Minimalist Cabin Solo Traveller

Great place to stay. Highly recommend. Very helpful, kind, lovely host. Thanks so much for accomodating my very late request of the booking. Very much appreciated.

Nothing

I was going through a really hard time seeing my sick Dad and the space just felt like I was at home back in my childhood bedroom. It was so comforting and peaceful. I couldn't have asked for a better place to

Nothing

Tres confortable et agréable. Super accueil.

Un peu bruyant (voisinage et bruit de la rue), pas trop genant la nuit mais surtout le matin au réveil.

Peace and quiet, comfortable and warm. It was well lit for the nightly trip to the bathroom. Loved all the little extras in the cabin eg chocolates, biscuits.

Nothing

The perfect place to relax after a long day on the road. Very peaceful spot. Kirsten was welcoming & so respectful. The cabin has a chill vibe & everything you could possibly need.... Nothing has been forgotten. I will be back. Thank you

Great location easy to find

So cosy , I felt at home.

I put on 5kgs in a week with all the yummy goodies thanks Kirsten 😂

房間很漂亮，雖然衛浴在房間外，有一點點不方便，但房東準備的東西非常齊全，還做了點心給我，真的覺得非常感謝！！

This was such a lovely sanctuary after a very long drive. Kirsten was an extremely gracious host. The room it self was cozy, impeccably clean and was nicely decorated with lots of cool touches. I truly did not want to leave! Definitely would stay there again. Felt very safe as a solo female traveler.

Nothing!

Kirsten was lovely, the cabin had everything I needed

The short walk to the toilet was a pain but manageable

The room was wonderfully cozy and comfortable and absolutely spotlessly clean. Kirsten was so king and caring when I was arriving at night. Ensuring I take my time and bA e safe.

Clean, comfortable, the cabin was decorated warmly and cozily by the host, felt like a home. Treats, cookies, tea, coffee and milk were provided. Bathroom was tidy too. The place is in the residential area, very quiet at night, but the road is a bit dark if you arrive lately

No

Very pleasent host. Super grateful for the little gifts and the upgrade! So clean and comfortable.

Lovely bolt hole on the outskirts of Ashburton. As description says it's small and the private bathroom requires you to walk outside into the main house, however it's very cosy and ideal for a single person who is out and about most of the day. They are building a larger cabin with ensuite facilities so look out for that. And the host is very friendly.

Very comfortable and would recommend to others.

How homely it was and the host was so welcoming. Also the nice touch of biscuits and juice for snacks.

Bathroom is completely separate from the cabin but the place is so clean with many amenities (shampoo, conditioner, soap, washing machine etc)

Fantastic

I enjoyed my stay and the owner was lovely

Amazing place with such a warm greeting from Kirsten and all prepared with all you need for your stay. They even did laundry for me and got a small breakfast. Thank you :)

All perfect.

Awesome little tiny home, nice hosts:)

Perfect location to suit my travels. Very comfy bed. Cabin had everything and more of what you didn't know you needed. Kristen was a great host.

The cabin was beautifully styled, and also smelt lovely upon entering. It was comfortable and warm. The hostess was very pleasant.

I don't know if I missed it, or there was a misunderstanding on my part, but I didn't realise the bathroom wasn't part of the cabin. To not have a toilet accessible without having to get dressed and put a coat and shoes on, was something that I would have liked to have known about before I chose to stay there. Many people need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night, and going up and down steps and over uneven ground in the cold and rain is not something many would choose. The coat hook needs to be in a usable place, maybe behind the door.

Warm and welcoming hosts, anything I needed they provided. Ideal facilities for a one night stop for a solo traveller. Would definitely recommend.

Bathroom not being connected to room, would of made stay a little easier having it closer or part of room but was very clean and tidy.

This host has thought of absolutely everything you could want, and it was beautifully decorated, functional, comfortable and warm. I loved the breakfasts, snacks and drinks. Everything was sparkling clean, and the shower was great, I didn't meet the host as the cabin, bathroom and sunroom are very private, and have their own entrance, but their communication was excellent. I was very grateful that I could bring my dog, he had a great time as the garden, neighborhood and local walks were lovely. The town was great for a holiday with lots to see and do.

I can't fault this place, everything was perfect. I stayed for three nights, and wish I could have stayed longer.

All. The owner is very kind.

It is such a beautiful little cabin. Very comfortable, welcoming, private and I felt safe there. This is a perfect stay for someone travelling on their own.

Every facility/amenity very kindly considered. Everything you could want, very clean, very comfy, great value, lovely host.

A great little cabin. They've gone to extra effort to make sure it is a clean and comfortable stay with everything you could need.

Amazing breakfast, lots of choices. Cute little house to snuggle up in

Was very good. Only the weather could have been better

Cute, and Host had many different types of Drinks and snacks available to cater for all tastes, Nice smelling shower lotion, Off street parking, Safe Location. All was as it should be and more

Bathroom was away from Cabin by a few steps, Can’t really complain because other competing accommodation in the area had same problem at higher price
