Le Havre de Lumière à Etterbeek

We liked this apartment. Staying there during 2 days was really good for our family. The landlord answered all our questions very fast. He was nice and pleasant. All instructions how to get the key was easy. The apartment was clean, we had everything for us inside. The location is good. Public transport is nearby. You can go around the city easily. Also there are few supermarkets near the house. They are open up to 8 p.m. I can recommend this apartment for easy-going people who need the cosy place to stay in Brussels.

Que se puede estacionar cerca del departamento gratis. Está un poco lejos del centro pero hay medio de transporte que llegan al centro.

Amazing district and location, easy follow check in instructions, beautiful apartment

It was too hot and no AC would’ve been an issue if the weather was a little hotter. But we found out how to open the windows, and when it’s fresh outside, flat is also well airing. Also, unfortunate was to have no shower gel and hair shampoo, as well as no watching pads, but there was a carrefour near so we could buy everything we needed.

Localização ótima, bairro silencioso, o apartamento fica à 12 minutos a pé da estação do metrô. Apartamento confortável.

O ralo do chuveiro está entupido, então toda vez que íamos tomar banho, tínhamos que controlar a saída de água para não extravasar água para fora do box.

Appartement agréable bien situé. Supermarchés juste à côté. Propriétaire très réactif.

On n'a pas eu de chance le four était en panne sans qu'on le sache. Sinon ça a été.

Отдельный домик на крыше, довольно удобное место в транспортном отношении. Не очень далеко от дома удалось бесплатно запарковать автомобиль

По большому счету недостатков с учетом стоимости почти нет, можно отметить что не очень удобно попасть в дом, не все окна имеют шторы, которые получилось закрыть

Apartment in a quiet neighborhood, comfortable, with washing machine, equipped kitchen, TV, big bad in the sleeping room. It's on the 1-st floor with narrow stairs and trespass through open terrace.

No complaining's.

Il manque quelques patères dans la salle de bain (comme souvent dans les locations)

De 3 slaapplekken, we waren met 4 volwassenen. De slaapbanken lagen heerlijk. Aan de overkant een supermarkt en de bus om de hoek.

Tip; miste vaatwasblokjes, wat zeep en extra thee/handdoeken.

I stayed in this house for 11 days. Everything was wonderful and comfortable. The space was spacious and the lighting was great. I was very satisfied. I will stay here again next time because I love the environment. There are many small shops around and it is very close to the bus stop. The most important thing is that the landlord responded to any questions immediately, which is very important and great.

The toilet drain hole flows very slowly and becomes clogged

Ulaşımı kolay, market,eczane, restoran, Cafe vb hersey yakınında var. Ev sahibi mesajlara anında cevap veriyor. Bir sorunla karşılaşırsanız hemen çözüyor. Evde ihtiyacınız olan her şey mevcut. Camasir makinesinin olması ekstra iyi oldu.

Mobilya ve elektronik eşyaların yenilenmesi gerekiyor. Cok fazla cam pencere var dolayisiyla yazin cok sicak oluyor, Klima olmaması çok büyük dezavantaj. Temizliğe biraz daha özen gösterilmesi gerekiyor.

El alojamiento era muy amplio. Viajamos en familia con hijos mayores y estuvimos muy cómodos. El alojamiento tenia muchos servicios cerca: transporte público, supermercados, una tienda BIO justo en la puerta, panaderias , restaurantes...también se podia aparcar cerca de manera gratuita( a unos 5 minutos caminando). El menaje era suficiente para los 4 que viajabamos , nosotros no cocinamos ( solo desayunamos) pero si había cacerolas y sartenes para hacerlo. El baño tenia toallas para los 4 y secador de pelo. El anfitrión muy bien. Llegabamos muy tarde al alojamiento porque nuestro vuelo salió tarde y nos busco una solución para que accedieramos al alojamiento de manera rápida

La verdad que no hubo nada que nos desagradara.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Market across the street and public transport 2 minutes walking away. Great space, well decorated, check in and out super easy and the owner responds promptly. The beds are very comfortable, even the sofa bed! I would stay again! Dislike: no salt or oil, no dishcloth so you are unable to dry the dishes, no mat in the shower and it gets we when you came out to dry yourselfe. Small things that cant be changed.

The apartment was located very close to tram and bus so it was easy to move around. The place was warm and cozy and very close to a market.

There were no frying pans which for long stay makes it tough to cook.

Goog value for the money

One of the shutters was broken and during the night light came into the living room, where I was sleeping in the sofa bed.

Location was good, apartment was big and very comfortable.

Other than climbing the stairs, the shower did not drain very well.
