx airport.

the only thing was to get used to with the area,at first you are afraid that it is not safe but after one day you understand that it is safe and that in cairo people are from a different culture and way of behaviour than most of european countries.

Big room

SCAM!! Reminders for whom are planning to make a reservation. 1.Construction ongoing at 3am, with drilling and pounding sound. 2.Water intermittently being shut off, for some time during of our stay there’s no any water to use. 3.Cockroaches spotted in the bathroom and we were bitten by bugs in the furniture. 4.Elevator to 9th floor where we stayed is sometimes not working as it is a very very old building. 5.Payment is CASH only. Although clearly stated from the hotel’s confirmation email visa/Mastercard are taken but they broke their promise and insisted cash only. If no cash is given to them, they threaten to call the police and kick us out as we don’t speak arabic. As we didn’t bring large amount of cash when we travel as pickpocketing and scam is serious here in Cairo. And not atm works for our Hsbc Visa card , so we eventually have to ask other hotels to do a cash withdrawal from our Apple Pay payment, and it costed us 25% extra transaction fee for that. 6. The representative the hotel sent to charge us money didn’t show us on time at all, so we have to reschedule our itinerary in Cairo because of their fault. They didn’t apologise and just said that it’s because of traffic but they never gave us notice until we ask them their reason for being late. 7.While we were in the discussion on WhatsApp, they fragmented conversation favouring them and sent it through booking.com, and the rude messages through WhatsApp. As a tourist like everyone in Egypt, we have tight schedule on tours and transportation, and we had to manage the mistake and false information created by them, also being threatened by the property. Meanwhile staff in banks and institutes don’t usually speak English with very long waiting time, we felt hopeless, scared, and confused during all of our time in Cairo. I can expect their fight back response here and they won’t admit of their behaviour.

Everything was excellent. For the money you pay, it exceeded my expectation. From the time of booking, everything was smooth and clear. The owners of this apartment are very honest, ready to support you, and easy to contact through WhatsApp, with immediate responce. Note: The apartment is in old building with elevator, similar to other build near old Cairo, but the apartment was re-newed. It also has a big bank branch in the ground floor.

All was excellent. Just small comment on the 2nd restroom was not working, door shut. But what we got, and the money we paid, it was all fine.

It was an oasis in Cairo. Just a relief to walk in the spotless apartment after being all day around in Cairo which is not considered the most clean city in the world. Spacious,clean and comfortable. Sohila such a lovely host was always available to make our stay even better

Everything, flat is nicely furnished, near to all the basic amenities, cash-machine is just downstairs and host is easily contactable through the WhatsApp.

Rooms were spacious, the kitchen was nicely equipped, and the neighbourhood had all the amenities you would like nearby, like chash-machine, superstore, metro station, etc.

Property is next to a busy road, so during the day, you can hear the traffic, but nothing too loud that a pair of earplugs can't sort out, if you want to take an afternoon naps like me. 😀

The place was really clean and looked after. The staff were very friendly, hospitable and helpful. The place is like the pictures, really spacious and modern.

Even though the place is on the main road. It was hard to locate at first especially if your new to the country.
